"Okay, Mr. and Mrs. Dragneel. All of Luna's test have come back normal! Just sign here and she'll be free to go!" Lucy took the clipboard from the bubbly nurse, signed her name and handed it back to her. "Thank you! I'll send Luna out!" She walked out with a bounce and a smile that pissed Natsu off to no ends

"I don't like her. She wouldn't let me see Luna before, and now she's rushing to get her out of here." Natsu growled as Lucy smacked him upside the head.

"She's doing her job Natsu. Show some respect." Lucy hissed. The nurse wheeled a sleeping Luna out in a wheelchair and Natsu scooped her up in his arms. Her pink hair fell over pale face as she slept.

"She really is beautiful," Natsu said as he studied her face. He hadn't got a chance to really look at his daughter since he'd escaped, but now that he had the chance, he was going to take in every detail.

Lucy put a hand on Natsu's shoulder, "She really is. How I wish you could have watched her grow up with the rest of the guild," Lucy said as she pushed a stray strand of Luna's hair behind her ear. 

Natsu turned his head around and kissed his wife on her forehead, "Me too, Luce, But I'm here now, and I intend to spend every possible moment with the twins as I can. And with my beautiful wife."

"Uhm, I get the fact you guys have been together for less than twenty-four hours, but could you cut down on the PDA? Nova and Storm are at the house waiting for her." Nash chimed in.

"Oh, Nash. I forgot you were here," Lucy said with her cheeks turning pink, "Could you take Luna home? I need to talk with your father for a few minutes." Natsu handed Luna over to Nash as he walked out the door. 

"Yeah yeah, it's not the first time Nash takes a back seat to the Luna show," Nash muttered, walking out the door.

"I've got to do something special for him," Lucy said, " I really don't give him the attention I give Luna,"

"I have no doubt in my mind that you are an amazing mother Lucy. I remember you went on and on about exactly how you would raise your kids, even before we started dating," Natsu put an arm around his; well, he couldn't really call her his wife, ah screw it they had children she was his wife.

A warm smile grew on Lucy's face, "I wasn't expecting them to be as powerful as they are. God I can't even imagine how powerful their real parents must have been,"

"Hey," Natsu grabbed Lucy's chin and made her look at him, "You are their mother, and I'm gonna try my best to be their father."

   Lucy placed a kiss on his lips, quick and soft before pulling back and letting a tear slide down her face.

"Hey," Natsu brushed the tear away, "What is it?"

"Natsu, Nash and Luna, Our children are being targeted and hunted simply because of who we are and our reputation. I thought we were done with this after Blue Heart," another tear slid down her face, "I so wanted to put this all behind me and have at least something close to a normal life, but because of us,"

Lucy couldn't finish her sentence, so Natsu simply pulled her into a hug and let her cry into his shoulder. He stroked her soft blonde hair.

"We can't change our past or what people think of us, we have a lot of enemies, and we know this, but I can promise you right here and now, they will not get away with hurt our children." Lucy didn't reply, but Natsu knew she didn't need to. They just sat there holding each other.

Luna had woken up a while before Nash got back to the house, but almost passed out again when Nova squeezed just about every breath of air out of her lungs.

"Don't you EVER scare me like that again!" Nova yelled while she hugged her best friend.

Nova let go of her and Luna smiled, "Believe me I have no intention of repeating," Luna had to think for a moment, "Whatever it was that happened to me."

Nash came out of the kitchen with four glasses of water, "Whatever it was, I have a feeling you need to rest. You should get some sleep," Nash put his hand on his sisters forehead.

"Nash, I'm not dying," Luna replied, "But you're right"

"Nova, didn't Storm come with you?" Nash asked and Luna immediately perked up.

"No, Gray wanted him home but he said he'll drop by tomorrow," Nova replied and Luna's face dropped, "Sorry Luna,"

"No it's fine," Luna started, "Thanks for stopping by. I'll be back at the guild tomorrow."

Nova smiled at her best friend, "Promise?"

Luna smiled at the bubbly blonde, "Promise."

HOLY SHIT SHE'S ALIVE!!! What is up my beautiful readers I HAVE RETURNED FROM MY PERILOUS QUEST!!!! I am aware I have been non-existent for almost a year now, and as much as I loved going through high school and really developing myself as a writer and a musician, It's glad to be back. I tried to give you a chapter worth the wait but I'm not exactly satisfied with it, but you guys have waited long enough. I'm going to try and give you more consistent updates sometime after the new year.
