Your body felt completely out of control as he lunged towards you with a low growl, his face full of bloodlust and rage. For some reason your feet glued to the ground, as the glinting smile of his weapon was every agonizing foot closer, his feet pounding as much as your beating heart. Almost like matching rhythms of gloom in a concert hall of blood and looming danger. Something inside your gut told you to stay put, and put your old skills you once had into use. With a deep breath you bend your knees a little, and smoothly fall into a fighting stance. One you lad learned when you took martial arts a few years prior, he was now close enough to attack, but before he could thrust the knife to impale you, instinctively you snatch his wrist wrestling for your life as with a struggle you attempt to twist the knife out of his grip. Though you were a little flimsy on your technique, he angled the blade towards your sleeved forearm and suddenly surged his strength, dragging the weapon across your limb. The sound of fabric and flesh tearing filled your ears, sharp searing pain and something sticky yet warm flowed down your right arm and tattered uniform sleeve. Though he did loosen his grip on his weapon, making it easier for you to swiftly, and boldly kick the knife out with a jab. The crazed boy let out a cry of anger, glancing back at the knife clattering against the floor loudly then back to you as if deciding which one to go first. His dark eyes were bloodshot, wild, and inumane almost.

"You little bitch!" He growled, flexing his hand that you had kicked, probably to test out his limited mobility. With your panging heart in your throat, you weren't able to say anything back, just swallowed some saliva that slid down your parched throat. It was barely a few seconds before you felt a heavy weight crash into you, then your body into the hard wall with a thunk, air rushing out of your lungs and your vision going blurry as the back of your head hit against it too. More pain coursed through your body, and it probably would be a lot worse if adrenaline hadn't taken over. A cry escaped your lips as frantically you tried to recover, blinking a few times to see his red, crazy face a few inches from yours. Fingers grasped at your neck, and squeezed. Everything was fuzzy. Your sight, hearing, and senses were dull, but your nagging consciousness told you to yell more, people would come. At this point the commotion that had been made was so loud that someone would have to check it out soon. After a few more frightened yelps and whimpers along with the feeling of your neck swelling, his weight suddenly flew off of you as you saw a blurry set of hands throw the screaming boy backwards, crashing him to the ground with a very loud thump. The throbbing in your head made everything worse, but you could recognize. Your teacher? Apprehending the boy and pinning him to the ground. Gasping for air and closing your eyes, a sigh escaped your chapped lips as more footsteps rushed over towards you, and then a gentle hand on your right shoulder along with a familiar voice.

"(Y/N)! (Y/N)! Are you okay?! What happened?!" It was Yuri's scared voice, it sounded shrill and totally the opposite of her normal nature.

"Ag...hhhck..." Your throat felt more parched than it had ever been, and you croaked out your words and opened your eyes, a slightly blurry purple-haired girl frowned her orchid eyes darting to your arm. Color drained from her young pretty face as she quickly hustled to the stray knife on the floor to cut off a long, bandage like strip from her white blouse. The throbbing in your arm was intense as she took the cloth and wrapped it around the deep wound tightly, knowing that it was probably the best option at least for now until hopefully the ambulance came.

"It's... Bleeding quite a lot, please let me apply pressure to it for now...." While the teenager soothed you as she applied pressure to your deep cut, Monika was crouched over Natsuki's very still but now stirring body her intense emerald obs inspected the small girl with concern. Two pale fingers were pressed against Natsuki's white neck just like you had done to check her pulse. A sigh of relief escaped her pale lips as she sat down on the floor and propped Natsuki's head on her left thigh, holding her head gently. Suddenly another sharp pain came from your wound as Yuri applied as much pressure as possible, making you flinch. "S-sorry...." The tall girl took her long bloody fingers away from your arm with a look of bewilderment. Her voice was almost too quiet to be heard from the crazy, restrained boy yelling in the background. It looked like now the whole school was now lured by the sound of fighting and had come to watch the result of the crazy event that had taken place. There were many students holding up their phones probably recording, and mumbling among each other, they looked very shocked to see such a thing like this. Your science teacher was too busy keeping the boy still, by digging her knee into his back and with a free hand on a cell phone, probably calling the police and ambulance. Her right hand had his good arm twisted in a very uncomfortable and probably painful position.

"I-it's okay... Yuri..." You managed to finally speak, understanding that what she was doing was going to help stop some of the bleeding. She smiled at you and rubbed the length of your arm.

"It's going to be alright..." Yuri reminded you that of a nurse, almost or a nurturing mother. She was always there to look out for people, especially the club members. The pain in your head throbbed, your muscles were sore. Everything hurt, every inch of your body. You hoped that your arm wouldn't be infected, though you were too exhausted to care. Closing your eyes, despite the tension and worrying hasty thoughts in your head, you drift off to sleep slowly. Thinking of happy thoughts, of everything turning out to be fine.

You were going to need the rest.
