However that balance has been replaced by order and a Military super state called the Shou-Long Empire a small technologically advanced nation that defeated the fire nation in the war and established the Grand Empire.

Many rejoiced at the formation of an empire who destroy the hypocrisy of the earth kingdom and the tyranny of the fire nation.
