Now that the twins were happily reunited with their father, they were making their way back to the Fairy Tail guild hall when they were greeted by a few familiar faces.

"Nash! Luna!" The Fullbuster kids called out.

"Hey guys! What are you doing here?" Luna asked while hugging Sylvia, and Nash, Rin and Storm bro-fisted. 

"On our way home from a job. We kicked some bad guy butt and got 70,000 jewel each!" Sylvia said while Storm slid on over to Luna.

"Is it a crime for a girl to look so beautiful?" He said trying to be all suave. Luna giggled in response.

"If it is then you might just have to punish me with a kiss." Luna and Storm were inches apart until Natsu cleared his throat, interrupting it. "Oh, Storm, this is my dad, Natsu. Dad, this is my boyfriend, Storm"

"You actually found him?!" Storm asked in shock, "Not that I thought you wouldn't. I mean, You and Nash work really well together and I knew eventually that," Luna giggling cut Storm off

"You really haven't changed since we were fourteen. It's adorable." Luna said

"Hey, I'm not that pathetic anymore!"

"DO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME MY DAUGHTER IS DATING A FULLBUSTER?!!!" Natsu yelled but Nash pulled him aside.

"Dad! Get a grip you're making a scene!" Nash said.

"Why out of all people did Luna have to fall for brain freezes kid?" Natsu said crossing his arms. 

"Listen, I don't know what happened between you and Gray and quite frankly I really don't care. I wasn't thrilled about their relationship either because I wanted Luna to myself, but look at them." Nash and Natsu looked over and saw Storm covering Luna with kisses and tickling her. "You see that scar on his shoulder? He took an arrow when they were both completely out of magic power. Those two are seriously willing to die for each other. Can't you at least give him a chance? Storm really is a good guy. I mean really. You haven't even known him for five minutes." 

Natsu crossed his arms and puffed out his cheeks. "Fine." Natsu walked over to the couple and they stiffened up. "Listen, I may not like the idea of you two going out, but I'm not going to stop you."

"Thanks dad! What made you change your mind?" Luna asked,

"Your brother. I don't know what your mother did raising you, but she did it right." Natsu said. As if on cue, he straight back into over-protective dad mode. "As for you Fullbuster, I'm not afraid to be locked in another prison cell if you hurt her. You can bet on that." 

"Y-yes sir!" Storm squeaked, "I care about her very much. I promise to always take very good care of her. Believe me. Nash gave me the same talk when we first started going out."

"He would say the same thing every day for three months without fail. 'Listen here and listen good. I can't stop you from going out but I can make sure you treat her like the queen she is.'" Luna said in a really bad Nash impression.

"I don't sound like that!" Nash yelled.

"Anyway, let's go home. It's getting late and we promised mom we'd be home for her birthday." Luna said. The group walked to the nearest train station and bought their tickets.

"Listen, I love Lucy with every ounce of my being and she is who I want to see the most right now but," Natsu looked up at his demise, "DOES IT HAVE TO BE A TRAIN???!!!" Natsu yelled.

"It's a three-day walk back to Magnolia and if we want to be home by moms birthday we have to take the train. It's only a one-day ride. You'll live." Nash said buying the tickets. "You can survive seventeen years on what I can assume was pure torture, but it's still transportation that beats you?"

Natsu still complained about getting on the train, so Luna knocked him upside the head to knock him out. "That will make the ride a little easier on him. They all got on the train and realized that one cart wasn't enough to fit all of them, so Nash, Rin, Sylvia, and Natsu got in one and Storm and Luna took another one.

"I can't remember the last time we were alone together like this." Storm said scooting closer to Luna.

"It was only a few days ago when you carried me home from the guild," Luna smirked. 

"Aw come on! I want to have fun with you!" Storm and Luna laughed as he put his arm around Luna's shoulder. "One way or another." He whispered seductively in Luna's ear. Storms arm flew back to his side as Luna switched sides of the cart so fast you could almost say she was teleporting.

"Y-You pervert!" Luna yelled. "You're lucky you're cute. I'm tired. Now you get to be my pillow." Luna said crawling back over to him and cuddling up to him. 

"For you and you only." Storm said as Luna fell asleep on him. He looked down at her and remembered a song he used to sing to her

"Would you help me to find a new way,

Would you guide me through all this again,

don't let me slip away, I need you here till the very end,"

Luna peeked her eyes open and recognized the song

"Stay here with me, there's so much love in your smile when I look at your face.

I'm here to stay, you're my first and my last love and you're my escape."

"You still remember that song?" Storm asked.

"How could I forget? It's our song." Luna said back. "Whenever I was feeling sad you would sing to me. I'm not gonna forget that." Luna said. "I'm really gonna sleep now. Wake me up when we get there." Luna said. Within a matter of minutes, Luna was out like a light. 

