When Blaize was a young buck, he didn't shift to human very often. It was hard for him, and the human speech was even harder. He had trouble walking on Darius's long legs, and often looked like a newborn colt with his knees clapping together.

But once he got the hang of it he was unstoppable. Incredibly fast. Incredibly strong, Blaize was a fury in combat, and a constant shadow and aide at Darius' side.
