Ike pulls me into his embrace. The King and Queen nod to me, allowing me some time with my beloved before continuing. A quick glance to the Princess shows her confusion on her face as she watches me.

"You are me?" She says softly, not really asking me, "How?"

Her mother and father place a hand each onto her shoulders, as to be patient in receiving answers to all their confusion.

I turn to face my beloved and his eyes soften as he looks at mine. I allow mine to do the same and they soften the more I look at him. A smile forms on his lips like it was the first time we have ever met.

"My love, Star. Once I found out you were missing, I was filled to the brim with agony and sorrow," As he spoke to me, I see those emotions swirling around in his eyes once again as he recalled the horrible memories. The smile he has slowly fades as he speaks. My eyes darken with sadness as he continues, tightening my grip I have onto his hands in mine. I feel as though his emotions are embedding themselves into mine.

"I was approached by you, immediately noting it is not you, but one who looks exactly like you. Once I realized this, I went straight to your mother. She shed light on your past that led me to believe where you were taken to, once she saw the girl. She brought me here on her ship, only to find you were going insane,"

He pauses for a moment, collecting his thoughts, "I was so happy to have found you, but you did not even remember me. I felt my heart dip to my stomach until your mother said you had not forgotten me, it was only the effects of the device that held your mind. That temporary mindset where your memories were manipulated with and caused you to believe lies," Emotions of dread and fear are filling his eyes as he says this.

I knew it. I knew that was what must have happened.

"I agree with your mother, Hun. You have grown so much. You have grown so much more powerful. You have gained so much control, it now comes to ease for you,"

I slowly nod in agreement but I feel my thoughts flood me again.

That demon. He keeps trying to get me. It is true I am becoming strong but what if the next time I cannot stop him? What if he is becoming stronger too?

He slowly watches me. He must have noticed I am caught in my thoughts, "What are you thinking?"

"I have come to a conclusion," I pause, before turning to face my mother, "I realized that the Demon Lord was continuously trying to get inside of my mind. He failed with me before thanks to Lucina, so he came here, to try again. We are all in danger, all of us not just me," I gesture to all of the Dark Magicians around me, "He seeks our power and will not stop at nothing, the weaker ones he targets first,"

I then shift my attention to my other self as her eyes catch mine, "What does that mean? Why are you turning to me like that?"

I lower my eyes, "I always thought that dark magic was good. However, I don't think so anymore... Whoever holds it could turn evil at any time. I did not understand, I was much too young to comprehend," I pause, not looking up, "The Demon Lord is always waiting for an opening whenever we make a terrible mistake..."

"No," The sounds of my mother's voice forces me to dart my eyes up to her gaze, "We are not evil at all, my child. As long as we hold control, then dark magic is no different than any other magic,"

I study her face for a moment, then turn my attention back to the Dark Princess, "I am only here now because of my other sister," I see something bubble up in her eyes as I focus on her, "My mother and myself both would be gone right now,"

I search her eyes. Fear swells up into her eyes as she studies my face in return, "Gone?" She says quietly, lifting her hands up to her mouth, "Does that mean I would have—?" She looks as though she is fighting back panic. Her mother tightens her grip she has on her shoulder, turning her knuckles white.

I feel my stomach churn as I remember those terrible memories and realize what Ike's words mean.

"You have no idea what is going on, do you?" I move my left hand around, my voice becoming stern, my expression showing the horrible things I have seen, "I have seen them. Your connection to your emotions is weaker than mine, you are much too weak to understand,"

Her eyes sharpen with a flash of anger. She steps forwards, stomping her foot in disagreement. Her fists drop quickly and clench closed by her sides, "I am not—!"

"No! It is not like that at all! This is dependent on how well you control them!" Worry flashes in her eyes now. As we speak, my words sink in and show onto her face. Her emotions are going out of control right now as I tell her this. So many emotions are swirling around in her eyes all at once. She must learn to control them.

"Listen, Star, if you do not learn to control your emotions, bad things will happen. What had your mother and father just now, that was something serious. That was a demon,"

Her eyes widen. The anger that was just in her eyes are replaced with fear once again, "You're lying—" She quickly replaces the fear in her eye with confusion and denial. I shake my head in return.

"No, this demon almost took me, and I would be gone right now. The same one who got to you, Star. How do you think I figured out it goes after the ones with weaker connection to their emotions? It failed with me the first time, and so it came after you to get to me!"

