You and Tari were unceremoniously moved to one side of the court.

"Wait there's about twice as many people than I remember." The judge remarked before banging his gavel and a new figure unceremoniously fell with a yelp into a heap.

"This isn't what I had scripted to happen." Could barely be heard muttered into the floor from the new figure.

"You explain yourself." The judge demanded.

"Foist off that could be considered unlawful detainment due to the fact I don't see a warrant for you bringing me here." The figure said pulling himself off the floor.

"Uh well." The judge began.

"Second off how the heck is this going on without me right now unless I'm having someone write this for me?" The figure finished.

"Uh I've been dictating this down if that would make you feel better?" Meta knight said from the corner.

"Fine enough for me. I want a copy of that when you're done please." The figure asked getting next to SMG4 and Meggy, Meta Knight nodded. "Sorry about getting snippy your honor. Proceed." The figure stated."

"Can you state your name for the court records?" The judge asked.

"Hah, you can refer to me as Time." Time replied looking amused.

"Is that your real name?" The judge asked.

"No." Time responded.

"Then what is your real name?" Funky asked annoyed.

"Objection. Unnecessary questioning, plus I'm not telling you that. Don't need people trying to find me." Time shot back.

"Sustained." The judge said after thinking about it for a few seconds.

"So why am I here again?" Time asked.

"For the excess of characters." Funky said.

"Objection. These are not even true Nintendo characters they're recreations given new life and shouldn't even be a part of this case." Time defended the judge looked over them.

"He has a point but the three males there will be tried with the rest since they are so often found with the defendant." The judge said making funky looked shocked and appalled loosing so much of his grip on this case and looked at the newcomer.

"Bring it flymonkey." Time taunted making funky growl.

SMG4 and Meggy but mostly meggy were having a bit of an existential crisis at the mere sight of Time.

"Try not to think about it too hard, you'll end up with less headaches." Time said after noticing their stares.

Meggy shook her head to clear her mind then nodded. "Ok I'll try." She said focusing on the trial on hand.

The judge decided on making a series of challenges that both  SMG4 and Times characters vs Nintendo Characters.

"Let's-a Go." Time said as the trial really began.

You watched the horrors that were some of these challenges. Though you feel ok that while you had to succumb to watching your friends try these challenges Tari was surprisingly skipped over. Though you couldn't feel as lucky because you felt a bit bruised after taking on senator Armstrong.

"At least I'm not as banged up as last time I got the crap kicked out of me." You say grunting.

"Light plot armor. Plus Tari might kill me if I stick you in bed like last time." Time said avoiding eye contact with Tari.

"Fair point. Alright final statements, make 'em count boss." You say to time.

"I'll do my best." He said taking a bit of a breath before singing along with meggy and the others.

After a heated verbal smack down SMG4 was spared along with Time. Though the now undisguised myiamoto San asked for some changes to be made.

"Give me the names and I'll do it for you. Gotta save that power for the movie right?" Time offered.

"You have a point... alright SMG4,3 bob and Boopkins." Myiamoto said and all four stood before time as he snapped his fingers and popped them all to their current designs.

"Aaaah! I'm Asian!" 3 bemoaned.

Myiamoto nodded and let everyone go. And time headed back to finish putting this together after Meta knight gave him the transcript.

"Reminder: Never piss off the multiverse."
