finally; help

I wanted to scream but my words have been muted for so long,
I wanted to cry but my sobs choke me to the point they are muffled.
I wanted to reach for help.
But I never thought I could obtain it.
I never thought I would make it this far.
I never thought I was going to be able to finally get help, even if it is a little bit.
