"Well, I was not expecting that today." Jessica says as she clips her bra.

"Nope!  Me neither!" Danny says as he takes Jessica's sweater from the ground and hands it to her.

"Thanks."

"You're welcome." Danny says as he places his hands on her bare back and leans in for a kiss.

Jessica giggles into the kiss and pulls away.
"We have to get back before someone finds us!"

"You're right.."

Danny looks around the room and laughs.

"I just had sex in my daughter's classroom.  On her teacher's desk.  With her teacher!"

Jessica laughs and says, "Don't forget we also did it in a catholic school."

"Nice! We're both going to hell."

"Stop!  Come on, let's go!"

Jessica walks past him but Danny takes her by the hand and pulls her back.

Their lips meet and they share an intense kiss.

"Mmm.. okay, we seriously need to go!
Your daughter will be coming back out soon."

"Okay! Let's go." Danny smiles.

When Delilah came out and took her bow, Danny stood and clapped his hands as she shouted loud and proud, "WOO!  Go Delilah!"

Jessica smiled as she watched him cheer her on.
She then looked at Delilah.  Delilah smiled at her father with so much excitement. She was so proud of herself.

"Daddy!  I did it!  I'm a star!"

Danny lifts her up and kisses her cheek.
"YOU ARE!  Princess, that was amazing!"

"Thank you, Daddy!"

"Your Mommy would be so proud."

"I think so too." Delilah smiles.

"I'm gonna go find Ms. Jessica before she leaves!
I have to give her a hug and tell her that I love her!"

Danny smiles and kisses her cheek.
"That's very sweet. Let's go find her."

"Ms. Jessica!"

"Hi, pretty girl! You were amazing! I'm so proud of you!"

"Thank you! I just wanted to come hug you and say I love you!"

"Aww! I love you too, Didi!"

"Thanks." Delilah giggles.
"Merry Christmas, Miss Jessie!"

"Thank you! Merry Christmas to as well, sweetie pie."

"I hope you have a nice Christmas.. remember not to be sad, because Nolan is here. He's in here, Miss Jessie, he's in your heart!"

Jessica tears up and smiles. "You are such a special little girl. Thank you so much, love. Your mommy and daddy are very lucky to have a girl like you."

"Thank you!" Delilah smiles sweetly.

Jessica hugs her once again before standing up and turning to Danny.

"Mr. Huston." She smiles and shakes his hand.

"Ms. Lange." Danny smiles.
"You have a very Merry Christmas."

"You too."

"If you need anything, just call."

Jessica nods. "I will.  Thank you."

Danny then wrapped one arm around her and whispered, "You have no idea how badly I want to kiss you right now."

"You have no idea how badly I want to do other things to you, Mr. Huston."

"Ooh!  Well let's sneak away and make it happen."

Jessica laughs and pushes him away.
"I'll call you, Mr. Huston." She says giving him a little smirk.

Christmas morning.

"Wake up, daddy! It's Christmas! Santa came! Santa came!"

"He did?! Oh my goodness!"

"Let's GO!!"

"OKAY!" Danny matches her excitement.

They both run down and Delilah didn't waist any time. She immediately started ripping open her presents.

"Starting with the big one?"

"Of course!  OH MY GOSH! It's just what I wanted!"

"Ahhhhhh!" Danny plays along.

"THIS IS AWESOME!"

"WOO!"

"YEAH!"

Jessica's POV.

It's Christmas morning and the whole Lange gang is gathered and Jessica's parents house.

Jessica sat off to the side as the kids took up most of the living room opening their presents.

Children shouting with excitement, and giggles filling the room, Jessica couldn't get her mind off of her son.

Imagining him right in the middle of all of his cousins. Jessica couldn't take anymore.

"I'm going to take a shower." She said climbing over kids, toys and wrapping paper.

"Sweetie, we're still opening presents!" Dorothy says.

"I know but, I can't.. I can't be down here right now."

Dorothy sighs and watches her walk upstairs.

Jessica made her way through to the bathroom and turned the shower on, letting it heat up as she stripped down.

When she got in she sat down on the ground and let her tears fall. Hoping the sound of the shower would hide the sound of her tears, Jessica didn't hold back.

