After the Teddy catastrophe, Draco was finally able to sleep. He curled up against Harry and wrapped himself in a blanket, then allowed himself to get some rest.

Until a loud bang interrupted them. "Get him." A voice said.

Ministry workers began to grab Draco, making him scream and reach for Harry. Harry grabbed him and pulled him against him.

"What the hell is going on here?!" Harry yelled at them.

"The ministry is requiring Draco Malfoy to participate in a hearing. There, it will be determined whether or not he is allowed to stay as a citizen, or go to azkaban. How long he will be in it however, is undetermined." A man boomed.

"What?!" Harry cried. "No, you can't!"

"Mr. Potter-"

"Don't 'Mr. Potter' me. I'm the one who saved the entire wizarding world, I should be able to have Draco not do a hearing!" Harry snapped.

"Potter, you can't."

"B-but Teddy," Draco whispered. "Teddy!" He cried. "I have a son! I can't leave him!"

"Your son can be put in an orphanage." A woman said.

"Stop it! You aren't taking me or my son away!" Draco yelled.

"Yes, we are!" Someone yelled, grabbing Draco.

"Stop it! Let me go!" Draco yelled, both him and Draco trying to get away from them.

The man apparated away with Draco to the Ministry of Magic.
