(Haider and Meera return back to Sangeet after their 5 day trip to Dahanu.
They enter the office. Bani and Veer are already there, waiting to welcome them back.)

Bani- Meerraa!! (She hugs her)

Meera- (hugs her back. Noticing her outfit) Bani...Offo! Kya baat hein! Aaj toh koi bohot kamaal lag raha hein. (She says smiling)

(Bani sees the happiness evident from Meera's expression. She hadn't seen her look so alive and joyful in a long time.)

Bani- Ye toh mujhe kehena chahiye. Aaj kisi ka chehra bohot glow kar raha hein. Kya baat hein?(She eyes both Haider and Meera)

Veer- Haider bhai! Tu Dahanu kya gaya... Humme toh bhool gaya! Mujhse better company mil gayi kya? (He says teasing him)

Bani- Yeah!! Baby, you're absolutely right! (she says further teasing Veer.)

(Haider and Meera in unison)- Baby!?
(They all start laughing)

Veer- Tu... Tum?

Bani- Kya main? (She says controlling her laughter)

Haider- Tum log apni koi role-reversal fantasy puri kar rahe ho kya? Bilkul hi alag avatar hai dono ke.

(Meera laughs)

Veer-Don't change the topic! Bata na, kaisa raha trip?

Bani- Haan haan bol Meeraa!

Meera- Woh actually...(she entwines her fingers with Haider's)... We are together.

Bani- Maine kuch galat sun liya shayad...can you repeat?

Veer- Maine...bhi...

Haider - Kuch galat nahi suna tum dono ne. (he chuckles) We both started dating. (he smiles as he looks over at Meera.)

Bani- OMGGG! Meeraaa!! I can't believe it. I mean I always shipped you guys par kabhi socha nahi tha ki you both will actually start dating!

Veer- Congratulations mere bhai!! Itni improvement. Waah waah! (Veer pats Haider's shoulder) and Bhabhi Ji!!!
(Meera blushes)

Haider- Veerrr...

Veer- Kya? Chidane ka hak bas tere hi pass hein kya!

Haider- Tu yeh chod aur mujhe bata...meri bhabhi ko pareshan toh nahi kiya itne dino mein?

Bani- Iss bar raitha maine phailaya hein...(she says under breath, laughing nervously)

Haider- Ji?

Bani- Abb tum log bas bhi karo haan! Chalo andar.

Meera- Abb lag raha hein ki mein ghar aa gayi hu.

Bani- And our CEO Ms. Meera Kapoor is back!

(They laugh)

Haider - Toh Akash...Aman, sab kaise hein?

Veer- Pucho hi mat...(He says thinking about what all he had witnessed today) Itna overtime kar rahe hein matlab ki kya kahu. Kuch zyada hi mehnat karne lag gaye hai dono.

Aman- Heyy Haider! Welcome back, buddy.

Haider- Hey Aman!

Aman- Lav meet Haider, our future rock star, and Haider, that's Lavanya.

(Haider and lavanya shake hands)

Bani- Lav huh?

(Both of them blush)

Akash- Hii Haider...Hello maam.

Haider- Hii Akash!

Meera nods her head with a smile, greeting him back.

Akash- Actually mujhe aur Payal ko aap sab ko kuch batana hein.

Meera- Ji zaroor.

Payal- Meera maam.This is for you...
(She hand her an envelope.)

Meera- What's this payal... (she opens and reads it) Payalll!! Congratulations!! (She hugs her)

(Payal had been working with Meera for the past 4 years but this was the first time she had witnessed this jovial side of Meera.)

Bani- Par hua kya?

Meera- Payal and Akash are getting married!!

Haider- Congratulations Akash!

Aman- Ye toh dhoka hein...Tu ne mujhe bhi nahi bataya!!

Akash- Ms. Payal ke orders the toh main kya hi karta... batao. She wanted Meera maam to be the first one to know in Sangeet.

Payal- Akash...

Meera- That's very sweet Payal.

