Luna woke up the next morning to the warmth of her boyfriend's arms and bare chest, making her blush a very dark shade of red. But she quickly settled in and sunk into the ironically warm ice mage.

Luna was just about to go back to sleep until she felt something tickling her forehead. "Storm cut that out! That tickles!" Luna quietly giggled.

"Hmm, I'm not doing anything." Storm replied. Luna felt her forehead and felt a big, hairy spider crawling down her face. Now, the only thing Luna hated more than mornings were bugs, so naturally, her ear piercing scream woke up everybody in a five-mile radius.

"GET IT OFF GET IT OFF GET IT OFF!!!" Luna shrieked and Nova came out of the corner laughing like there was no tomorrow. "Nova!!! Get your blonde butt out here!"

"O-Oh man! Y-You should have seen the look on your face!" Nova laughed at the flaming pink haired teenager.

"YOU WANNA GO LIGHTNING LOCKS?!?!" Luna yelled igniting her left hand with light.

"BRING IT ON SUNSHINE!!" Nova had electricity crackling all around her body. Just before Luna could attack, the light around her hand disappeared, leaving Luna's as Nova's personal lightning rod.

"Nova, think about this I'm totally powerless and I know you never-AAAHHH!!" A charred Luna sat on the ground with her butt in the air, totally out of it. Even though she may lose her early morning brawls, she is extremely powerful, even when the sun was out.

"AWESOME!!! A FIGHT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!" Natsu yelled like a child in a candy store.

"Really? You're not concerned that your daughter is Nova's target practice?" Lucy said sarcastically.

"Should I be?" Natsu asked. Lucy looked at the girls then back at Natsu.

"No, not really."

Nova held her hand out to the dizzy defeated Luna and smiled. "Come on up. Do you ever get tired of losing?"

"Hey, if it was the night you would be the one on your butt like last time," Luna said taking her hand and smirking.

"That was a draw at best," Nova complained. "Wait, what smells like cheap hair gel and cologne?"

Just after Nova said that a small boy a few inches shorter than Nova burst through the door with high pitch, "LUUUUUUUNNNAAAA!!!!!" making everybody in the guild sigh.

"For the love of Mavis, this guy's back?" Storm sighed

"We should really lock our door at night." Nash hissed.

"Who's that? And why does everybody seem to hate him?" Natsu asked

"Ugh. That's Atsuki Eucliffe. Sting and Yukino's kid. Ever since they were little kids, Atsuki has hit on Luna. It was cute at first, but now it's just annoying." Lucy said. Atsuki grabbed onto Luna's arm.

"Atsuki, how many times do I have to tell you?" Storm towered above the young player and put his arm around Luna, "Luna, Is, MINE!!

"I'm sorry Storm, but I just caught sight of an angel." Atsuki threw his arms around the sakura pink haired teenager as she tried to push him away.

"Yeah? Well if you don't get off her, You'll be going to hell." Storm said cracking his knuckles, making the timid mage back away.

Sting came running through the door and grabbed his son by the arms. "I'm so sorry Luna. We were coming home from a job and the guild hall came into view and he lost it." Sting said.

"He seems extra clingy today. Oh, Sting, I've been meaning to ask you about something." Luna said.

"Shoot."

"I want you to train me in light magic. I know you specialize in white magic but I heard you've been practicing light and I don't care whether or not you're any good at it but I just need you to help me because what Nash is doing isn't working and-"

"Hey!" Nash yelled, "I'm a great teacher and-" Rose punched Nash across the guild hall.

"Go on Sting."

"Of course I'll train ya kid. Oh, by the way, I heard a rumor that Natsu was back, is that true or-"

"Hey Sting. Long time no see!" Natsu said, coming out to greet his old companion. "I see you and Yukino got together, How's that?"

"We started dating a little after the incident with Lucy all those years ago and got married shortly after you disappeared," Yukino said.

Atsuki came up to Natsu and started examining him. "Natsu Dragneel. Honorary father of Nash and my Luna, Age 42, Fire dragon slayer magic." He said.

"How do you know all that? And what do you mean 'your Luna?'" Natsu asked. Sting put a hand on Atsuki's shoulder.

