Okay, I promise I didn't plan this I realized this as I was writing, but this is going to be another filler chapter I am so sorry. Put down your pitchforks I'll try to release a long chapter in return. Bear with me writing is hard.

Nash, Rieki, Gale, and Storm stood there, not quite understanding what had just happened. "Nash, Storm, Go get Natsu and Lucy! Rieki and I will stay here and wait for Luna." Gale ordered.

Storm immediately protested. "Are you kidding?! I'm not going to leave Luna he-"

"JUST GO!" Gale yelled. Without another word, Nash and Storm ran out of the hospital and Gale and Reiki sat down in the waiting room. Gale buried his head in his hands, leaving only his dark green hair to be seen.

"You're seriously worried about her, aren't you?" Rieki asked sitting down next to him.

"Of course I am aren't you?!" Gale yelled, clearly ticked.

"Of course I am Gale, I'm just trying to stay calm," Rieki said.

"Look, I haven't told anybody this, but Luna was my first friend," Gale said taking his head out of his hands. "She was the first person to actually care about a sack of crap like me."

Ten years ago

"Go on Gale, At least try to make some friends," Levy said to a seven-year-old Gale. Gale just stood in the corner watching all the other kids run around. Then a small girl with long pink hair and purple eyes approached him with a bright smile.

"Why are you just standing in the corner? Don't you want to play with your friends?" She asked Gale turned his head.

"I don't have any friends," Gale said. The girl looked at him puzzled.

"That's silly! Everybody has friends! Even Mr.Macao who is always drinking special grown up juice that makes him act funny!" She said.

"Hey!" Macao called out as Wakaba laughed at him.

"I said I don't have any friends!" Gale yelled. The girl just smiled at him. If you looked in their direction it would look like happiness and rainbows colliding with midnight and nightmares.

"Well, you can be my friend! My name's Luna!" Luna sang.

"G-Gale"

Present day

"Luna was the first friend I ever made. That's why I'm so protective of her. Heck, I formed a team with her just so I can keep an extra eye on her. So yeah I'm gonna worry about her." Gale hissed, burying his head in his hands again.

"Gale," Rieki's sympathetic lecture was cut off by Natsu and Lucy almost breaking down the door.

"LUNA DRAGNEEL!" They both yelled.

"I-I'm sorry?" The woman behind the desk said, frightened at the couple's sudden outburst.

"Luna Dragneel! Pink hair, Purple eyes, pale skin, Where is she?!" Natsu yelled.

"I'm sorry sir, the doctors are working with her as we speak, but we can't send in any visitors." The lady said.

Natsu slammed his fist down on the desk. "Bull crap! Where's my daughter?!"

"Natsu!" Lucy said holding him back, "Calm down! The lady's just doing her job. Let's go sit down and wait like civilized people, okay?" Lucy said. Natsu calmed down a bit and sat down next to Gale. "How are you holding up Gale?" Lucy said putting a hand on his back.

"I want to kill whatever took control of her," Gale said.

"Gale, What are you talking about?" Rieki asked.

"Are you blind?! We all saw the same thing! Luna was taken over by something and I don't know what it was, but it wasn't human!" Gale said. "She was lifted into the air, and in a voice that wasn't hers, she said what I think was a prophecy.

In 3 days time, we again will meet

To come reclaim the one we seek

a war is coming and we will win

Soldiers will die alongside their kin

When the sun and the moon become one

The fairy tail guild will be done

The sky will burn red like blood

and fairy tail will be sleeping in the mud."

Everyone in the waiting room was staring at Gale. "Dude, how do you remember all that?" Rieki asked.

"My mother is Levy Redfox," Gale said. That was enough to shut up Rieki. "I'll give it to my mom, see if she can decode it, but as for now, I'll try not to think about it."

"Luna Dragneel?" The nurse asked. Everybody stood up and Natsu walked over to her.

"I'm her father. Is she alright?" Natsu asked extremely concerned.

"We don't quite know what caused her fever, But it was so high it would have killed anybody else. I'm assuming it's because she's a mage she survived. On the good side, She's responding well to the treatment, but we're going to keep her overnight just to try and figure out what caused the sudden fever. You're really lucky Mr. Dragneel."  The nurse said.

"Can I see her?!" Natsu asked.

"She's asking for people named Gale and Nash?" Gale and Nash stood up and the nurse led her to Lunas' room.

"Hey, guys." Luna said weakly.

"Hey. You feeling any better?" Nash asked kissing her forehead.

"I feel like I've been hit by a train, but otherwise I'm just fine." Luna said. "Hey Gale." Luna smiled at Gale.

"Hey champ. Glad to see you're alright." Gale said leaning on the wall. "By the way, Is there any particular reason you brought me in? I though you were going to bring Storm in."

