EARLY
LIFE

Hunter Leon Baker was born on September 28, 1987 in Los Angeles, California. At a young age, Hunter never met his parents, yet he knew he had two of them.

Growing up in the foster care system, he jumped from home to home, keeping up with families who were trying to bring him in, as he was never in one place for longer than usual.

At the age of 8, he had already been relocated more than 14 times, from foster home to foster home, and was even told that the most times someone has been relocated, was at least 8, yet he managed to break the record.

SURPRISE

A couple years passed, Hunter was now 12, when he was given some surprising news.

Hunter had a sister. All along. She had been living in another foster home, in Florida. They were never reunited until Hunter was 12, and he was finally able to meet his sister, who was actually only 5 years younger than him. She was 7 years old and had been moved from foster home to foster home, just like Hunter.

At the age of 14, Hunter decided that he wanted to take care of his sister, so he asked the directors to make the switch, as they switched one of the children in the foster home in Los Angeles, with Hunter's sister, where they were both moved to a closer Los Angeles home and were given the same family, whom they were able to stay with until Hunter turned 18.

COLLEGE
AND
MOVING AWAY

Right when Hunter turned 18, he was able to leave the system, as he decided to attend college after he had graduated high school. He immediately enrolled in NYU, as he took acting classes and obtained two bachelors within 4 years: Bachelor of Fine Arts and Drama and Dancing Bachelor.

Once he had graduated, he applied to acting in small roles, appearing in various movies before he decided to become a teacher, seeing as he had gotten his bachelor in Drama and Dancing.

He paired both bachelors he had received, and applied to become a teacher at Hollywood Arts High School, where he was later accepted.

After his acceptance to teach at Hollywood Arts, he bought a house in Los Angeles and moved in with his sister, who was just starting college.
