Sometimes I'll be having a good time and then randomly think "I might die without ever trying ramen" and then I get sad TwT

I can't even try to make it myself because some of the ingredients can't be found over here... ;-; I can't express how badly I want to try ramen T_T

I can't die without trying ramen!! I swear I'm gonna travel to Japan one day and have authentic sushi and ramen!! And then I can finally try the green tea kit kats again lol

I know so many people who didn't like them but I thought they were amazing XD Regular Kit Kats aren't even that good (the Norwegian equivalent is actually better lol), I'm team matcha Kit Kat all the way 😂

Why does japan have so much good food and snacks? TwT

I haven't had any schoolwork to do since Wednesday and it's been heaven

I get to be free from schoolwork this weekend too, which I'm really happy about since it's Norway's national day on Sunday ╰(*'︶'*)╯♡ (yes I'm working on another drawing of Norway from Hetalia for that day lol)

I've been drawing sooo much today XD I've put in over 8 hours for my digital drawing and the only thing I've shaded is the hair and a bit of the eyes ;;

^ that's literally all I've done so far 😂

I already have 68 layers (and that's after I had to combine all my sketch layers) and I'm gonna end up with sooo many more and I'm terrified of the app crashing lol

This is gonna take forever >_< So now I'm really grateful for having time off XD

Apparently Mother's Day was some time last week and my entire family forgot about it lol. I HATE MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY, they're on completely different dates in the US than in Norway and we never know which one to celebrate 😂 And I can't remember dates for shit so I just never have any idea when these days are

I can't remember one date, I most certainly can't remember four of them lmao

But I feel bad for not doing anything on Mother's Day and I feel bad that my mom has to go into the office tomorrow on a Saturday to work so I'm gonna surprise her with whatever I decide to bake tomorrow lol

I'm a little sad because this will be the first May 17th where we won't be eating with my aunt and cousins (we had to make different plans since we weren't sure how strict the rules were gonna be concerning this stupid virus), but at least they'll be over for coffee and cake afterwards ^^ It's also depressing because big gatherings still aren't allowed, and there's a tradition over here where everyone dresses up in their "bunad" in town and walk together while waving the Norwegian flag and singing "Ja Vi Elsker"

It's also a little sad because it was also my grandfather's birthday, so my mom and aunt will be visiting their parents' grave. I hope my mom won't be sad T_T Hopefully cake will cheer her up :DD 🤣
