At Kanto Region.

Deep in the mountains is a base where the evil organization Team Rocket is located.

Inside is the boss office is Giovanni leader of Team Rocket and standing in front of him is his son Y/N who wears a black jacket with white jeans.

Giovanni: "So son you're 16 years old and want to begin your journey with the only team that have the talking Meowth" he said.

Y/N: "Yes and under my guidance they can steal pokemon faster and more effective. After all it our job to catch pokemon for world domination" he said which Giovanni smile then nod.

Giovanni: "Alright but that also means you're treated the same as them despite your the future leader" he said which y/n smirk.

Y/N: "It like you taught me: if you want to achieve greatness start off small" he said which Giovanni smile with proudness.

Giovanni: "Then go and show the world why Team Rocket is the future!" He said which Y/N salute then leave.

At Viridian City.

Upon arriving at the city Y/N isn't surprised to see wanted posters but when he reach the pokemon hospital he see a battle taking place.

Y/N: "Mm this is interesting" he said then walk to the Pokemon hospital but as soon as he enter he laugh as he see his team being electrified by Pikachu.

It wasn't long until a explosion which completely godsmack Y/N.

A few minutes later.

It took a while but Y/N is talking to Jessie, James, and Meowth after a funny experience.

Jessie: "And that what happened" she said.

Y/N: "So this kid and his Pikachu are responsible for that explosion. Well that indeed is a rare pokemon for Team Rocket" he said smiling at the future.

A few hours later.

Somewhere outside Viridian City.

Currently Y/N, Jessie, James, and Meowth are in the forest catching wild Pokemon to give to their boss.

Y/N: "Persian! Use Shadow Ball!" He said as his shiny partner use it attack onto a wild pokemon.

Jessie: "He have three shiny pokemon: Persian, Nidorina, and Sandshrew. No wonder he's the boss son" she said a bit jealous.

Meowth: "I can't believe how lucky she is" he said referring to the female Persian that successfully knock out the pokemon.

James: "I thought we should be stealing Pokemon from humans not wild" he said.

Y/N: "True we Team Rocket steal but catching wild can give our team credit" he said then catch the wild Pokemon.

Jessie: "Oh. Why didn't we come up with that?" She said asking her team which they shrugged never thinking about that.

Y/N: "Thus why you need a leader like me as you can't reach far without catching pokemon to give you the strength to beat trainers" he said sending the Pokemon back to Headquarters.

Meanwhile at Team Rocket headquarters.

It wasn't long until Matori received a pokemon which she growl seeing it from her archenemy Jessie team however she sigh seeing it was her boss son that sent the Pokemon.

Matori: "Why your son join that unit is beyond me" she said.

Giovanni: "my son believes his leadership will turn that team into a powerful unit but I believe he can as he learn from the best" he said proud of his son leadership.

Matori: "I see. Although I bet you are glad he didn't turn out to be a grunt" she said which Giovanni sweatdrop remembering the old days.

Giovanni: "don't remind me as that was dark times for Team Rocket" he said.

Matori: "Sorry sir that I remind you" she said  sheepish.

Giovanni: "The past is the past but the future is our own" he said then see a file on his desk.

Matori: "That was sent by your son" she said which peak his interest.

A few minutes later.

Giovanni: "I see my son done his homework" he said referring to the file containing important information.

Matori: "So what now?" She ask which Giovanni just smirk.

Giovanni: "The future is secure in Y/N capable hands" he said with pure proudness.
