Heyyyyy!! I know I haven't updated in a while, but I am so sorry!! I'm going to update all my books as much as I can but it might go slower than usual because school starts soon :( . But, I will try and update every Friday if nothing else. Alrighty, here we go!

Eliza's p.o.v.: 'He was reallyyy cute.' I thought as he headed towards the staircase. I would take the stairs, but my floor is the top floor so, hahaha no. I pressed the 6 button on the elevator after I lugged in my huge cello case. Ugh, why does it have to be so heavy?! The elevator quickly shoots up to the sixth floor and I walk out to see my best friend, Dani. I smiled, she was a guitar player and she sang some too. She had a hipster/skater girl/flower child persona and her clothes matched that perfectly. She had brown hair that faded into a blonde ombre and she curled it perfectly. Her outfit always contained of either pastels or floral patters. Today, she was wearing blue jeans, a flowy pastel blue shirt, and blue and floral vans to match. And to top it all off, she wore her flower crown. She ALWAYS wore one. Today, she wore one that matched her shirt, it was green "vines" and pastel blue roses. It was my personal favorite. "Heyy!!" I said, walking to her and hugging her. "Hi!" She said, hugging back with one arm, before pulling away. "Close your eyes, I've got a surprise for you!" She said. I obeyed and closed my eyes. She placed something on my head and told me to open. She was holding a mirror in front of me. I took the mirror and looked at my head. She had made me a flower crown!! It was beautiful! It had green vines like hers, but my flowers were red roses and rose buds. It was gorgeous and looked cute with my outfit! (Her dress is the last one in the picture) I was wearing a nuetral colored dress with the same color heels and dark purple eye shadow to compliment my eyes. "I love it so much!! Thank you!" I said, hugging her again. She laughed and we walked through the double doors into the department. I smiled, setting my cello down in my usual spot. "Eliza will you come here a second?" Our director, Megan, called from her office. I walked into her office, tentavely. She didn't scare me, but I was afraid I did something wrong. "Yes?" I ask, standing in the threshold of the door. "I need you to run these papers down to the science department for me. I told my friend, Zach I would finish this paperwork for him and get it back today and I don't have time to run it down. Will you?" She asked. "Sure!" I said, getting excited because well, A.) She never asks me to do anything and B.) Riley is in the Science department. She handed me the folder and I was on my way. I got to the elevator and pushed the down button. I waited and waited and waited before the elevator finally showed up. I got it and pushed the 2 button. It went down rather quickly and I heard the ding signalling I had made it. I walked to the door that said Science Lab and pushed it open. Once I was inside, I realized I had no idea where I was going. I saw a familiar face, so I walked over to it. "Hi Riley, I'm supposed to return this to your director for my director and I'm kinda lost." I said, looking down at my feet and laughing. "C'mon I'll show you." He said, laughing as well and taking my hand, dragging me in the direction of the office I'm guessing. 'He's. Holding. My. Hand.!! Oh my gosh!' I said to myself. I'm freaking out!! 'Be cool! Don't blow it!' I mentally scolded myself. "Here we go!" He said, letting go once we had gotten to this office. "Thank you. " I said, sighing in relief. "No problem." He said, before walking away. I knocked on the door. "Come in." A heard a voice say. I opened the door and saw a guy, sitting at a desk, writing something down. "Hi, are you Zach?" I ask. "That's me! How can I help you?" He asked, looking up from the papers and smiling. "My director, Megan, asked me to give this to you." I said, handing him the folder. "Okay great! Thanks." He said, still smiling. He's got a great smile! I nodded and walked out. I saw Riley on my way out and I waved. He smiled and waved back. I got back in the elevator and went back up to my floor. When I got back inside, I walked over to Dani to watch her practice. Today, were performing in front of our director and the head of all the departments. It doesn't really serve a purpose, but its fun. She was doing a song with her guitar and voice by 5 Seconds Of Summer. They weren't that big, but then again, no band is these days. We both love their music. She was doing Wrapped Around Your Finger, but the acoustic version. I love her voice. I'm singing too, but I'm not doing it with my cello. Singing and playing the cello at the same time is pretty hard. I'm singing One Last Time by Arianna Grande. I looovvveee her style! "Alright Guys! Take your places, its time to begin." Our director said. I walked over to my spot and waited. "First up is, Dani!" Our director said, smiling and looking up from the roster. Dani walked up to the stool and microphone and killed it as always.

"Thank you Ethan. Eliza, you're up!" Our director called. I took a deep breathe and walked up. Just as I was pressing play on the radio to start the music, Riley walked in. Perfect. I sat on the stool and started singing.

I sang the last note and opened my eyes. I didn't even realize I had closed them. Everyone was clapping, but they clap for everyone so that proves nothing. I get off the stool and walk over to my spot to sit and watch the other performers. "Hey, I thought you said you couldnt sing." Someone said. I looked up to see Riley standing there. "I can't, I just had to do this because its mandatory." I said, standing up. "It may have been mandatory but that doesn't mean you can't sing. You're actually really good." He said smiling, causing me to blush and look down at my feet. "Oh shut up." I said, playfully punching his arm.
