"We would like to see Freedom leader jet and his Lieutenants." Aang stated somewhat boldly.

The room fell silent at those words. The royal guards all visibly tensed clutching their rifles slung over their shoulders. The King only stared at the Avatar and his friends with a cold Glare With Kyra glaring At them in a similar way. The Queen However looked furious her eyes boring holes into their souls and Tanya was also livid staring at the avatar with cold fury in her blue eyes. 

"ABSOLUTELY NOT. You really think we would just let you see 3 terrorists they are responsible for numerous crimes against our kingdom with war crimes committed in the dozens." Queen Cynthia replied angrily.

"MY wife is correct this so called freedom leader you call jet killed and harassed my people and army for over 4 months roughly 2 years ago he and his accomplices are to receive no visitors at all." The king replied his voice cold.

"Something I consider a mercy considering  the damage they caused in those 4 months he should have been executed for his crimes." Kyra stated. despite having only recently been adopted into the family 2 days ago she had read about jet and his rebels actions against the crown. 

"That may be true Kyra but remember we are a monarchy who shows mercy first and foremost as tempting as it was for me to execute him at the time. Enough blood had already been spilt besides the people were more than satisfied to see him locked up instead. as My father and mother has stated your request is denied Avatar Aang." Tanya replied barely holding in her annoyance at the kids blatant disrespect.

"Look your majesties without jet or his lieutenants the rebel movement against the fire nation will come to a standstill I know he's done things against your kingdom But I'm sure it was with noble intentions. Please aren't we all on the same side here." Aang replied trying to sound wise and convincing and while Katara gave him a smile sokka looked concerned.

Tanya and her family all visibly tensed at Aang's words and then after 5 minutes of silence the queen finally rose.

"A good reason Noble intentions. THAT IS THE MOST CRAP I HAVE EVER HEARD IN SENTENCE. YOU CALL IT NOBLE WHEN HOUSES ARE ON FIRE  AND CHILDREN ARE CRYING AND SOLDIERS SCRAMBLING TO TRY TO MAINTAIN ORDER. THAT MAN IS NO HERO OR FREEDOM LEADER THAT MAN IS NOTHING MORE THAN A TERROIST ONE WHO THRIVES IN CHAOS, ONE WHO WAS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR SWORN ENEMY. THE TYRANICAL EARTH KINGDOM." Cynthia was livid and Tanya had to coax her mother to sit back down since she looked about ready to hurt someone.

"OH REALLY BURING HOMES AND CHILDREN CRYING FOR THEIR FAMILIES. IT SOUNDS TO ME YOUR ANGER SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE FIRE NATION WHO HAVE ACTUALLY DONE STUFF LIKE THAT FOR THE LAST 100 YEARS." Katara yelled back in equal anger mostly due to the suffering she has endured. However it proved to be a bad idea as guards advanced on them weapons drawn and looks of rage on their faces.

"ENOUGH. Avatar Aang as I stated before you will not be allowed to see jet and we will not permit the freedom of him or his Lieutenants. Guards escort them to their Quarters where they will stay for the next few days." Tanya ordered the glare she shot at team avatar clarifying that this argument was over.

(With the avatar and his friends 5 hours later).  

Ever since their arrival Aang and his friends decided to research Shou-long  a little but more they were quite surprised by a number of discoveries.

One their army was more advanced than anything they had seen the fire nation use and their navy was something extraordinary to behold. 

Two the people were all treated equally and there seemed to be no class division at all and poverty looked to be non existent.

However the final thing they discovered made sokka and Katara's anger boil. They learned of the Fire nation and Shout-long's trade agreement which had been going on for 2 years. 

"So that's why they wouldn't let us see jet They probably don't want word that the neutral power of Shou-long is actually harboring Fire nation war criminals who most likely were the ones responsible for the actions the royal family accused the rebels of being responsible for. However in order to keep their best friend Fire lord Ozai happy they decided to arrest the rebels instead of the war criminals." Sokka stated sarcastically.

"I actually agree with you sokka. Jet most likely came here to stop those criminals But instead of finding them and bringing them to justice Shou-long captured him and his allies and killed anyone else Typical. " Katara replied bitterly.

"Guys I'm not sure If that is actually true. If this monarchy was oppressive the people in the capital here would be a lot more angry and I think the classes would be more divided."

"Are you seriously defending them." Katara asked angrily.

"No no I'm just saying we should try to gather evidence before we make any accusation." Aang defended Meekly.

"It Doesn't matter. if they won't let us see jet we'll break him out." Sokka stated confidently as he pulled out a map. "The Zirem Capital prison Is most likely where he is. Fortunately I have a plan to deal with the guards. IN order to gain entry we will use a cart pretending we are here to resupply the prison's food and water storage and we will go to the side entrance since it probably won't be as well protected as the main entrance."

"And what happens if any guards try to stop us." Katara questions with a raised eyebrow.

"Simple you and Aang can use your bending to fend off the prisons Interior guards."

"Alright I Haven't had  a good workout anyways for a few days anyways." Katara replied smirking.

"Aang are you with us or will you sit this one out." Sokka questioned with a judgemental stare. 

"I'll help I may not believe Shou-long is Tyrannical But I know the rebels need jet and His Lieutenants. Lets do a breakout."  Aang replied determination in his voice.

(That night).  

A lone cart began to pull up to Zirem Capital prison. This cart's arrival was puzzling to the guards who had assumed the Prison had already been fully resupplied.  

"Halt and state your Business." A guard ordered the carts driver.

"Hello sir we are here with the 10 pm resupply delivery."

"Um that's not a delivery time what are you really here for." The guard replied staring into the drivers eyes. 

"Ugh we don't have time for this." A woman suddenly called from the back of the cart.

Before the Guards could react swift tendril of water emerged smacking them all into the prison walls before the water surrounded the doors lock  freezing immediately and falling off. 

"Let's Hurry. I think Jet and his allies will most likely be in the solitary block. You two go free him I'll free the prisoners to cause a distraction." Sokka stated taking the keys from one of the guards belts .

The Kid ran into the prison using water bending and air bending to knock the guards out while sokka freed the prisoners who began to riot and attack the guards.

More guards swarmed into the prison wielding batons and shields and some using their rifle butts to try and cow the prisoners.

"Hurry send word to the palace tell them we are under attack." The Commandant ordered turning to his officers. 

meanwhile Aang and his friends were headed for the solitary cells where they noticed only three were occupied.

After knocking out the few guards they quickly freed jet and His friends.

"Thank you who are you guys." Jet asked slightly delirious. 

"I'm the avatar and these are my friends Katara and sokka you guys are jet smeller bee and long shot correct." Aang questioned wanting confirmation.

"yes we are."

"aang come on we have to go before more guards come." Sokka replied.

The group of 6 found the back entrance and left without any trouble due to the guards still being occupied.

Using His bison whistle Aang called for Appa who was quick to answer the call.

They all then began to board Appa until a voice called out to them.

"AVATAR!!!!! WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING WITH THOSE TERROISTS." The voiced demanded sounding furious. 

Turing around the gang was terrified when there stood Tanya and Kyra the two princess's eyes cold as the north pole Rage evident on their faces along with 100 soldiers.
