"Come on, let's go see who it is!" You whispered to Honeykit, flapping your wings as you turned and went down the slope. Honeykit followed close behind you, excitement lighting up her gaze.

The two of you crept down toward the source of your distraction, pausing and hiding behind a bush. Conversation flooded into your ears.

"Quailstar, you have to understand, this is not a normal prophecy."

Peering over the bush, you Quailstar pacing nervously, while Moonflower, the medicine cat, sat calmly before him.

"This is an omen," Moonflower went on, "and a terrible one at that. StarClan told us this for a reason, and we must heed their words."

"That's impossible." Quailstar whispered, shaking his head. "StarClan cannot just 'disappear.' It's not natural!" He objected, stopping infront of Moonflower. "Who do they think is going to stop this?"

Moonflower sighed softly, her tail curling on the stone. "The prophecy said that 'two warriors of sun and moon, branded by the light and dark, would stop StarClan from falling apart.'" She recalled.

"One of them is in this very Clan."

Honeykit glanced at you in surprise, before a call in the distance startled them.

"Honeykit! Stonekit! Where are you?"

The two of you backed away from the bush, turning toward eachother. "Heathertail knows we're gone... What do we do?" Honeykit whispered.