(They all walk up to the couple and congratulate them.)

Payal- Toh kal hamara sangeet hein! And you all HAVE to attend it!! Ofc along with Shaadi ke baaki saare functions bhi!

Meera- Definitely payal. Hum sab zaroor aayenge!!

(Payal smiles)

NEXT DAY

The guys reach the venue for Payal and Akash's wedding. It was a beautiful farmhouse which was decorated from top to bottom, suiting all the festivities that were about to take place in there.

Akash- Welcome guys!!

Haider-Hey man! (hugs him)

Veer-Toh, tu tayar hein khudko kurbaan karne ko?

(They all chuckle)

Aman-Sahi baat hai. Beta sochle, abhi bhi time hein. Single life bohot miss karega tu.

Akash- Welcome Lavanya! Accha hua aap gayi!

(Aman turns and sees Lavanya in a beautiful red saree. He was totally captivated at her sight.)

Lavanya- Hey Akash! Congrats once again! So, I heard koi aapko badi advise de raha tha. Nahi?

Akash-Haan! Aman de raha tha advice. Bol na Aman kya bol raha tha tu...

Aman-Main... ku...kuch nahi bol raha tha.

Veer- Haan Haan Aman, bata na hum sabko.

Payal-Mai batati hu.

Aman-Ms. Payal, aap?

(Author- Tera aaj kya hoga Aman XD)

Payal- Aman sab ko bata rahe the kis tarah single rehena...

Aman-Paap hein. Haan bilkul! Single rehena hi nahi chahiye. Sabse kharab cheez hai single rehna. (All the guys huddle together in the corner, controlling their laughter.)

Payal- Lagta hein maine kuch galat sun liya hoga...

Aman-Haan bilkul.

Aman(in mind) - Bach gaye.

Lavanya- Par maine sab kuch sahi sahi suna tha. Aur mujhe realize hua hein ki I am missing my single life a lot. Toh chale andar payal...' single' life enjoy karne.

(They walk away, inside the farmhouse.)

Aman-(running behind them) LAV! Lav baby suno toh!

(Aman leaves and all the three guys start laughing.)

Akash- Chalo, ab hum bhi andar chalte hein.

Haider-Tu ja andar...hum dono zara aate hein.

Akash -Okay. (he leaves)

Veer-Kya baat hein... Meera se milne ki besabri huh.

Haider- Jaise tu Bani ka wait kar hi nahi raha hein.

(Veer suddenly sits down and gives him a small smile.)

Haider - Kuch hua hein kya Veer?

Veer-Nahi... Kya hoga? Sab thik hai.

Haider-Veer, tu mujhse jhoot nahi bol sakta hein, pata hein na.

Veer- Woh...

(That's when Meera and Bani reach the spot)

Bani comes out of the car wearing a pink saree. Her wavy hair was flying in the wind, covering her face. She brushes them back, looking elegant. Veer just couldn't stop looking at her. She was looking beautiful and Veer completely forgot about all that had happened between them in the past few days.

(She walks towards them.)

Bani- Hii Haider! (She doesn't look at Veer)

Haider-(Continues to look towards the car) Hey Bani maam.

Bani- Pehele toh tum ye 'maam' bulana band karo. Apni hone wali saali sahiba ko koi bhala maam kehkar bulata hein?

Haider- (smiles shyly) Tum aur Veer na bilkul ek jaise ho.

Bani- (Listening to him addressing Veer, her smile slightly fades.) Accha woh sab chodo. Jao apni Meera ke pass aur uski thodi help kardo. Woh gifts laa rahi hein.
(Haider smiles and leaves.)

Veer (in mind) - Isse kya hua hein. Kal toh pyaar aa raha tha... aur abb meri taraf dekh bhi nahi rahi hein.

(Bani walks inside. She crosses Veer but doesn't look at him. As she crosses him, a thread from her saree tangles with his watch. She turns to look at it. They finally look at each other.

Bani slowly lifts his hand and tries untangling it, but it doesn't untwine easily. Veer keeps looking at her.)

