At the University :

Preeta was going to her class for the lecture and she didn't want to be late but suddenly a boy hits her as he was running with great speed. And she falls down.

"You idiot don't you have eyes..?" Exclaimed Preeta.

"Excuse me don't you see I am in a hurry my class has already started" says Karan.

The boy reveals to be Karan Luthra.

"So what do you think I have come here for a walk even my class has started..."

"It looks like that because you are most interested in having an argument with me instead of moving towards your class"

Preeta exclaims again, "ahh I'll deal with you later for now bye.."

"Ok ok. By the way I am The Karan Luthra."

Preeta wonders why he addressed himself with 'the' but she replies sarcastically, "okay the great Karan Luthra I am miss Preeta Arora"

And as soon as the bell rings Karan gives a wink to Preeta and rushes towards the class after saying, "I'll meet you at the canteen after an hour or two"

"Sure and this argument is not over" saying so Preeta goes to her class knowing that she was already late.

And as she sits at her usual place she notices The Karan Luthra sitting in her class and she sighs...

And she smiles to a girl sitting besides her Zara. Her best friend, her mentor, her helper and a feminist.

"So Zara what's new today? You seem to be really happy."

Zara replies enthusiastically, "I had an encounter with Verma mam today just a few minutes ago and what she told me is that we're gonna have a debate selection on the day of our very first lecture."

Preeta replies, "um seems to be very interesting and I know you love to raise your voice against injustice and you love participating in debates but what's the debate about?"

Zara gives a confused look and Preeta understands that Zara is unaware about the topic.

Verma mam enters the class.

"Good morning class and a warm welcome to you in my class"

"Thank you mam" replies everyone.

"So something interesting shall be done today we're all gonna have a debate..."

The whole seems to be confused since they're all medical students and are not used to face debates.

"In you medical career.." explains Mrs. Verma "you'll have to face such consequences wherein you will have to argue with other doctors in order to prove  your theory over a medication."

All the students except for Karan gave an approving look.

And the reason behind Karan's disapproval was that he didn't understand even a bit of  Verma mam's logic.

"Your debate shall be on Naturopathy - a boon for today's world."  Announces Verma mam.

And karan is so surprised hearing the word Naturopathy.

And asks the person sitting beside him what we actually mean my naturopathy.

And the person was astonished to have an encounter with a person sitting for medical and not knowing what naturopathy is but  he said to himself , "Alas! He is The Karan Luthra...he only dreams of playing for the Indian cricket team and I am sure he will play." And he explains him what Naturopathy means. ( Naturopathy : system of alternative medicine based on the theory that diseases can be successfully treated or prevented without the use of drugs, by techniques such as control of diet, exercise, and massage.)

And then in no time the class was divided in four groups and two will support the cause and two will counterview the topic.

And the lecture ends.

Preeta then walks out of the class with Zara. But Karan comes in for the of them and he winks at Preeta.

"Meet me in another 15 mins.. hope you remember our argument?"

"Yes..I'll meet you"

Zara gives a confused look to Preeta and Preeta explains her the argument. And Zara laughs, "how stupid an argument on who was wrong..."

"I'll meet you later in the library"
Saying so she goes to the canteen.

And in the canteen she searches for Karan. Karan calls out for Preeta and both of them have a seat.

"So Preeta...what were you to say to me?" Karan asks.

Preeta : what was the reason for you to get irritated on me ha?

Karan : Didn't you see I was in a hurry for class.

Preeta : but were you so blind that you couldn't see a girl walking.

Karan :  I am a cricketer and my focus is always on one thing at a time and not on two and at that time my focus was reaching on time.

Preeta : wow Mr. Luthra what an answer.

Karan : this is called talent!

And Karan walks away giving Preeta a chit in her hand which said....

" The Karan Luthra is impressed with your bravery and this is my number : 9x5xx6x8x9 call me 😉 "

This message brought a cute smile on Preeta's face and she walked away.

She reached the library met Zara but surprisingly she didn't tell even a word of the argument to Zara her soulmate she said nothing after after Zara asking her the thousandth time. She kept quiet.
