you were in the lab with E. Gadd and Alpha going over some power tests when your phone goes off and you halt the test and get worried when its Tari.

"one moment..." you say heading out to answer to Tari screaming for you to help. as your brain leaps to conclusions you focus enough to ask what was happening.

"Cult of Zero! Melony in ultra god Mode! Spirit of Zero! taking box to space!" was all you heard over the ramblings.

"Ill be over as soon as possible." you say as you hung up and stormed into the room.

"Alpha, buddy, I and the others are gonna need your help." you say opening the test room doors.

"But i thought you said that i wasnt ready." he replied shocked and nervous.

"I know but sometimes you gotta run before you can walk." you mutter loud enough for him to hear. he nods knowing that you have a lot of faith riding on this.

"Before this starts however... i wanna check in on Axol." you say heading for the door.

"making sure hes not possessed again?" Alpha asks.

"That too. just making sure that the cult hasn't done anything to him." you say as you both head off to the hospital Axol is getting therapy in.

"Is Axol still here?" you ask as both you and Alpha slam the doors open.

"Yes, ever since that cult started getting traction in that college we've been keeping a close eye on him. ill even take you to him." the nurse said confidently.

"They were that obvious huh?" you ask.

"Tried more than once to get in to capture him for sacrifice until they realized he had no more of Zero in him." the nurse says before alpha slams her into the wall as she had a sedative in her hand.

"Nice save." you say. "Should've caught the monologue." you admit.

"those movie nights did help with that for me." Alpha said as you checked in on a shocked Axol.

"Whats going on?" he asked as if he was coming out of sedation.

"Cult of zero wanted to revive him and tried to use you as sacrifice." you said as both you and alpha were taking him out the other members of the cult were waiting for you.

you both cover Axol as they start to attack. you telekenetically grabbed a boulder and bowled a bunch down while Alpha blasted others. while this was going on you quickly handed axol something familiar.

"Inkweaver!" he said happily as he quickly drew up some backup. with the backup you three had the cult members unconscious and headed to the others as quickly as possible.

"I hope were not too late" all three of you thought as you all drive to the location of Tari's phone.
