The word of the southern accords had spread near and far very quickly. The fire nation did not hesitate to spread the propaganda of their unstoppable war machine marching unopposed storming towards the east.

However It did not take long for the earth kingdom to piece together the Accords Underline agreement it was essentially an alliance in everyway. Shou-long was providing a near endless supply of food and medicine to the fire nation military and people thus lifting some of the supply problems in the fire nation homeland. 

The earth kingdom declared this was a violation of the treaty of kumming However Shou-long justified their actions by stating they were only supplying food and medical supplies to a starving nation and no military equipment was being exchanged. Furthermore their Agreement with teh earth kingdom was still being maintained as per treaty standards.

The Grand secretariat was furious but there wasn't much he could do unless Shou-long actually did something to affect the kingdom militarily or violate the treaty's main articles. so therefore there was nothing he could do at the moment to stop this new supply line.

The fire nation made certain to uphold their end of the agreement as well  which meant giving Shou-long vast amounts of coal and steel to pay for the food and medical supplies they were getting.

However unlike the earth kingdom one man was determined to Teach those he called fire nation sympathizers a lesson.  His name was jet.

Jet was made an orphan after the fire nation raided his village and he had developed a deep sense of hatred for anything fire nation. In his opinion Shou-long Was an ally to these horrible monsters that showed no mercy and in his mind they deserved to die for siding with the enemy.

"Your bravery against the fire nation cannot be ignored." Jet said with pride in his voice to the men gathered around him. "However now there is a new enemy. The Rogue kingdom better known as the kingdom of Shou-long."

The rebels were Silent they knew that jet was asking for volunteers to go too Shou-long. However most of them Knew that These people were not fire nation by birth and therefore to some Shou-long was not an enemy.

"Jet I think I speak for the men when I say That we don't think fighting against Shou-long is a good idea." 

"Camo Perhaps you didn't hear me." Jet says anger in his tone. "Shou-long feeds these monsters and I wouldn't be surprised if they had slaves of their own much like the monsters they serve."

"Jet I know you want to crush the fire nation but we still have yet to free the valley of their control and therefore shouldn't we start small before moving to a bigger target like Shou-long." The duke says seeming to side with Camo.

"Your right very well those who want to come with me step forward anyone else can stay here with the duke and pipsqueak and free the village." He states glaring at camo who had been second in command until just now apparently.

Half of teh rebels stood up among them were Smeller bee and Longshot.  With His band of rebels Gathered Jet And his men descended down and raced to the nearest port with one thing on their minds 

REVENGE.
