(Ba sing se).

Luna Yoram was a women who cared much for her family. She had 3 kids all between the ages of 13 and 4. 

She and her kids had fled from the western earth kingdom 7 months ago to ba sing se in hopes to start a better life here however since arriving her kids have been bullied and she was nearly mugged 8 times. 

As a result she worked hard to try and move out of the poor section of ba sing se for her kids safety. 

She hated ba sing se and she loathed the Earth king, she couldn't believe that people actually believed ba sing se was safe from the war she had seen it first hand and she had witnessed the fire nation attack and destroy her old home.

However due to the stress of moving her family here she didn't want to relocate to somewhere else and that's why she was working hard so she could at least try to afford a new home in the upper levels.

She was surprised however when her two oldest came running back inside. 

"Sylvia , Roy. What's going on." She asked puzzled why they came back inside after only playing outside for 20 minutes. 

"Mom we heard Buzzing and it was loud louder than a whole nest of buzzard wasps." Sylvia replied breathing hard.

"What Roy is this true." 

"Yes mom Sylvia ain't lying." 

Heading outside with her 2 oldest on her heels Luna Listened closely and sure enough she heard buzzing that did indeed sound louder than a whole nest of buzzard wasps. 

"Mom look up." Sylvia called looking in the sky to the west .

And there Luna saw them. A dozen weird machines flying closer to ba sing se. Luna could also faintly make out  weird things being dropped from the planes and hitting the walls and blowing up along with the distinct shapes of boulders being hurled at the weird machines trying to knock them down. 

"wat are toes Mama." her four year old girl asks shaking in fear behind her legs.

"I don't know sweetie."

BY now a whole crowd had assembled hearing the weird machines draw closer. What Luna saw next surprised her, The weird Machines had a strange emblem on them one she didn't quite recognize and they were dropping paper in the streets Roy quickly ran forward and grabbed one bringing it to her.

It read.

'TO ALL CITIZENS OF BA SING SE WE DO NOT WISH TO FRIGHTEN YOU. WE THE MILITRAY OF SHOU LONG AND ROYAL FAMILY HAVE NO INTENTION TO HARM YOU IN FACT WE WNAT TO HELP YOU. COME TO ZON LAO OR MAOLONG PORT AND COME TO SHOU-LONG FOR  A LIFE OF PROSPERITY AND EQUALITY. JOIN US AND TOGETHER WE SHALL FORGE A FUTURE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES CAN BE HAPPY WITH.'

Luna was shocked this supposed attack was not like the fire nation who wouldn't care how they hurt to get what they wanted. She was reluctant to go to Shou-long but after seeing the happy faces on the faces of several other families nearby who looked hopeful for what seemed like the first time in their lives. 

She then heard a commotion and looked to the east and noticed those weird machines drop more black things this time on the grounds of the Kings palace most likely.

"YES TAKE OUT THE DAI LI."

"DOWN WITH KING KUEI."

Luna was surprised to here people cry out like that especially with what happened here 6 years ago after the 600 day siege. 

"Kids lets go inside we need to talk." Luna called to her children ushering them inside their small apartment before looking back into the sky.

'maybe there is hope for a better life for my family one of safety and care.' Luna thought to her self wishfully.

(Earth Palace). 2 days later

"LONG FENG WHAT HAPPEND HERE. FIRST I WAKE UP TO AN OBNOXIOUS BUZZING NOISE AND NEXT THING I KNOW I SEE WEIRD MACHINES COMING TOWARDS THE PALCE AND DROPING WEIRD BALCK THING STHAT RUINE DTHE PALACE GROUNDS CARE TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS HAPPENED." Kuei yelled in fury at the bowed official before him.

"We believe its that rebel kingdom Shou-long the one that rebelled against us back during your grandfathers reign." Long Feng replied Lying through his teeth not wanting to alert the king that they have been at war for the last 2 years with them.

"GRRRR I DON'T CARE ABOUT DETAILS LONG FENG I WANT RESULTS I ORDER YOU TO SEND THE FULL MIGHT THE KINGDOM OUT AGIANST THEM AND CRUSH THEM." Kuei ordered angrily.

'I'll just finish what my grandfather started all those years ago and I'll teach those traitors the price for rebellion curse you Degurechauf.'

"It shall be done my king." Long Feng replied before bowing to exit the room.

He immediately returned to his office and slammed his fist on his desk.

'How did Shou-long create such a  weapon one that's capable of flight and destruction we must get it.' Long Feng thought angrily with a hint of jealousy . He then heard a  knock on his office door.

"Enter." Long Feng commanded.

"Sir a report." A dai li agent stated entering the room. " apparently dozens of families in the lower ring have suddenly vanished over the last few nights sir.

"WHAT HOW."

"We don't know sir we are currently trying to track them and repair the outer wall."

"FIND THEM NOW IF WORD GETS OUT BA SING SE WAS ATTACKED OUR ENEMIES WILL BECOME MORE BOLD IN THEIR ATTACKS."

The agent bowed and left the office.

'Ugh what else could go wrong here." Long Feng thought annoyed.

(Team Azula). 1 week later

Azula was furious the avatar had slipped form her grasp only 2 days ago and not only that her fuddy duddy uncle had interfered and cost her anything significant and her father was furious with this string of failures and he demanded more extreme results.

However her team was running low on supplies since team avatar had separated them from their mode of transport. Further more when they finally made it back they found Their driver dead and the machine gone.

"Great now what." Mai expressed her annoyance at their present situation. 

"Hey mai come on I'm sure Azula has a plan right." TY lee asked pleadingly her stomach rumbling. 

"I'm working on it ty." Azulla replied annoyed.

She had never been under this much stress and she knew that if they got no relief soon they may starve. 

Just then they saw the bushes rustle and Azula got in a stance and TY lee as well and mai drew her knifes.

However instead of a earth bender it was a group of ten soldiers who's armor Azula recognized. 

"Ah Shou-long soldiers what are you doing here." Azulla questioned relaxing and so di her friends.

"We should be asking you that princess Azula." a soldier replied who Azula Guessed the leader was.

"were tracking the avatar." TY lee replied with her usual cheerfulness.

Azulla shot a glare at the woman telling her to shut up but the soldier already heard.

"You Guys are tracking him too." The soldier replied amazed.

"Wait why is Shou-long tracking him I thought your guys anger was with the earth kingdom not a twelve year old boy." 

"OH it is trust me however." The soldier then recounted for Azula what happened at Shou long only a week ago.

"Oh my." Azulla replied holding in her laughter. " I can only imagine how furious Princess Tanya was."

"Oh believe me I was there and she had  a look on her face that made her look more terrifying than we've ever seen her."

"Her sister Princess Kyra Even offered a 200'000 gold coin reward for his capture." another soldier stated.

"OH my That's a large reward." May replied her interest spiked

 "well Good luck Guys." TY lee replied before Turning around to walk away before her stomach rumbled again causing mai and Azula to slouch in embarrassment.

"How about we part ways after you guys get some food and supplies." The soldier replied with a small smile.

"That would be marvellous thank you." Azula replied sincerely.

While walking back to the Shou-long camp the Lieutenant walked up to Azulla.

"I know our two nations aren't military aligned but I thought you'd like to know that recently we Bombed Ba sing se." The lieutenant replied pride shining in his eyes.

"HOW?" Azula yelled shocked.

Smiling the Lieutenant replied. "two words  'Project eagle'."
