I had to interview all of them, simply because I wanted to make their learning experience easy.  Tsu'tey told me to hold myself high and to seem above them, if they see that, they'll take it as competition.  Of course, I don't see it the same way, but they aren't children, they can handle some tough love. 

First up was Aaron. He met me in his avatar as all of them will, he chose to meet me at the gardens of Hell's Gate. 

"You must be Aaron Greene." I said in English, "From here on out we will only speak in Na'vi to get you accustomed to it." I continued in Na'vi. He nodded heavily. His eyes are bigger with a more golden color, and his nose is less pronounced. His face is soft and kind but his eyes are hard and cold. He's like a puzzle, I hope I can teach him well. 

"Have you been outside of Hell's gate before?" 

"No." His voice is quiet but stern. 

"What did you do before the shut down?"

"I got here just before the shut down, I was supposed to study the fauna here."

"You'll have every opportunity to do so while you're a student under me." I smiled, to which, he smirked and handed me something. It was handmade, a reconstruction of a Yerik.  I didn't know what to think of this, but I accepted his gift and waited for my next student.

Next was Katherine Blackwood. She's smaller than me by a little and she seems to be meek. Her Eyes are a vivid brown. Her features are sharp. She looks a lot like Saeyla.

"Katherine, I only have a few questions to help me make learning easier for you." 

She nodded quickly.

"Have you been outside of Hell's Gate?"

"Yes, but only once." her voice is nasally and low.

"What do you do here?"

"I studied flora and medicine."

"Any talents or specific interests?"

"I love making things. Like pottery or art."

"You'll find the Omaticaya to be quite enthused to have someone like you working with them." She reminds me of my brother, soft spoken and talented. She handed me a small pot decorated with beads and paint.

"Samantha, What did you do before you cut ties with the company?"

"I was a Xenoneurologist." her words are sharp and precise, as she seems to be. She looks less Na'vi than the others, but I'm sure she'll fit in. 

"Do you have any hobbies?"

"I like sports, like basketball." 

"Well, the Na'vi don't have that but we have a lot of things similar to it." She gifted me a knife made of Earth materials.

Last, Elaine. She's small and less petite, she's curvier than the others, and has less muscle definition. But she is beautiful regardless. I see promise in her. Her grey eyes are striking.

"Elaine, I see you. What did you do here?"

"I see you, I was a singer on earth and I came here to find more inspiration."

"I've never heard of you before but, I'm sure you'll find Pandora to be welcoming. Been outside before?"

"Not the gate no." she rambled, "I've never been far from here since I got here only recently."

"I see, hobbies besides singing?"

"I like studying and note taking." She handed me a small flower.

My conclusion was that I had my hands full. The gift baring thing was a form of respect and greeting. Tsu'tey didn't like Aaron so far, and I don't blame him. the wink was unnecessary. Plus, he's hard to read. 

Tsu'tey had a choice. Two locations chosen for the clan. One had far less ground space but it had fertile lands and a secondary tree which attached to the main tree. The other, had more space on the ground but little resources but it had herds of yerik on the land. A tough decision, but with Mo'at's advice and Jake's idea, he had chosen.
