— written Wednesday July 28th —

Hello hello~

I started writing this last week lmfao

Starting with last Tuesday, I had to get up early because I had a dentist appointment :( Remember my little accident at that one party? XD

I technically didn't need to get it fixed because it was so small that you wouldn't even notice it, but it bothered me so I got it fixed >_< The fear I felt when I walked in and saw all the tools and syringes and stuff spread out 😭😭😭

I had to force myself to stare so hard at the ceiling because I knew I would freak out if I saw any of the tools, so I have no clue what they actually did but it only took a little while and now it's fixed :D

I was really happy because I found out that I didn't have to pay for it 🎉 I figured it would be my first time paying at the dentist's since I'm 18 now, but apparently it's still free for me until next year :D

Jumping to last Thursday, I had to get up even earlier so my family and I could leave at 8:30 :') We drove to a nearby town about an hour away because I had an appointment at the police station to get an ID card :D (I'm not getting a license any time soon and I don't wanna bring my passport every time I wanna walk into the liquor store lol)

I picked the wrong shirt for that day 😭😭😭 I had to have my picture taken and the guy there asked if I could put my hair up, and the moment I lifted my arms up my entire stomach was visible and it was the longest few moments of my life 🥲 My hoodie basically turned into a crop top- I was also wearing tight leggings, like always, so I felt so naked lmao

I was so nervous afterwards when I was paying that I forgot the code to my card THREE TIMES ALDJASJAKS why am I like this 🥲

Then we picked up a desk I ordered, so now I have two desks in the studio :D One is for drawing and my PC, the other one is for my printer and it's gonna be where I package orders and stuff in the future (so shop stuff)

After that, we went to a tiny Asian grocery store where Hannah and I bought Ramune :D I always go with the original flavor because it's the only one I had tried before and I know it's good, but I went with the orange one instead and it was really good!! So that's my new favorite >w<

We were gonna buy sushi there but they said they weren't making that that day, so we went to the restaurant we normally by sushi at :D

And then we went home :) This is the closest thing we've had to a vacation in 3 years and it was literally just an hour away and it's such a shitty little town but at least they have sushi :D

I was so tired that I ended up napping for 2 hours and I only got up because my mom woke me up twice XD I CAN'T NAP BECAUSE I DON'T NAP, I HIBERNATE ALSHALHSLS

People that can nap for like 20 minutes and feel refreshed are so lucky, I end up waking up 3 hours later and feeling worse than before my "nap" OvO

One more thing from Thursday: I ordered stickers!!! I think they're shipping from the US so they won't be here for a while, but still!! This is my very first time having my own design on merch and I really hope it turns out well!

I only ordered 10 of this design to see if it works:

But if it does work, I'm gonna try selling stickers for the first time!! I'm also gonna make some prints and try to sell them on Etsy, and if the stickers do well, I might try to go with the charm idea :D

So yeah, I'm really exited about this >w<

I'm also really happy because I got three commissions this month! I haven't been doing a very good job at marketing for my commissions so far this year lmao so I updated my info and posted about it a few weeks ago

I'm really happy to be earning some money from my art :>

Speaking of money, my money is finally in my account! I was shocked when I was gonna transfer money and saw 90 000 NOK (around 10 000 USD) in my account 😂

The rest of it is sitting in my bank account in the US, I just sent over a portion of it and we struggled so much with actually getting it sent over but at least it's here now :D

Now I just need to buy a camera, microphone and some better lighting and I'll have all the equipment I need! >w< The studio is getting fuller and fuller and it makes me so happy because now it looks like a room that actually gets used - a room with personality :D I can't wait to do another studio tour once I've finished with all the decorating!! (I'm still working on my anime wall lmao)

Anywho, jumping to last Friday

Since I was dying to travel, my family came up with the idea of having days where we make food from a specific country, decorate the dining room so it looks like we're there and play music from that country, and I asked for our first country to be Japan :)

So we made ramen for the first time!!

We were gonna make mochi as well but we didn't have time (some stuff came up) so we're gonna make it next time we have sushi instead (which is in two days) :D

Why is Asian food so filling? 😩 I couldn't even finish my bowl and it felt like my stomach was about to explode

Yet we still bought milkshakes an hour later 🙂🌸 Both Hannah and I really wanted something sweet and the sun was FINALLY coming out so we wanted to get out of the house, so we picked up some milkshakes :D I bought a cookie dough milkshake >w<

Amalie had a party on Saturday :D R and I showed up earlier to start mixing drinks lol

I realized that I'm really good at not pressuring others while I'm drunk 😂 A lot of my friends tend to be a little pushy and pressure others to drink when they're drunk (of course they'll always stop if they really don't want to)

I kept asking Amalie if she needed hyping up or understanding when someone would tell her to drink more, and then I told her to drink whenever and however much she was ready for, and she told me that she really appreciated it :D 🤣

Most of my friends ended up having a deep talk in the living room at some point, and I tried to help out and comfort them for a while but it didn't feel like what I was saying was really helping >_<

So I went out to the hallway where R, H and another friend were sitting and chatting

It was kinda funny because we all sat there to avoid the deep talk, and then we ended up having a deep talk anyway 😂

I think we were originally talking about money or something and R brought up my blood money, and of course my other friend got curious

I trust her and H anyway, so I told them about the whole doctor thing and I might've overshared way more than I wanted 😭😂

But I kept assuring them that I'm fine now so it's not anything that they have to go around and think about or anything XD

But there was a portion that I haven't told anyone yet, but I think I might've told them about it (at least a bit of it) :P

Anywho, H and my other friend ended up talking together after a while and R and I just sat there and bonded over our childhood trauma XD We had a heart to heart for probably around an hour and we opened up so much to each other

So yeah, it was a nice night even though it got a little dark towards the end XD

Otherwise I've just been drawing and working, reading more Harry Potter, and I tried out demos for Octopath Traveler and Neo The World Ends With You and they were surprisingly good XD My wallet is shaking in the distance-
