Yesterday we had a work-from-home day at school to prepare us in case we're put in quarantine again - which meant Skype calls all day long :(

So yeah, today was my first day back at school since last Monday lmao, I was starting to forget how to even socialize XD

T was home sick today so I spent the majority of the day just reading The Stand lol. I felt bad in English class though because everyone else at my table was gone (our tables are pushed together so we sit in groups of around 4-5 people), so it was just me and another guy and we're both equally quiet and lonely

You guys don't understand the fear I felt when my teacher said that we had to work in groups of two or three and the last person in my group disappeared and it was just me and the other guy :'))))

Luckily literally no one did what they were supposed to do, so I just put in my earbuds and read The Stand and we both just sat there awkwardly in silence and I honestly feel a little bad about it ;-; He's taking a few classes again so he's actually a year older than me so he doesn't really know anyone in class and he's so quiet and I know that he's been through a lot in his life so I feel like I should've at least said hi or smiled or something but I really couldn't get myself to step out of my comfort zone at all today, I haven't seen people in over a week T_T

Also, I don't know if I wrote about this or not, but I sit alone in math class because T and I have different kinds of math and that guy actually showed up one day and there was only one spot left in the classroom - the one next to me

In my bullet journal, I also document all the money I spend and earn and it was the Monday after I had thrown up at my friend's party so I had just paid what we call a "spybot", which is what you pay when you throw up at a party lmfao

Right as he walked up and asked if he could sit next to me, I was writing the whole "spybot" thing in my bullet journal and I just immediately slammed my book shut and said yeah 😂 That wasn't suspicious at all-

I've come to the part where Hook is introduced in OUAT 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😂

I watch two episodes of OUAT with my mom and sister every night and it's been the highlight of my day lol, but now that Hook is in there, it's been extremely hard to contain myself and both my sister and I have a huge crush on him so we keep sending each other looks while we're watching because we loVE HIM 😂

I also realized just how great of a protagonist Emma is >w< I love how FINALLY there's a hero/heroine that doesn't want their role or destiny

Realistically, most people wouldn't want to make big sacrifices and put themselves and their loved ones in danger and give everything up and potentially die just to save people or fulfill their destiny

I also love how salty she is XD She doesn't take shit from anyone and she stands up for herself and the people she loves, and she's also really sarcastic and funny lol

Like in the episode we watched today, someone asked her if she's ever seen an ogre and she just went "I've dated a few" lmfao I love her XD

...the only think in my mind lately is OUAT and Harry Potter lol

Also, the two of them were walking down the street and nearly everyone is dead so it's all deserted, and this guy runs up to those two and offered the guy a million dollars for 15 minutes with the old lady

I was struck with horror for a moment because I realized the sad truth that that would've probably happened in real life too if we had been struck with a pandemic as awful as Captain Trips and the majority of the population was dead-

He obviously didn't let the stranger take off with the old lady, but it was still so disturbing and disgusting to hear that T_T Being a girl all alone during the apocalypse must be so terrifying, there's no authorities to keep people in check so there's no rules and creepy men (or women) are free to do whatever they want ;-; And they're extra desperate because they don't know if/when they're gonna die or if they're ever gonna come across a girl again-

WHY IS THIS A THOUGHT THAT HAS NEVER CROSSED MY MIND BEFORE

HYPOTHETICALLY, IF SOMETHING HAPPENED AND WE LOST POLICE AND OTHER FORMS OF AUTHORITY, I ALWAYS KNEW THAT THERE WOULD BE A LOT OF STEALING AND TAKING AND HURTING AND MURDERING, BUT RAPE WAS NEVER ANYTHING THAT CROSSED MY MIND

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T MAKE ME READ A RAPE SCENE, ESPECIALLY NOT WITH INNOCENT, YOUNG, PREGNANT FRANNIE 😭😭

Also, there's a dog in The Stand :) I love the dog :))) If anything happens to the dog, I don't know what I'm gonna do :))))

The chapter I'm on right now is kinda hard to get through because it's so gloomy T_T After the pandemic theres sort of another wave wiping people out and narrowing the survivors down, so there's an entire chapter dedicated to all these different people all over the US who die from completely normal things like injuring themselves or heart attacks or getting electrocuted and so on

The chapter started off with a 5 year old boy who had lost his entire family and just wandered around crying for a week or so. He fell in a well and broke his legs, and died after 20 hours, either of fear and misery or of starvation and dehydration

Why, Stephen King, why? T_T
