The Team move out to the desert using several camels and a few bikes to use moving onward to Hamunaptra. The first day was a slow one since there weren't any places to stop in case of supplies.

Demoman: Oy, not a place in sight me lads.

Scout: How long until we get to that “City of the dead” place? The wait is freaking killing me.

Ardeth: We will be there another day from now.

Pyro: Another day?! Aww man.😩

Engineer: Well at least we don't have to worry about the coyotes or rattlesnakes here, Missy.

Ardeth: We do have to be weary about the Sandstorms here.

Sniper: Sandstorms, huh. It won't hurt us a bit.

That night, the team rest out on an conveniently placed oasis.

Pyro: Hey Hal, why are you so hard on these people? They really are helping out.

Scout: Well they don't exactly...know what they are about to face.

Pyro: But we can show them how.

Scout: It's not just that. Those bozos think that they got it all figured out with this mummy crap. I'm just saying they might not make it out alive even if they do manage to kill this Mummy.

Pyro: I guess now I know why you didn't want them to go. You feel scared for their lives.

Scout: No I ain't!

Pyro: Sure you aren't.😏

Scout: Whatever...

The next day arrives and the team make it back to Hamunaptra. They see that the place is still as empty as they remembered when they first got here.

Scout: Looks empty to me.

Spy: I wouldn't be so sure about that.

Ardeth: Indeed. You may never know what traps they may have placed.

Scout: What sort of traps?

A desert lizard comes into view. As the lizard sits on a weird looking rock, the rock suddenly explodes.

Team Fortress:......

Rick: Land mines...who would have thought.

Engineer: Let's just take this slowly and carefully.

Eve: It's carefully I'm good at, but not the slow part.

Soldier: Remember to keep an eye out for those mines, boys.

The team slowly head for the entrance to the city as they avoid the mines buried within the sand. They find that the entrance to the underground city is also unguarded.

Rick: There's no way that entrance cannot have traps in it.

Medic: Let's see...

The Medic picks up a rock and throws it at the entrance, and nothing happens.

Engineer: Well at least they ain't THAT unpredictable.

The first to go inside was the Engineer to see if there's any Black Legion soldiers around the entrance.

Engineer: All clear.

Ardeth: Let us go then.

They head inside into the lybrith like city with pillers, tombs, and buildings alike.

Scout: Ah great! Now how are we supposed to find their ritual site crap now?!

Ardeth: Patience. If we can hear them close enough, we should be able to find their location.

The team searches through the city finding several crates and some equipment used by the Black Legion.

Heavy: They are here.

Sniper: Guess these guys were well prepared.

Eve: They might have brought some ancient relics or books to help speed their process.

Ardeth: Then we must hace.

They walk fast not to make noise to alert them. Scout hears some talking inside the walls and was able to find the location to their ritual.

Gwen: What's happening down there?

Scout: I don't know.

Ardeth: We need to get closer.

They go down and hide in pillars and rocks. They peek out and see soldiers and even a mysterious priest in the middle of the room. The priest had a dark robe and even having a curve like hilt with no blade, but also has a Black Legion masks. The priest started chanting in a ancient Egyptian language.

Eve: Who is that?

Ardeth: I don't know...

The priest was standing in front of a glowing rock that had a familiar person in it. The rock starts breaking and cracking like ice and as the priest continues chanting, the rock bursts in a million pieces. The team gets down into hiding again. The priest was still standing but the soldiers are a bit startled by the ritual that had happened. A rotten hand comes out and grabs on the priest and another grabs on. The creature stands up more and let's go of the priest. The priest comes face to face with the creature and welcomes it with a calm sinister smile behind the masks.

Priest: Welcome back... Imhotep.
