"Thank you Boss . I'll see you next time ." Louis smiled at Jannet , his boss , after another session for his promotion .

"Call me Jannet , please . See you next time ." She smiled back , Louis nodded and walked out of her office .

"Hey Lou ." Erin smiled after she finished with a customer . "You seem tired ."

"Yeah , a little ." Louis nodded and put on his jacket . He went to make himself some coffee , "How was the shift so far ?"

"It was okay . Not too stressful , just enough to keep me busy ." Erin answered . "Is Harry picking you up ?"

"Yeah , he said he needs to take me somewhere ." Louis nodded , he finished making his coffee and blew on the steams , "How are you and Ethan ?"

"We're good , just celebrated our one year anniversary two days ago ." She said with a soft grin , Louis awwed , "So cute . What did you do ?"

"We went on a picnic in the morning , then to my place to make lunch together and nap . In the evening we went out for ice cream and a walk at the park . Simple , but we like it simple ."

"Yeah , simple is always good ." Louis nodded before the Cafe's door opened and Harry walked in .

"Hey ." Harry smiled , Louis walked around the counter and kissed his cheek , "Hi ."

Harry took his coffee from his hands and took a sip , "Ready to go ?"

"Yeah , when you give me my coffee back ." Louis held his hand out , Harry held up a single finger , as if saying 'one second' , before gulping down the rest of the coffee . He handed him back the cup with a smile , "There you go ."

"Meanie ." Louis pouted , and threw the paper cup in the bean , Harry put his arm around his shoulders , "Let's go , you'll forgive me when we get to your surprise ."

"Bye Erin ." Louis waved at her , she waved back , "Bye , see you tomorrow ."

The couple walked out of the place , Harry opened the passenger's door for Louis . Louis pecked his cheek and got inside , letting Harry close the door .

Harry got in the driver's seat and reached his hand to the backseat , handing Louis a scarf . "When I tell you , you're going to cover your eyes , okay ?"

"I should've seen this coming ." Louis playfully snatched the scarf , Harry chuckled , "Can't ruin the surprise , can I ?"

They started driving , when when they turned to their street Harry slowed down , "Put the scarf on ."

Louis tied the scarf around his head , "I really hope you aren't pulling a David Dobrik prank on me ."

Harry laughed and rubbed his knee , "Don't worry , you'll love it ."

Harry parked near their house , he turned the car off , "Stay here , I'm getting you ."

Louis heard Harry exiting the car and the door closing , a few seconds later the passenger's door opened and two hands rested on his waist , "Come here ."

Harry helped him out of the car carefully , walking Louis a little before stopping . "Ready ?"

"Yeah ." Louis nodded with a smile , feeling Harry's hands on the scarf , pulling it up . His heart skipped a beat when he saw a white car with a blue and green bow on it in their house's parking spot .

"H-Hazzie -"

"You got your license , so as a congratulations gift -" Harry couldn't finish because Louis jumped on him with a kiss , making him smile and hold him against his chest .

"Thank you thank you thank you !" Louis chanted and kissed him a few more times , Harry squeezed him , "You're more than welcome ."

Louis pulled back and grinned , going to the car . "It's so beautiful ." 

Harry handed him the keys , Louis took it and unlocked the car , getting in the driver's seat .

"I love the smell of new cars ." Louis smiled up at Harry , Harry smiled and leaned down to kiss his forehead , "I'm glad you like the car ."

"I love it , thank you so much ." Louis put his hands on the wheel and looked around , "I can't believe you bought me a car ."

"It's nothing ." Harry shook his head .

"It's not nothing , Hazzie , it's a car . But thank you , I absolutely love it ." Louis said Harry pecked his lips , "You're welcome . Now let's go inside so I can make us lunch ."

Louis got out of the car and locked it , taking Harry's hand as they walked into the house .

"Lunch was great , Hazzie ." Louis smiled and rubbed his tummy a little . Harry kissed his forehead and took their plates . "Remember we're going to dinner at your mum's tonight , yeah ?"

"Yeah , I remember . I need a nap if I don't want to fall asleep at the table ." Louis said and got up , Harry walked behind him and put his hands on his waist , "Let's go cuddle , I can use a good back scratch ."

Louis smiled , "I thought I was getting back scratches ."

"Well I want some too , so we'll have to figure out how we're giving each other back scratches ." Harry said as they walked into their walk-in closet , they changed into comfy clothes and got in bed .