I gesture towards her angrily, a flash of anger appearing in my eyes. She quickly lifts her hands to her mouth, eyes staying wide. Fear is emerging in her eyes again, washing away the denial she once held. I calm my emotion slightly, only annoyance in my eyes now.

Fear is overpowering her too much. It is a bad emotion. It will take her over and make her insane.

"It took you easier than it took me," I whisper.

I turn and see a grounded device like the one that was fastened onto me prior. The very device I was just refusing to let get anywhere near me. I feel a rush of nervousness as I go to pick up the device. All eyes are on me as I retrieve it and carry it back, looking it over myself.

I lift it up close to her, catching her gaze into mine once again, with my stern look, "You have no idea what this device does do you?" I raise my voice slightly, holding it steady from cracking, fighting back the urge to release tears, "No idea!" I cry out. She keeps looking at me with her widened eyes and her terrified emotions washing over her face.

I bring my right hand up to my temple, keeping my gaze onto her, "It took my magic away, Star," I say quietly, lowering my voice to almost a whisper, "It let my emotions do whatever the hell they wanted," I pause, letting a single tear fall down my face, losing the battle with my emotions. I choke back the sobbing that is threatening to surface. She watches it fall, as I raise my voice suddenly, clenching my fists and dropping the device to my feet, "I saw many horrible, horrible things, Star. Insanity. The strongest and the worst emotion to ever haunt your mind, it took me," I let my voice become slightly shaky, remembering the horrid memories it brought me. My hands start to shake as I cannot stop them.

"And it put me through hell," I pause and glance up to the King's saddened expression, giving me an apologetic look. I avert my eyes back down to hers, "It made me forget everyone important to me and forced me to think I was unimportant and useless," I suddenly step forward, almost shouting, showing frustration for a moment, "And this device was meant for you!" I gesture towards her with my left hand as it shakes violently out of my control.

Terrified emotions bellow through her eyes as I yell that to her, "I was about to be married to your man!"

Her mouth opens slightly and that anger is emerging in her eyes again, "He is not my man!"

"He's the man you ran away from! They took me, thinking I was you and I believed them too!" I shake my head slightly, "Because insanity had ahold of me... and was not letting me go," I continue to shake my head as confusion rolls over her face once again.

"Look, Star. You think I always had this much control? Because I did not. I actually was just like you, not too long ago," I pause for a moment, searching her eyes, passion bellowing through my eyes, "Become close to your family, never leave them, ever. Speak to them, tell them what you feel. Emotions are stronger than you give them credit for. Trust me, I have seen it... felt it... and experienced it firsthand,"

She steps forwards, angrily pointing her finger towards me, "You have not been forced to do something against your will!"

I raise my left hand, palm facing her in disagreement and I shake my head. She huffs at me and gestures towards Ike standing beside me. I shake my head once again.

"You do not understand, Star. Stop being so presumptuous! Like you, I also had an arranged marriage planned for me, but I spoke to my father about it. He only wanted the best for me like any father would, just like yours does for you," I gesture to the King, who gives a smile in agreement to my words.

I step closer, calming my voice, "We are the one and the same, Star, sisters in time. Just like myself with my other sister, Lucina. We share the same mother, Star. Lucina shares the same father with me," I pause, searching her face, "I am not from this world, Star,"

Her eyes widen and her mouth falls open slightly, "What—?"

"I am from the parallel world, and this is my mother who is the same as your mother," I gesture to my mother standing behind me and her mother standing behind her.

I say in a whisper, lowering my gaze and dropping my hood, "I have already been through the same things you are currently experiencing, Star,"

She seems to go through denial, confusion, and acceptance all in the same moment. She lowers her head in defeat for the next moment, also dropping her hood to match me before raising her gaze back up to me. Sadness emerges through her eyes.

Then she slowly approaches me and pulls me into an embrace.

It must finally make sense to her now.

I return the embrace and then release her when she pulls away. She silently says, "Thank you, for everything you have done for me, Star," She smiles to me, with a tear falling down her face.

"I am so sorry about everything you have experienced. You saved me and my family. You did it all for no gain, you did it for us. We pushed you through hell and you still did not turn your back on us,"

She pauses, then something appears in her eyes as she looks at me, "So I am expected to experience the same? If I can't control my emotion?"

I nod then I give her a warm smile, "You will be fine. Just stay close to your parents. Your father is waiting for you," She smiles back, gratitude flashing in her eyes before she turns away.
