Brandon and the other kids were outside, the kids playing. The bell rang and the kids walked in the school as Brandon tried to stay out of sight. They went to their classrooms and Brandon was bullied everyday.

"Such a nerd. Who will love a nerd that can't stand up for himself?" Wyatt asked as he and the kids laughed at Brandon. Gage felt sorry for him and walked to the group, standing in front of Brandon.

"THAT'S ENOUGH! Its not his fault he is scared to stand up for himself, to be honest everyone is sometimes!" Gage yelled and the kids sat down.

"Why are you sticking up for a loser, Gage?" A kid asked. "Because its a nice thing to do. Try it sometime!" Gage growled. Rhett was the only one not bullying Brandon.

The kids laughed. "Loser! Loser! Loser! Sticking up for a loser makes you a loser!" They chanted. "Stop! Gage is right, you'll never get friends this way" Rhett said.

Gage silently thanked Rhett and focused on his classmates, eyes blazing. "Don't think this ok, because its not" he said. The crowd backed down and Brandon got up.

"Thank you" Brandon said but stopped "Gage" the boy in front of Brandon smiled. "Rhett" a boy beside Gage said."Thank you, Gage and Rhett" Brandon smiled as they all sat down.

At lunch, Gage and Rhett always sat with Brandon. It attracted more kids to sat with them. Brandon blushed when Gage smiled. It was as if Brandon was having a crush on Gage.

Rhett smiled as he saw a poster. "Guys! Let's watch a movie!" "I vote for Hunger Games" Gage said. "What's that?" Brandon asked and the two looked at him."Brandon! That's the most awesome movie ever! Its survival for food and drama!" Rhett said.

They payed for the movie and watched it. Brandon jumped at the scary parts and didn't know he was holding Gage. He blushed and let go. Rhett laughed as they walk out. "I still love Katniss" Gage said."And Peeta, you gotta love him" Rhett adds.
