By a seashore
She was nothing like red flags.
She was the red flare which blazed right before my eyes and I already knew I was lost. Her dress flicked on a wind like war declaration. Red was her color. She was wearing it like nimbus, both for the glory and mourn.
She noticed I was fixing attention on her.
'Do you like what you see?', she smiled. And her whole was in thy: all cracks on the thin ice and ocean of fire beneath. And Lempo, have mercy on me, I wanted to burn within her.
'Yes', I replied with dry throat.
She made a face like she didn't know the word.
Wind stopped. Effuse dress hugged her around. All felt like a vision and I didn't have courage to reach for her. She was nothing like Valkiria, she was all the trail of blood left behind.
'It's nice here. So quiet', she answered after eternity, looking at a horizon over the sea, not even at me.
I would grab her and fleet North. I would built a chimney for her fire. I would cut myself open to match our bloods and carry her forever. All for one more look from Hal.
But my heart was too loud to speak. To make her hear me, I stepped closer. The only one thing came to my mind that could rip through this deafing turmoil to her.
'Yes', I whispered. 'Beautiful'.
One look. Death is busy lady.
'Do you want to see more?' she marvelled at me.
Because she knew, she just couldn't understand what I was standing for. She got all power to redefine my existence, yet she didn't. Making her belive that I can see reflections of moonlight on a this crimson pond of lost hopes, was my only concern. And what she came through was only for to be here where I could find her, embrace her and claim.
Wind rises against me, pulling her away from me. The sea raged beneath us. But no wind nor sea or earthquake could stop me now.
'Will you guide me?', I reverenced her.
'What if I don't know the path?', she challenged me.
'I'll be the path.' She raised eyebrows. 'And you will know me best.'