She sobbed for her son, and begged God for one more chance to hold him, to speak to him, to tell him she loves him more than he could ever imagine.

Of course she knew that were impossible.
God couldn't bring him back, no matter how much she begged.

One thing Jessica would often do is, sit in the shower and stay there until the water turned cold.
Or she would fill the tub up and soak in it for hours.

For that little bit of time, she could drown out the world and forget everything going on around her.

Jessica wipes her nose and let's another sob escape her lips. "Nolan.. baby boy, it's mommy!
Merry Christmas, my angel. I hope you're having the most amazing Christmas ever. I hope you have everything you've ever wanted.. I hope you smile and laugh today.. I hope you have tons of yummy treats..
And I hope you know how much mommy loves you."

Nolan's last Christmas.

Jessica woke up to her son slamming his hands on her chest.

"Mommy, wake up!  Mommy, wake up!"

Jessica stretches out and yawns.
"What, baby?"

"It Chwismas!"

Jessica gasps. "YAY!  It's Christmas?!  Let's go see if santa came!"

"He came!  I know he came cause I a good boy, mama."

"Oh that's right!  You're the best boy ever!"

"EVER!"

Jessica giggles and lifts him up.

"No kisses, Mama, we have to go!"

"No, I want my kisses!"

"Okay Mama, but only ONE!"

"Deal!"

Nolan grabs his mother's cheeks and kisses her lips.

"That a good kiss?"

"That was a GREAT kiss!"

"Yeah, I give good kisses.  Now take me to the living Woooom!"

"Okay!"

"Mama, you bought me so much!  And santa got me so much too!"

"That's cause you were a super good boy this year!"

"Yeah!  And mommy?"

"Yes, baby?"

"Nex year for Chwismas, I want a baby bwother!"

"A baby brother?" Jessica chuckles.
"You have Socks."

"Socks is a Doggy! I want a baby bwother.
A REAL baby bwother."

"Okay.. Well I'll work on that." Jessica giggles.

"Do we get him from the store?"

"No hun, it doesn't work like that." Jessica giggles at his cuteness.

"How it work?" Nolan lifts his little hands.

"Well mommy would have to grow him in her tummy."

"What?!"

"Don't you remember when I showed you that picture of mommy when I was pregnant with you?"

"Oh yeah! I was in your belly!"

"You were!"

"And I kicked!"

"And you kicked!" Jessica nods. "A Lot!"

"Haha! Silly Nolan!"

Jessica giggles. She loved they way he said his name.

"Silly Nolan!"

"Yeah, so silly! So so SO silly!
Oh MAMA!"

"What, handsome?"

"I know the real meaning of Chwismas!"

"You do?! Tell me, love."

"The real meaning of Chwismas is Jesus!  The baby Jesus was born and that's why we have Chwismas!"

"Aw baby boy that's so true!  You're so SO smart!"

"Yeah, Mama!  N' nex year I get to be in the Chwismas show!"

"Yeah!  You'll be in school and you'll get to be in the Christmas Eve program next year! That's so fun!"

"Yeah, I gonna be a good actor!"

"Oh I know that! I'm already so proud of you!"

"Thanks, Mommy!"

"You're welcome, cutie!"

Just then the doorbell rang.

"They Here! They Here!"

"More PWESENTSSSSS! WOOOOO!" Nolan lifts his hands in the air.

Jessica laughs and picks him up for more kisses before letting her family in.

Jessica's family came in and and Nolan was so happy to see his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and of course his cousins.

Jessica smiled watching him open his presents and laugh with his cousins. Her heart was so full.

"He's so precious." Jane says sitting beside her.

"Thank you. He is!" Jessica giggles.

"You know what he asked me for for next Christmas?"

"He's already on next Christmas?" Jane laughs.

"Yes! That boy!" Jessica chuckles.

"What did he ask for?"

"A brother." Jessica smiles.

"Aw! He'd be a great big brother!"

"He would." Jessica smiles.

"One day, Nolan..
One day I'll meet someone and we'll give him a little sibling.. but it'll be a while!" Jessica laughs.

Jessica sat on the shower floor, the water now freezing cold.

Sobbing uncontrollably she says, "I'm sorry I couldn't give you a brother like you wanted! I'm sorry, Nolan, I'm so so sorry, baby boy!"
