(I forgot to post this yesterday heh whoops)

I'm starting to get really mad at the two teachers in charge of the school play :)))))))

I spent most of yesterday and a bit of today working on the sketches for the new logo/poster, and the one teacher asked how it was going and asked if I could turn the characters into humans in animal costumes, which I was really against and didn't want to do for multiple reasons

1) they're animal characters, i already have to make them "crazy and punk" or whatever, no one's gonna recognize them as humans

2) I already finished the sketches, I'm not spending any more time making NEW sketches, especially when I have to take things like human anatomy into account

3) i just don't fucking want to

So I'm not gonna, and if he has a problem with it, he can suck my nonexistent dick and make the stupid poster himself :)

A few minutes/hours later, he came into the room that I was sketching in and basically told me to scrap the whole idea and start all over again

He just pointed at all kinds of things on my old logo and was like "change this, change this, change this- scrap the whole idea and do this and this instead"

I just sat there thinking "is this bitch for real"

I'M NOT EVEN GETTING PAID TO DO THIS, AND THIS TAKES SO MANY HOURS TO GET DONE, AND I ALREADY MADE A LOGO FOR THEM - DURING MY FUCKING WINTER BREAK

ART AIN'T EASY, BUDDY

I swear to fucking god if he makes me make a third one-

He'll just have to find someone else to do it lmao, I'm not doing it 😂

Oh yeah, he also didn't have a single positive thing to say about my first logo/poster :) The nicest thing he said was "it's nice, but it can be better" like no shit sherlock I'VE NEVER DRAWN CARTOON ANIMALS BEFORE IN MY LIFE, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT

Maybe it would've been better the first time if you had actually told me what the fuck I'm supposed to draw HMMMMHHMMMM

I just keep getting more work and less time smfh

I'll let you guys know if I snap at him and get in a lot of trouble :D

I spent all day working on it and I've finished the sketch and almost finished the lineart >_<

The school days have actually been pretty chill because my friends and I have our own tiny classroom, and my other friend and I have just been working on the poster alone, and we just kinda take breaks whenever we want lol

Today, we had worked nonstop until around 1-ish (besides the lunch break), so Mal, my other friend and I walked over to the mall and bought a salad to eat since we were all hungry and none of us had really eaten and the other girl and I really needed some fresh air and a break XD

The teacher checked out my sketch for the poster today, and he finally had some positive things to say about it lmao

There was just one thing he suggested I fix but I didn't have to 🤣 I'm gonna anyway since he has really high expectations though :')

I'm just glad I at least don't have teachers breathing down my neck while I'm making it lmao

And I'm actually thinking positively about the poster now! XD If it turns out how I'm hoping, it might actually come out pretty cool >w<