"Come here ." Harry lied on his side with his arms open , Louis smiled and pressed against his chest . Harry tucked his hand under Louis' shirt as Louis did the same to him , their chests pressed together and the covers falling messily around their bodies .

Louis hooked his leg over Harry's hip , "Hazzie ?"

"Yeah ?"

"I love you ."

Harry opened his eyes , smiling softly , "I love you too , Boo ."

After dinner at Jay's and Dan's place , where they drove to in Louis' new car , they reached home tiredly . Well , Harry was slightly tired , while Louis wasn't .

Louis unlocked the front door and let them in , locking it behind him . Peaches ran up to greet them , Harry smiled and picked her up , kissing her head .

Louis took his shoes off , "I'm not tired , what should we do ?"

"I don't know . I'm kind of tired myself , though ." Harry answered as he scratched behind Peaches' ears , Louis nodded , "Okay , let's get in bed then ."

They changed into their PJs , Harry had his head on Louis' chest , arms wrapped around his waist . Louis ran his fingers through Harry's hair , leaning down to kiss his head .

"You're cute when you're sleepy ." Louis said , Harry smiled and raised his eyebrows , eyes still closed , "Since when I'm cute ?"

"You're always cute . Even when you're scary . You're cutely scary ."

Harry laughed , "If you're saying ."

"I mean it ." Louis giggled , "I know most people are scared of you , by how you look on the outisde . But I know the real you , so the outside doesn't affect it . I like that you're soft with me , that you're cute and childish ."

Harry smiled and pressed a warn kiss to Louis' collarbone , "You're cuter though ."

"Don't ruin the moment ." Louis whined , Harry chuckled , "Sorry . You really are cuter , though ." He shifted up a little to press a kiss to his cheek , making Louis smile .

"Go to sleep , I can see you're tired ." Louis caressed Harry's cheek , Harry smiled , "I am , but I want to stay up with you some more ."

Louis wrapped his arms around his neck , running his fingers through his hair at the back of his head . "You have a morning training , you need to sleep ."

"But you're more important ." Harry put his head back on his chest , Louis smiled , "Good to know . But now you really need to get some sleep ."

"Let's stay up a little more . Please ?"

"No , Hazzie . Go to sleep ."

Harry woke up in the middle of the night with a jolt after just having his worst nightmare , where Louis left with another guy . His hands searched for Louis around the bed , heart beating loudly when he couldn't find him .

He looked over to the bathroom , but the light wasn't on , so Louis wasn't there either . He jumped out of bed and ran to the guest bedroom , though he wasn't there too .

He ran into the kitchen , sighing in relief when he found him there , making some tea .

"Hey . You okay ?" Louis asked , Harry walked over to him and embraced him into his chest . "Yeah , I'm good ."

"You seem a little out of breath ."

"I uh - had a bad dream , then I couldn't find you ."

Louis smiled softly and wrapped his arms around his torso , standing on his tip toes to reach his cheek . "I couldn't really sleep after you fell asleep , so I went to make myself some tea . Want some ?"

"Yeah , that would be good ." Harry nodded and pulled back , though keeping his hands on Louis' waist while he was making another tea mug .

"There you go ." Louis handed him the mug , Harry thanked him and took a sip . Louis picked up his own mug , "What was your dream about ?"

"It was more like a nightmare ." Harry took a few sips of his tea before putting it down , "You left with another guy , and I couldn't do anything ."

Louis pouted a little and finished his tea , putting the mug down . He cupped Harry's cheeks , "You know it will never happen , right ?"

"I know ."

"There's no way i'm letting you go , you're stuck with me for life ."

"I don't mind ." Harry smiled , his arms wrapping around Louis . Louis kissed him quickly , "Let's go back to bed ."

Harry nodded and picked him up , making him flail a little , "Hazzie ! You could've warned me before picking me up !"

"Sorry . Hey , heads up ."

"I said before , you idiot ." Louis rolled his eyes playfully , Harry just smiled , "Then what's the fun about that ?"

"Meanie ." Louis slapped the back of his head softly , before squeaking as Harry dropped them both on the bed so he's ontop of the small boy , blowing a raspberry on his neck .

Louis yelped with a laugh , pushing at his chest , "Stop !"

Harry pulled back with a smile , pecking his lips quickly , "Get in bed ."

Louis got under the covers as Harry joined him , bringing him into his chest to spoon him . 

"Good night lovely ."

"Night , Hazzie ."