"Atsuki here is known as the 'kid genius' in Sabertooth. He mastered archive magic when he was only nine, He can tell you the basic info of a total stranger, has an identic memory, fluent in ten different languages, and has read and memorized every book in the Sabertooth library." Sting boasted.

"The kid may be annoying, but there's no denying he's a genius," Nash admitted.

"Luna, Veux-tu sortir avec moi?" Atsuki asked in perfect french.

"Non, et si vous me le demandez de nouveau, je vais te botter les noisettes dans ta gorge!" Luna replied back, again in perfect french. Everybody in the guild stared at her, and Atsuki looked at her in fear, "What? I don't spend my time in the library doing nothing."

Atsuki stepped back behind his father. "What'd she say?" Sting asked Levy, who was standing in the back of the guild laughing.

"Nothing you need to know Sting."

"I've never been more scared of her." Atsuki whimpered.

"Anyway, Luna you should know that training with me won't be easy. I know Nash goes easy on ya', so are ya' willing to go through my hellish training?" Sting asked.

"You know it Sting! This is gonna be awesome!"

One hour later

"This sucks!" Luna panted. Loose strands of hair were stuck to her forehead with sweat, Every part of her body was sore, and she was running low on magic energy. "do, do you think, we could do something, other than sparring?" Luna asked, completely out of breath.

"I told ya training with me wouldn't be easy, but because I'm such an angel, I'll give ya' a five-minute break." Luna walked over to the brick wall where Gale, Storm, Rieki and Nash were watching her. Rieki tossed her a water bottle that she swiftly caught and flopped into Gales lap.

"Tired champ?" Gale asked putting a hand on Luna's head.

"Why are you guys here?" Luna asked. "Ah forget it I'm too tired to care."

"Bit of a tip, try summoning light just before it hits you, maybe some of his light will get absorbed with yours," Gale suggested.

"Thanks, I'll try it when I'm not almost dying." Luna panted, still on Gale's lap, "I'm almost out of magic power, and sting won't let me use any other magic than light. I can't fight this guy."

"Did ya miss me, Luna?" Sting asked, strutting out the guild doors like it was a catwalk.

"Like I miss the plague. What hell are you going to put me through now ?"

"This is actually a simple technique that will help you summon and use light," Sting said.

"About time."

"Now, Stand over here and do what I say." Luna did as she was told and stood where she was directed. "Close your eyes and feel the warmth of the sun and harness that energy from the top of your head to the palms of your hands to the souls of your feet." Luna was taking deep breaths and for a minute thought it was working. You could sense her magic power, and her feet were beginning to leave the ground.

Until she fell.

Luna swore as her body collided with the hard ground. "Ugh, Screw this. I'm never going to get it. Just stop wasting your time with me." Luna slung her bag over her shoulder and stormed through the sabertooth guild hall.

"Hey Lunaaa, okay not the time." Rogue's voice dropped as she blew passed him. Luna's friends chased after her to try to calm her down.

"Luna! Wait up!" Storm yelled.

"What?! Don't try and convince me to go back there! I'm not going!" Luna hissed Nash, Gale and Rieki caught up to her and stood behind Storm.

"I know it's tough but all magic is! You just need to-"

"I've been trying since I was five years old Storm! Every day of my life I've been trying to learn this God forsaken magic, but all that has ever gotten me is a face full of dirt!" Luna yelled. She was about to yell again, her eyes turned completely white and started glowing as Luna hovered several feet in the air.

"Luna! What's happening?!" Nash yelled.

"In 3 days time, we again will meet

To come reclaim the one we seek

a war is coming and we will win

Soldiers will die alongside their kin

When the sun and the moon become one

And I am through with all my fun

The sky will burn red like blood

and fairy tail will be sleeping in the mud."

Before anybody could process what happened, Luna lost all consciousness and fell to the ground. Gale and Rieki dove after her to catch her. "She's burning up. We need to get her to the hospital!" Rieki yelled. He took Luna in his arms and they ran to the nearest hospital. The doctors took her and placed her on a gurney and rolled her away. The doors slammed and the four boys stood there, not knowing what to do next.
