Kassidy POV

I walked out of Killian's bathroom showered and dressed, ready for the day. It was Saturday, and just two weeks before the winter formal so the girls and I were going dress shopping. Things had gotten considerably easier since I told them about Killian and I. I didn't have to lie to them about everything that I was doing. I walked into the living room. Killian was lounging on the sofa watching Netflix

"Do you really have to go?" he asked as he looked over at me.

"Yes, The girls and I are going dress shopping today." I said and smiled. "If we don't go today, I may not get a dress in time."

"That would be tragic." He said. I tossed a throw pillow at him. He laughed. I put my hands on my hips and arched an eyebrow at him.

"You still need to get a tux." I said.

"I know, I know." He said he seemed nervous.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Its just what if someone figures it out?"

"No one will know who you are everyone is wearing masks, and Ruby, Emma, and Belle are going to help to make sure no one finds out." I said and sat down beside him. "Everything is going to be just fine." I said and leaned against him.

"You're right. Its just it seems when things start going good for us, things to go hell." He said.

"That seems to be our luck. But, I have a really good feeling about it." I said and smiled. He returned my smile.

"I'm just gonna ask again, in case you changed your mind. Do you really have to go?" He asked.

"Yes. I do." I said. He leaned in and kissed just behind my ear making the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

"Are you sure?" He asked. "I can give you plenty of reasons to stay." He whispered in my ear. I just wanted to melt into him and stay forever. We were just two weeks and a day away from doing whatever the hell we wanted and it was getting increasingly harder to say no to each other and we had now made it a game to see if either one of us was going to give in.

"Nope Nope nope! Not gonna work!" I said standing up.

"It almost did and you know it." He said and smirked.

"You are the devil." I said.

"I can be." He said. I shivered.

Jesus take the wheel.

"I have to go. Nice try." I said and grinned at him. He sighed.

"Fine. If you must. But send me pictures. I want to see the dress so I can color coordinate with you...or am I not supposed to see the dress?" He asked.

"Its a dance Killian, we aren't getting married. you can see the dress." I said and laughed.

"Good." He said and stood up and kissed me. "Have fun. Try not to knock anyone out over a dress."

"What kind of person do you think I am Jones?" I asked. He just gave me a look.

"Right." I said. "No promises." I said and grabbed my purse. "Love you." I said.

"Love you too." He said and smiled. We made it a habit to say it every time we left one another. We had been through so much shit, that we never knew what life would throw at us and we didn't want to ever leave each other on a bad note. 

"What do you think about this one?" Belle asked as she stepped out of the dressing room in a stunning yellow gown.

"Yes!" I said. "That one. It has to be that one. You look so beautiful."

"Yes, whatever else you have in there put back because that is the one." Ruby said.

"Alright, Yellow it is." Belle smiled.

"Em, what do you got?" I asked. Emma stepped out of the dressing room beside Belles with a silvery blue gown.

"You look like a princess!" Ruby said.

"Its so pretty Emma!" I said. She smiled.

"Your turn!" She said.

"I only found one that I liked." I said.

"Well lets see it!" Belle said.

"Okay." I said and sighed walking into the dressing room with the dress I picked. It was a black strapless gown, with Gold glitters all through it.  Ruby went in the room beside mine to try hers on. I got the dress on and looked at myself in the mirror. It was really pretty. I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture from the mirror and sent it to Killian and waited for his response.

Killian:

Damn..

Me:

Good damn or bad damn?

Killian:

You look incredible in that dress.

Me:

You really think so?

Killian:

Yes. Come over and I'll show you. ;)

Me:

Calm down Satan.

Killian:

You know you are going to give in.

Me:

Not a chance.

"Kass! Come on lets see it!" Emma said. I stepped out of the dressing room and tucked my hair behind my ear. Ruby, Emma and Belle stared at me.

"What?" I asked.

"Kass.. you look amazing." Ruby said. "Its like the dress was made for you."

"Well look at you!" I said admiring her crimson colored gown. "Red is definitely your color." I said and smiled.

"Killian is going to loose his mind when he sees you in this dress." Emma said.

"You think so?" I asked.

"Definitely." Belle said. 

Killian POV

Later that evening Kassidy returned to my house, after dropping off her dress at home. We sat on the couch watching a movie. My eyes drifted to her low cut top that I knew she wore on purpose just to pay me back for earlier. I draped my arm over her shoulders pulling her closer to me and traced along her collarbone with my fingers. She shivered under my touch. I smirked to myself.

She leaned into me and put her lips to my ear.

"I know what you are trying to do." She whispered and nipped at my ear lobe. It was clear, that she was in it to win it. She stood up.

"I'm going to get more popcorn." She said and smiled walking into the kitchen. I watched her hips sway as she walked.

Keep it together man..just a couple more weeks. I thought to myself. She walked back into the livingroom with a bowl of popcorn and sat back down beside me. I rested my hand on her thigh. She reached behind me and ran her fingers through the back of my hair. Her eyes locked on the movie trying to keep her focus there. I moved my hand up and down her thigh. Her fingers tugged lightly at my hair. I looked at her, and she looked at me and before I knew it, our lips crashed together, the popcorn in her lap went all over the floor. She glanced down at it.

"Leave it." I mumbled and tangled my fingers in her blonde locks deepening the kiss. She pulled away to breathe I moved my lips down her neck and along her collarbone.

"Killian." She gasped. "We're supposed to be waiting" She said.

"I don't want to wait." I said.

"You..,don't? She asked. I shook my head.

"No. Its two weeks, what could it hurt?" I asked. Her lips curved into a playful smirk.

"Does this mean I win?" She asked. I arched my eyebrow and pulled away from her.

"You little devil." I said.

"I can be." She said obviously mocking our conversation from earlier.

She stood from the couch and did a little victory dance.

"You gave in. I won." She said.

"Fair enough." I said and ran my hand through my hair grinning at her. "So...we are waiting then?" I asked.

"Yes. Its just two more weeks Killian. We got this." She said. "Its going to be worth the wait. I know it is. We've come this far."

"You're right." I said. "Now if you'll excuse me I need a cold shower." I said and walked away smirking at her laugh.

2 weeks. Just two weeks and she was all yours. I turned my head and watched her tossing popcorn to herself watching the movie with a big smile on her face. She was right, it was going to be worth the wait.
