Bella

...it was the best day ever, yet.

I clicked upload for the nth time. I smiled as I uploaded another blog about me and Jake. I scrolled and saw the immediate comments.

"OMG! So kilig!"

"Sobrang goals po talaga kayo!"

"'Di ko pa nababasa, pero sa picture palang, i know this is another kilig moment from the two of you!"

"Ehem! Abay ako ah!" Napatawa naman ako sa comment ni Coleen.

Wala talaga siyang magawa sa buhay niya, kaya nakababad sa internet, palibhasa hindi pa kasi nakakapasa ng board exams. Sayang 'yung taon niya, dapat humanap siya ng alternate job for the mean time.

It was just a photo of me and Jake holding hands while at the top of the mountain and the other one's we're kissing. No, not just. I can still remember that electric feeling when he held my hand and kissed me. Kahit ilang beses naman nang nangyari 'yun, iba parin 'yung feeling.

Iba talaga kapag inlove.

I opened another tab and logged in to my facebook account. I saw a post of Gabi with her boyfriend at the club. As usual, nasa club nanaman siya ngayon. I hit like and continued scrolling.

Nakita ko naman ang hugot post ni ate Patty, and saw her boyfriend's comment saying sorry. Si ate Patty talaga, for sure may pinag-awayan nanaman silang maliit na bagay. She's been the sensitive one. Buti na lang matiyaga si Dave.

And as I was scrolling, and scrolling biglang nagpop-up 'yung skype sa screen ko. I hit answer.

"Hi." He said while smiling.

Gosh that dimples! Makita ko palang 'yung mukha niya, instant happiness na. Para coffee lang, sobrang instant.

"Hi." I said at inayos ang buhok ko. Although, sanay naman na siya na magulo ang buhok ko, I just want him to see me clearly. I didn't bother to show myself in pajamas, he has seen me with my pajamas on so many times.

Napahawak siya sa batok niya while still smiling. 

Is he blushing?

Shit.

I was chewing my lips refraining myself to let out a big smile. 

"Uh..." He said hesitatingly. "I saw your post...again.." Sabi niya at napaiwas ng tingin at mas lalong napalaki ang ngiti niya.

Napagulong ako sa kama at napatakip ng kumot sa mukha.

Why he has to be this enticing?! Gosh. He always takes my breath away in a split of second.

"Hey, Bell... You still there?" I heard him asked.

"UH. Yes!" I said under the blanket. I can't stop smiling!

"Show up, babe. That's why I video call right?" 

I slowly removed the blanket and looked at the screen. He was just wearing a plaing v-0neck shirt, pero bakit sobrang attractive parin niyang tingnan?!

He chuckled, I knew it. Nahuli nanaman niya akong pinagnanasaan siya. 

I closed my eyes wishing na wag na niya i-open 'yung topic na 'yun, dahil baka himatayin na lang ako bigla.

He chuckled again and I slowly opened my eyes, "So as I was saying... I saw your post in your blog site. And I just want to say that you made me happy by those thoughts written there. I am always aware that I make you shiver 10 times everyday, that I make you feel like electric shock when i hug you, and you feel thousands of animals in your stomach when we kiss, but it's just... so satisfying to read those kinds of thoughts." He said like he was reciting a very sweet poem. 

I blinked so many times, and was just so mesmerized on how he can open up like that to me. 

So many guys are really shy confessing how Kilig they are sa mga little things that girls do. Pero siya, he's just, simply honest and so open. 

"Uh..." sabi niya, and he was really blushing! Oh! If I could hug him right now I would!

Masama talagang sa video call siya nagcoconfess, masyado ko siyang namimiss.

"I love you." 'Yun lang ang mga salita na lumabas sa bibig ko. I just love him so much. 

A smile grew on his face. "I love you too, babe." He replied.

And that's where my night goes on. After namin mag-usap, natulog na ako, because I know it'll be another long day for me bukas.

"Yes Mich! I'm on my way na sa 23rd! Just wait me there okay?" Sabi ko at binaba na ang phone. Sobrang nagger niya lalo na kapag may mga meet-up na ganito. Imagine, mag-aaya kasi siya mag-hotel kahapon lang? Tapos ngayon mamadaliin niya ako. For sure pati sila Gabi, minamadali niya.

Michelle is always the early bird, samantalang ako 'yung laging super late, for some reasons na mabagal talaga akong gumayak at saaming lima, ako ang may pinakamalayong bahay. I'm from taguig, tapos pupunta kaming Albang ngayon. 

Buti naman naisipan nilang sunduin ako sa Bonifacio. 

Pagkasakay ko sa service ko, tumawag si Jake.

"Hey, baka ma-late ako. May exams pa ako ngayong umaga, susunod na lang ako. Okay? Take care babe, I love you." Sabi niya at binaba na ang tawag. 

Hindi man lang ako pinagsalita!

Jake is still studying college for like 7 years now? Nag-loko siya nung 2nd year siya, kaya ayun umulit pa. Imbis na engineer na siya ngayon, nag-aaral parin siya. Kaya ayun naunahan ko pa siya matapos, kahit na older siya saakin.

"Thank God, Bella! We were like waiting forever." Bungad ni Gabi. If I know kararating lang niya. Because she's also late sometimes. Noted na malapit lang siya dito sa Bonifacio, dahil walking distance lang naman ang condo niya papunta dito.

"Okay, ready guys? Tara na." Sabi ni Mich and in just a snap paparating na 'yung van niya.

"Wait, where's Coleen and Patty?" I asked and roamed the place. Nasa garden kasi kami malapit sa parking lot.

"We're here!" They said in chorus while they're holding a starbucks coffee.

Nakita ko silang kasama 'yung boyfriends nila. Dave was holding Patty's waist habang nakaakbay naman si Kyle kay Coleen.

I smiled at them and we all walk to the van. 

I can't believe si ate Patty parin at si Dave. They were like on since forever. Simula nung nakilala ko si ate Patty, sila na ni Dave. It's really interesting kung paano sila nagtagal ng ganito. Naka-graduate na kami't lahat, they're still strong. That's what you call True love.

While on the way, we were just listening to the Nerve's playlist. 

"I'm so stuck at this movie." Sabi ni Coleen habang binabasa ang libro ng Nerve. Adik talaga. Napanuod na nga, binabasa pa 'yung libro. She even bought it kanina sa fully booked sa 23rd before we headed.

"I'm so stuck to it's playlist, though." Sabi naman ni Gabi then continued singing along to Hurricane by Halsey.

"Bella, Si Jake nga pala? Hindi daw ba siya sasama? Ang lapit niya lang sa Alabang ha." Mich asked while she's taking selfies. Is it snapchat again? I don't get it why people are so addicted to snapchat, kahit sobrang halatang edited and filters. 

"He's joining, pero susunod na lang daw siya. May exams pa daw eh." I replied.

Kinuha ko 'yung eco bag sa gilid at naghanap ng snack. I only had coffee for breakfast. I'm starving already.

Before o pa man mabuksan 'yung dried mangoes, I heard Dave whispered. He was sitting right beside me and Coleen. 

"Exams? yeah right, Jake." He said, and that leaves me hanging.
