Hello :>

My friends had spoken about my parents' cooking and how good it is for a while now so I invited Amalie and T over for burritos last Thursday :D 🤣

I got the idea a week ago when we had burritos for dinner and I was like "omg this is to die for" and then I thought maybe my friends would like it 🤣

So yeah, they arrived at 6 and we ate burritos while there was a thunderstorm outside lol

We got to use the living room and I got some snacks and we just sat there in the dark, listening to the rain and thunder and just spoke for hours :D We even made tea at some point and it was so cozy!!

Amalie doesn't like tea and she knows that I have a tea obsession so she wanted to try my tea, and then T wanted to try it as well, so I made up three cups of tea and kept stirring and tasting all of them until they were perfect 😂

It was really nice to do something together though, especially since these past few weeks have been kinda bleh XD

Hannah actually split the price for both Octopath Traveler and Neo: The World Ends With You with me XD

So we both downloaded Octopath Traveler on Wednesday and we both really like it! We ordered the physical copy for Neo though so hopefully it'll arrive sometime this week and I can continue :D

^ I think Hannah was intrigued because the best friend in Neo has the same voice as Childe from Genshin Impact and he's her favorite character XD

So yeah, I took a little break from art over the weekend to play new games lol

I mean, I was still making art, I just wasn't putting pressure on myself because having an art account is so unbelievably exhausting and it can be so unrewarding and useless so I just really needed a break ;-; I painted on Wednesday though!! And that was so fun ;A;

It was late at night, it was dark and calm and quiet outside, I had my little lights on and was listening to anime ops on my pc and just painted for myself, it was so nice!! 🥺😭

I feel a lot better after my little art break! I also finished the second commission last night and sent it to the customer, and it seriously melted my heart because he was so happy and kept thanking me and telling me I'm talented and he even gave me a tip 😭😭❤️

^ it's moments like this that remind me why I'm an artist >w< Sometimes I forget that it's not just because I love creating art, it's also that I love to and want to inspire others and bring joy into people's lives through my creations :)

Do you guys remember the three girls in my class that befriended me and T? They invited us to a party on Saturday :D

They live in an even smaller town about 30-40 minutes away so I met up at T's house and we drove there together :)

I legit got my period half an hour before the party, whYYYY

Why does my body not want me to party without my period for once?! It's bad enough having to worry about vomiting, I don't need to worry about bleeding out too!! 🥲😂

It was kinda awkward when we first arrived because we only knew the three girls and it was a bit of a different experience because I think most of them just drank ciders and stuff while T and I are used to everyone drinking vodka 😂

We became friends with two of the sober girls there though (we had heard a lot about them from our three friends throughout the school year), and they were really cool :D

Anywho, more and more people showed up throughout the night, and T and I are used to parties with just our friends + H and maybe an extra two or three people, but just about everyone there were strangers to us and the ages ranged from 15 to 20-something, and there was about an equal amount of boys and girls

So that was definitely a different experience XD It was nice though! I'm just really happy that they wanted to invite me and T >w< At some point, me, T and the friend who I'm probably the closest with of the three, we all just sat on the trampoline outside away from everyone else and talked about how grateful we were to be friends XD

I also just realized that me and that friend had an entire conversation about how Toji is such a DILF?? 😂😂 I think she had mentioned something about a gorgeous anime dad and I just said "Toji?!" and then yelled "he's such a DILF!!" and people might've heard me 🤣

At some point, one of the sober girls spilled coffee all over the floor and one of my friends asked me what happened, and I told her that she spilled, and she just looked at me and said "the one sober person??" and we both just started laughing XD

Also, I laughed so hard at some point that I started coughing and then I vomited lmfao-

It was in the toilet this time though!! 😂 I didn't black out (and nearly die-) like that one time, I knew it was coming so I rushed and I can't remember if I actually got the toilet lid open before I vomited or not 😂😂

But at least I was able to clean up and I was just laughing at myself while T was wondering what was going on, and while I was still trying to clean up my vomit, another girl bursted in and said she had to vomit 🤣

I can't believed I laughed so hard that I vomited-

To be fair, I did that once at home completely sober with water XD

We were so many people at some point that we were all kicked out and just chilled outside, and some random dude started talking to me and T?? XD There's always a random dude that walks up to us at parties and suddenly we're best friends lmao

Anywho, my mom picked us up at midnight and we drove home :> I dropped the cap to my water bottle at some point in the car and looked all over for it, to find it inside T's bag of chips, and we were both laughing so hard XD

So yeah, I've said this like three times already but it was really nice to hang out with them again! :)
