The campers all watched in shock as the girl's wings unfolded. With the sword of Shining in hand, she laughed maniacally. Purple flames surrounded her body and wings.
Flora stared. This CANNOT be real.
"I- stay back!" she yelled. "They must be evacuated immediately!"
Her sister became rather hesitant. "Are you su-"
"Just go! I'll be fine in my own." Millie turned back, flashing a brief grin before nodding and heading back. Majority of the campers ran away at this point, finding the fastest area of safety.
Flora smiled back. Her sister was ๐ข๐ญ๐ธ๐ข๐บ๐ด like this. She remembers the other ๐ข๐ญ๐ธ๐ข๐บ๐ด keeping her out of trouble, protecting her from constant cruelty, even taking the blame when the girls have gone reckless.
It's time for Flora to face things herself this time.
The wind started blowing in so fast it could cause tornadoes. It took everything in the pink haired girl's own willpower to maintain her stance. And so she waited. And waited. Until the wind stopped.
The flames disappeared.
The pair was alone once again.
Alone.
Delila, still floating in mid air, turned around. Her hair, which had been previously glowing, fell disheveled. Brown and tied up, now purple and cascaded. Her eyes - her bright, sparkly eyes - were now dull and soulless. That watercolour blue everyone knew was now dark turquoise. Flora looked into them, trying to find a hint of what made Delila her. But no, nothing.
She smirked, "We meet again, Flora Raine."

Flora groaned, crossing her arms. "So this is the way you torture me, Coraline?"
"Why yes, of course. To pay back for what you have done to my life." Coraline hissed. She laughed loudly straight after. Delila was moving along with her statements, as if a puppet being controlled.
Seeing her friend? Crush? Don't get her started on that - get literally possessed by what nearly killed her made Flora's guts twist.
"What did ๐ ever do?"
"Cut the talking, you-"
The girl on the ground flapped her bat wings and flew up, immediately charging at Coraline after. She grabbed at the collar of Delila's shirt and threw her body through the sky. As Coraline was only getting used to the new soul, they were sent spinning out of control, falling to the ground and causing damaging injuries. Flora looked over, fingers tapping on her thigh. Coraline blinked.
Blue eyes.
"Ow- my head.." the voice that came out of Delila's mouth was no longer deep and hissy. But rather a bit higher and more gentle. "What the hell happened to me?"
Delila scanned her wounded arms and legs. Fresh cuts covered them. Some bleeding, some not. She begins to wonder how she somehow hasn't passed out.
Ringing noises.
She puts both hands to her head, despite her body trying to grip the grass beneath it. One eye begins to flash.
"You don't.. Look good.." Flora states. She bites her lip and looks away.
"How dare-" Delila tries to respond, but the voice yet again changes, "you."
This time, both her eyes startex flashing different colours. The headband on her head glowed doing so. Her legs were desperately trying to get her to stand up while her hands were fighting on what to grab. Her head was shaking so much Flora feared her neck was gonna snap. None of the signals seemed to feel right. Nothing felt right. Why can't Delila feel herself moving?
The body of Rosa Delila Tiane. Two souls beared it. Two souls fighting for superiority, for possession, ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ต๐ณ๐ฐ๐ญ.
The sight would haunt Flora's nightmares for decades.
One of her hands was reaching for the sword of Shining, which the other previously knocked out. Her other half was trying to crawl away. Flora's eyes darted to the sword.
"Not so fast," she mumbled, and flew over.
With a swift landing, she bent down and picked up the sword, her reflection faintly seen. She held it in front of her, taking cautious steps away from the twitching girl. Delila's eyes have been suddenly screwed shut. And so she laid there.
The sword had a crystal circle on the centre, made up of different parts. Eight parts, she counted. All of them had a different colour to represent each girl. But who would the green part belong to? How did Coraline gain access to this? How did Coraline even gain possession of ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ?
Flora jumped at the out-of-nowhere Delila jolting up, eyes in that turquoise green. She began messily walking towards her. The other staggered back.
Poor Coraline didn't even get enough time to react before Flora yanked the headband off Delila's head, curling up into a ball and covering her ears the best she could. Screams could be heard, and for a short moment, she saw complete white.
Silence.
She looked up.
Instead of one person, there were two.
One laying dead still on the floor, one only metres away, panting. With one arm on the ground and the other on her chest, she coughed madly. Flora grew some vines from the ground and wrapped them around her legs and wrist. She got herself up on her own legs and walked over.
Delila's scratches and bruises were no longer bleeding, but her knees were injured quite badly. A few cuts littered her face, but her right eye had a line going right through. Long time scar though, Flora remembered. The older bent down and tucked a few strands behind her ear, walking away soon after to take care of the coughing girl, who was now coughing up dark red.
"Well, well, well," Flora smirked. "What do we have here?"
The girl spat out blood. "Why didn't you just- kill me- right there..?" she asked. "You.. can, right...?"
The standing one laughed loudly at her foolishness. "Oh, dear sweet Coraline."
"It just takes away all the fun! Plus, a soulless corpse would just be a pure ๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ thing with ๐ฏ๐ฐ flavour, you know?"
Coraline froze.
In an attempt to survive, she tries standing up, but the vines around her ankles and thighs tightened. She knew that every other time she tried they'd tighten more.
"You think I'd let you go ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ฆ๐ข๐ด๐ช๐ญ๐บ? Let's talk about what ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ'๐ท๐ฆ put me through."
How bad she felt like screaming for help. Maybe someone would respond. But what's the point? By the time they'd reach her, she'd be buried. These vines could grow thorns, for all she could know, and Flora grew some around her torso too. Oh, dear sweet Coraline. Any more and they'd start suffocating her. So, with her tear stained eyes and blood stained lips, she sobbed.
"Explain yourself and MAYBE I'll let you go." the other raised the sword of the Shining, the same one previously used in an attempt to kill her, and rested it against the blonde's neck. She loosened the vines ๐ซ๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐ข ๐ฃ๐ช๐ต to let her speak. "You have one chance, Coraline."
The first thing she heard was a sigh of relief. Her voice shaky as she spoke out the words, "I hate you so much, Flora, GOD DO I-"
A quick slash was dragged out. The blood, fresh and red, oozed out of it, dripping from her neck to her dirty clothes, to her bruised hands and ankles.
She had one chance.
Flora sat down and scooped some of the blood with her index finger. Looking at it for a while, she brought it to her lips and tried it. She hummed, "Not bad."
The moon was rising as the fight finally ended.
For the next few minutes, she leaned over and drank the blood. Coraline's body became lifeless and pale, head turned to the side and back against a rock. Her hands were limply splayed on the grass. The vampire sat, drinking until satisfied. Then she wiped her lip with her arm, blood stained on the skin.
"And yet, I still feel.. ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ."
Slight noises were heard from behind her. Crawling over, she examined Delila's state once again. She could call for her sister using the bow on her head, but her mind could only wander to why the heck she is still dead asleep. Flora felt her wrist and neck and a pulse was still there. She checked.
Cutting her worries short, the laying girl opened her eyes.
"What happened..?" Delila asked.
"Long story, lovely, can you walk?"
"I mean, I can feel my legs, so I think I can?" Flora smiled in response.
"Alright then, let's go. The others were so worried for you."
