The leaders of the seven tribes sat in their gathering circle, where they met at the end of every month.

But they weren't alone, Coral noticed. As her leader, Queen Seashell had brought her, the other leaders had brought an Eeveelution from their Tribes as well.

Coral saw a Jolteon with his chest puffed out, jerking his head around to look at the others, a very nervous looking Flareon who was breathing smoke and also looking around his area nervously, an Espeon who looked very content with her eyes closed; grooming herself, a Leafeon who, like the Flareon, seemed to jump at every noise she heard and was also making whimpering noises, a Glaceon who was snarling with her back bristled and claws out, jumping at every noise to protect her leader, cold air coming out of her nostrils, and a Sylveon who, like the Jolteon, looked around curiously at all the other Tribes. Coral herself was super excited. She had never been on land before, let alone see any of the other Tribes. She was trembling in excitement, her tail thumping and she was whimpering. This is the best day of my life!

"May we begin?" Queen Tulip of the Leafeon Tribe suddenly spoke. "We are all here."

Coral looked wistfully at the tree stump where the leader of the Umbreon Tribe should be sitting.

Even though I'm too young to remember them, I still wish they were here. She thought.

"We shall." Queen Eclipse of the Espeon Tribe responded. The other leaders murmured agreement and nodded their heads.

Queen Eclipse then looked at all the other Tribe leaders. "I trust you all got the message sent to you by Violet and Luna of my Tribe about the Prophecy."

The other leaders nodded.

"And we have agreed to send one Eeveelution from each Tribe together to find out what this means." Eclipse asked.

"I bring you Coral the Vaporeon." Queen Seashell blurted out.

Coral jolted up, startled.

"Lance the Jolteon." King Twitch rumbled.

"Pyro the Flareon." Queen Mango purred.

"Violet the Espeon." Queen Eclipse said blandly.

"Leafblade the Leafeon." Queen Tulip said.

"Frost the Glaceon." Queen Flurry said elegantly.

"Pearl the Sylveon." Queen Star finished.

"And Shadow the Umbreon." A voice rasped from somewhere behind Coral.

Coral jerked her head around, startled. She realized that the others did the same.

Her eyes stretched as far as they would go. She couldn't believe it! Umbreons! Real Umbreons! Standing a few feet away from her!

"Fury!" Queen Tulip breathed. Disbelief glittered in her gaze.

Coral saw that the Umbreon Tulip was referring to was old and covered in old scars. His eyes glittered with hate as he saw Eclipse and Flurry.

Next to him was a much younger Umbreon, about the age Coral was now. He was slightly smaller than Fury. He had a very glossy pelt, while Fury's was bunched up and messy.

Coral then realized that Pearl the Sylveon was blushing.

Oooh, she likes him~ Coral thought, grinning.

Then, Fury spoke up. "The Umbreons got the Prophecy as well. I chose Shadow here and took him to the old meeting place where I knew you would be."

Shadow then slowly padded away from his leader, eyeing Coral and the others with mistrust as he went. He then settled down between Queen Star and Queen Seashell, as far away from Queen Eclipse and Queen Flurry as he could get.

I mean, I don't blame him. Coral thought. I wouldn't want to be near someone who tried to wipe out my Tribe, either.

"You may all go now." Queen Seashell told the younger Eeveelutions of the Prophecy. "And remember, we're all counting on you."