"Hey Storm! Watcha doing?!" Nash said coming into their cart.

"Ssssssshhhhhh!" Storm hissed pointing at Luna. "What do you need Nash?"

"Rude! And I just wanted to talk to my sister? Is this a crime." Nash said. 

"Sorry Nash. That wasn't cool, but Luna's asleep. Can it wait?" Storm said. Nash frowned then nodded.

"Yeah alright. Just wanted to tell Luna we'll there in a few hours. I'm gonna go back to my cart." Nash walked over to Luna and kissed her forehead. "See ya Storm." Nash walked out of the cart and Storm sighed.

The rest of the trip went smoothly for the most part. The train came to a stop and Storm tried to wake Luna up, but had no luck. "Luna." Storm shook Luna. After many failed attempts to wake her up, he decided to carry Luna off the train.

"Luna fell asleep?" Natsu asked. "She's cute when she's asleep."

"Not so cute when she wakes up," Rin said. "Watch and see." Rin cleared his throat and walked close to Luna. "Hey, is that Storm without a shirt?!"

"What?! Where?!" Luna yelled, falling out of Storms' arms and face first into the pavement. "Rin,"  Luna hissed. She created a whip out of moonlight and chased Rin around with it. "YOU MUST WANT TO DIE RIN FULLBUSTER!!!!" Luna yelled as she tied him up with a moonlight rope.

Natsu came up behind the rabid Luna and kept her from murdering the scared blue haired 15 years old. "Down girl. Down"

"That's what he gets for waking me up. Wait, when did we get back to Magnolia?"

"Literally a minute before you woke up," Nash said. "Come on. It's late and mom's birthday is almost over. We have to hurry if we're going to make it to the guild." the group started running full steam ahead until they made it to the guild. 

"Okay, we have had this day planned down to how many times we blink. Fullbusters, take Natsu into the guild and give everybody a chance to let it sink in, and Nash and I will go get mom and bring her here. Got it?" 

"Wait, why can't Lucy be the first thing I see?" Natsu asked, "I only spent seventeen years locked in a prison cell."

"Did you not hear us? We have every second of this day planned. Trust us. Okay? Go see all your old friends. Alright? I can tell you that there is a certain blue cat waiting in there for you." Nash said. Natsu kissed his kids on the forehead and ran into the woods, leading to the cottage.

The twins burst through the door to see Lucy frightened and have her drop her laundry basket. "Nash Igneel Dragneel and Luna Layla Dragneel you better have a good reason as to why you knocked down the door."

"Sorry, we'll fix it later, but something happened at the guild, we don't know what it was. We gotta get to the guild." Luna said, faking to be out of breath. 

Lucy ran out with her kids and to the guild to hear it cheering more than usual. "Mavis, it's so loud." Lucy ran in and to her surprise, instead of an attack, it was a celebration. Lucy was confused as to why until she saw a head of long, spiky pink hair and onyx eyes staring back here. "Natsu?" She said weakly, but everybody heard it. "M-Mira, I-If this is some sick j-joke,"

Natsu walked toward Lucy and put his hand on her cheek, wet with her tears. "You're as beautiful as the day I lost you." Lucy threw her arms around his neck and cried.

"I was so scared I'd never see you again." Lucy cried. Natsu looked deep into her eyes.

"I never had a doubt in my mind." Natsu's lips met Lucy's and the guild erupted in cheers.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!" Nash and Luna yelled. "We went out because we heard a rumor about a man with pink hair and weirdly powerful fire magic."

"I'll explain everything later. Let's just spend the rest of the night together. I'm not letting you out of my-Hey is that Gray?! Hey! Ice queen! Get over here and fight me!'

The entire guild started laughing. "Yup, That's our Natsu." Erza said, "I'm glad everything's back to normal."

"The guild hasn't been this riled up since I returned from the dead." Lucy said, "But you could argue it's the same situation."

"TONIGHT WE CELEBRATE THE RETURN OF OUR FELLOW COMRADE!!!!" Master Makarov yelled.

"AWE YEAH!! BRING OUT THE BOOZE!!! WE 'RE HAVING A PAAAAARTY" Cana slurred.

"Right, because what you need is more alcohol Cana," Nash said. Everybody laughed as he tried(and failed) to get the barrel of beer away from Cana.

The rest of the night was filled with partying and laughing. Natsu managed to cram seventeen years worth of drinking and eating into one night. At the end of the night, everyone was either asleep or drunk. Luna was asleep in Storms' arms, Nash was passed out on the stage, and Natsu and Lucy were asleep on top of each other, both with smiles on their faces.