"Well, when you're stuck in a hospital bed for hours on end, your only form of entertainment is memories, and I was thinking about the time we first met. Really makes me laugh. It was the only time I ever saw you wearing overalls." Luna giggled and Gale turned red.

"Yeah, and it was the last time I let my mom dress me."

Flashback

"Hey guys!" A young Luna called out. "This is Gale! He's my new friend!" Nash then came up to him and gave him a weird stare. Then he smiled at him flashing his bright white teeth.

"You seem cool! Welcome to the group Gale!" Nash welcomed.

Rin came up to him (Of course without a shirt) and stared at him the same way Nash did earlier. "Why does he have green hair?"

"Says the stripper with blue hair!" Gale yelled back.

"You wanna fight grass head?!"

"Let's go mermaid!"

"ENOUGH!!" Rosemary yelled, dispelling the boys magic circle with her magic. The elders of the guild laughed while watching them.

"She's definitely Erza's kid." Gray said with a smirk

"The resemblance is uncanny." Juvia chimed.

Gale caught sight of a head of blonde hair and electric blue eyes smiling with Luna. She looked at Gale and smiled at him, making him blush.

"Awwwwwww! Does Gale have a crush?" Nash sang.

"Shut up!!"

Flash forward

"And It's because of me that you're in a successful relationship with Nova today." Nash said proudly.

"IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU YOU HETEROCHROMIC FREAK!!!!" Gale yelled, smacking Nash over the head.

"Aahhh You can't hate me." Nash said.

"I hate everyone and everything." Gale said. "I just hate some people less than others. Get some rest Luna. You need it. I'll send in Storm." Gale stroked Luna's hair and Nash kissed her forehead. Five minutes later, Storm walked in.

"Hey Luna. How ya' holding up?" Storm asked. His turquoise eyes made Luna feel a million times better.

"Better now that you're here. I sure do end up in a hospital bed a lot don't I?" Luna laughed. Storm sighed and took a seat next to her.

"It's not something to joke about. You're going to send me to an early grave with how much I worry about you." Storm said taking her hand.

"I haven't been this helpless since you found the confidence to ask me out." Luna teased. Storm put his hand on his chest and scoffed.

"Excuse me but you were just as big a wreck as me."

Flashback

"Alright. This job should be good for us. It's not too far and it pays pretty good." A twelve-year-old Luna said. She had short hair, thick glasses, and braces. If you looked up nerd in the dictionary you would find a picture of her.

Pause

"Oh but you're glasses were so cute!" Storm cooed.

"Shut up and let me flashback!"

Resume

"Plus we get 30,000 jewel!" Nash said popping in. The only difference between him then and now was he wore an excessive amount of hair gel and cologne.

"That's still 10,000 dollars each genius. We're a team, we split the cash." Gale said shutting his book. He put his book on the table for his mom to read later.

"LUUUUUUNA!" A fiery Nova said crashing into Luna. "Storm wanted to see you before you left."

"N-NOVA!! You didn't have to tell her that." Storm said marching his way to Nova. Luna turned red when she saw him. His shirt was barely buttoned and his hair was slicked back. In Lunas eyes, he looked like a god.

"H-Hey Storm. Y-You look g-good today." Luna blushed. Storm blushed as well.

"Oh! Th-Thanks. Y-You look, um, You-You look," Storm babbled. Nova sighed and slapped him on the back. 

" I think what you meant to is that she looks really pretty. You're lucky I speak love dunce Luna." Nova said. Storm lit up even more.

"They're so like you two before you got married!" Erza said to Alzack and Bisca.

"We were not anything like that!" They replied in unison.

"It's almost an exact replica. Right Gray?" Juvia asked elbowing her husband. Gray, however, did not find the relationship as charming as everybody else. 

"Did it have to be the salamanders kid?" Gray complained. Erza came up to him and slapped him right across the face. 

"You have no room to interfere with their relationship after it took you almost nine years to realize your feeling for Juvia. And anybody with functional eyes can see that they've been in love since they met." Erza hissed. Gray rubbed the spot where Erza slapped him and saw all the guys behind him struggling to contain their laughter. 

"It is rather obvious. Just give it time. You'll see." Jellal chimed in, putting his arm around his wife. "Even if you don't you'll most likely just have to accept it. The way they're acting, you're probably going to be her father-in-law." Everybody started laughing when Gray got angry.

"Um, I-I heard you w-were going out on a job, so I-I had C-Cana make this f-for you." Storm handed Luna a card with his face and name written in bright neon letters.

"Hey! *hic*" Cana yelled while drunk. "Don't think *hic* that just because I gave *hic* you that card that you can go and get my *hic* baby girl p-pregnant! *hic*"Storm and Luna both turned bright shades of pink and red. 

