depressing sandpit

I found myself laying down on my shower floor,
I thought I was getting better,
But I found myself sinking in the depressing sandpit I know too well,
Have I really lost sight of everything?
Have I really let this darkness sneak up on me?
I feel so disappointed in myself for letting this happen.
