To another note lol, my collarbone hurts so much for some reason?? It just suddenly started??

It just hurt a little bit at first, but now it's really starting to hurt :')

It's weird though because I don't feel any pain if I tense up, but if I relax and let my shoulders down, the pain really kicks in