"S-SHUT UP YOU' RE DRUNK!" They both yelled. 

Cana looked at them and smiled even bigger while a bigger blush spread across her face. "I'm ALWAYS drunk!" She replied. Storm and Luna looked at each other and Luna started picking at her nails. Something she does when she's nervous.

"LUNA! COME ON IT"S TIME TO GO!!!!" Gale called out and grabbed Luna by the hand, dragging her out of the guild hall. 

"B-Bye Storm! See you when I get back!"

Well, that failed

Gale was out like a light, Nash was too injured to fight, and Luna might have still been standing, she was cut everywhere, completely drained of magic power, And the sun was still in the sky. She had tried using the card that Storm had given her but it had been thirty minutes and still nothing. She didn't know how long she would be able to hold up against this monster.

"Luna," Nash called out with a weak voice. "You can't take it the way you are! You need to get out of here!" 

"I-I can't Nash! The-The moon is almost up!"  Luna replied out of breath. "I just need to hang on a little longer"

"You sure you can do that moonbeam?" A sly voice called out. Luna looked over and with her blurry vision she made out Storms body and the card stopped blinking.

"S-Storm! Oh thank god you're here!" Storm ran to Luna and made a barrier out of ice, protecting the two. "The moons coming up!" Luna harnessed the moonlight and healed her wounds. "Ah, that feels better. Come on Storm. We need to find it's weak spot." Luna made a bow out of moonlight and made an arrow appear in it. "I'll take care of that. You take Gale and Nash to safety." I told him. Storm nodded and I formed a bow out of moonlight. "Alright, you've gotta have a weak spot somewhere," I said under my breath. I scanned its body, searching for something that might be weak.

Luna noticed a jewel on the top of its forehead and figured, "Hey, worth a shot." she aimed her bow at the jewel and fired straight at it. It landed dead center and cracked, but it didn't seem to have any effect.

Luna swore under her breath and kept scanning the monster for a weak spot. Meanwhile dodging all of its attacks.

"Luna!" Storm yelled. "I hid the guys!" She lets her guard down for a second due to relief, that being the worst time. "LUNA LOOK OUT!!"  She looks back at the monster but by then it's too late. Before she knows it, She's being thrown around the air.

She lands right at Storms feet but refuses to stay down. "Luna! What are you doing? You're going to get yourself killed!" Storm yelled.

'"I''m not going to be some damsel in distress. I, refuse." Luna choked out. She cried in pain as she raised her hands to attempt to blind the monster. She shot energy at the monster and hit it in the eyes. "It's blinded for now. Hurry and finish it off!" Luna croaked.

"But what about-"

"JUST DO IT!!!"

Storm stepped in front of her and charged toward the beast. He struck it in its heart, somehow taking it down in one blow. 

That was the moment Luna truly experienced how powerful Storm really was. She forced herself up and staggered toward Storm,

And planted her lips right on his.

Present time

"My brain pretty much short-circuited after that." Storm laughed, causing Luna to giggle.

"You couldn't speak properly for like three hours." 

"Even so," Storm kissed Luna on the forehead, "I couldn't be happier you did it." 

"Me too," Luna said.

Natsu and Lucy burst in that minute, "Luna! Oh, my baby girl are you alright?" Lucy asked frantically.

"I won't be if you keep squeezing my guts out!" Luna croaked. "But I'm fine mom. I'll be out tomorrow."

"We know, but when Nash told us what happened I couldn't think straight. I just got my daughter, I don't want anything to happen to her." Natsu said, taking Luna's hand.

"Thanks for worrying dad, but I'm fine, honestly," Luna said smiling. 

"Hey, Luna, I'm going to head home now. You gonna be alright?" Gale asked.

"I'll be fine Gale." Gale walked out and walked home, followed by Rieki, then Storm, and Lucy and Natsu until it was just her and Nash. 

"You know, the doctor said your fever was so high, it probably would have killed you if you weren't a mage," Nash said. Luna sat up in her bed, causing her to wince.

"Yeah, they told me that. I would have been dead long before now if I didn't have my powers. Of course, life just wants me to die I guess." Luna said.

"Yeah, well I'll punch life in the face. Nobody breaks up the Dragneel twins. (Evil author laughs) We'll find a way. I promise." Nash said giving Luna a hug. 

"Mr. Dragneel, I'm sorry but all visitors have to leave now." The nurse said. "And Luna, We're going to run one more test before you go home tomorrow. That alright hon?" She asked. Nash gave Luna a kiss on the cheek and walked out smiling at her.

"Yeah sure. I've already been stabbed, shot at, and swatted. What's a couple of pins and needles?" The nurse rolled in a machine to run the test while giving Luna medicine to make her go to sleep.

She slept through the entire test and waited for her family to pick her up in the morning.