Bani- Ye nikal nahi raha hein... (She says, not looking at him)

Veer- Shayad woh humein alag nahi karna chahta. (Bani looks at Veer)

Veer- Main help kar deta hu.

(He untangles it. She thanks him and leaves, leaving him confused)

Veer- Isse kya hogaya?

(Haider approaches Meera. She is carrying a pile of gifts that cover her face, walking inside. As she moves forward, the gifts start slipping out of her hands. Though, Haider comes on time and catches them before they fall, his hands on hers.

He takes half the gifts from her.)

Haider- Aapko kitne baar kaha hein Meera ki dusron ki madad le lijiye, par aap meri baat sunti hi...nahi...

(His voice slowly fades out as he looks at Meera.

She is wearing a golden lehenga with an off-shoulder blouse. She looks simply incredible. Her worried face, from trying to balance all the gifts just added to her sweet adorable look.

Haider smiles as he admires her beautiful yet goofy side:)

Meera-Kya hua Haider? I am not looking good kya? Pata tha Bani ne kuch zyada hi kar diya...

Haider- You look gorgeous!!

Meera-Wohi toh main keh rahi thi kii ye thoda zyada hogaya... Ek min, kya?

Haider- You look gorgeous Meera!

Meera-(blushes) Th...Thank you, Haider. Do cheezon ke liye...

Haider- Do cheezen?

Meera- Ji. Pehela for the compliment. Secondly, mujhe sambhalne ke liye.
Haider- Yaad hein maine aapko mandir mein kya bola tha... rishte ka matlab hi hota hein ek dusre ko sambhalna. Chaliye, abb andar chalen.

Meera- Chaliye.

Haider- Waise Bani ne aapse kuch kaha hein kya?

Meera- Bani ne? Kis baare mein?

Haider- As in uske aur Veer ke baare mein.

Meera- Nahi...

Haider- Accha. I think unke beech sab thik nahi hai. Kuch toh gadbad hein...par voh bata nahi rahe.

Meera- Hmm...chaliye toh phir aaj inka jhagda solve karwa hi dete hein.

(All four of them enter the farmhouse.)

Meera- Payal!! You look so beautiful!!

Payal(smiling)- Thank you soo much maam.

Meera- Come on Payal! Abhi hum office mein nahi hein.

Payal - Accha toh kya main aapko Meera di bula sakti hu? Maine aapko humesha apni inspiration mana hein. Mere liye aap meri badi behen se kam nahi hein...
Bani- Aww payal!

Meera (smiles) - Of course Payal!

Haider - Waise hamare dulhe raja ki bhi toh koi tareef karodo. Dashing toh yeh bhi lag raha hai.

Veer- Uske liye Payal toh hein hi na.
(They both blush)

Bani- Accha abb tum sab usse pareshaan mat karo inko. Aur waise bhi tum sabko toh abhi hamare face off ki tayari karni chahiye.

Lavanya- Right!

Veer (laughing) - Aur tum logon ko lagta hein ki tum humse jeet jaaoge.

Aman- Come on Bhai! Matlab abb yeh log khwab bhi na dekhe kya.

Meera- Thik hein, toh phir challenge accepted. Dekhte hein ki kon jeet ta hein.

Bani- Akash aur Payal hamare judge banenge, kyunki sangeet ke bahane inhe bhid waana galat hai!

Haider- Lekin iski shuruwaat toh inhi ki performance se honi chahiye...Kyun?
(Everybody cheers for them. Akash walks away.)

Payal- I really cannot dance guys. I mean I am really bad at it. Trust me.

Bani- Payal tum bhi na...Aaj toh tumhara sangeet hein. Dance toh banta hein.

Meera- Come on Payal, it's my order!
(Everybody laughs)

Haider- Ye Akash kahan chala gaya.
(The lights dim. A spotlight appears in the center of the stage. Under it is a guy whose back is facing them all.)

Guy- Na jaane kya rishta tha tera mera, Teri muskurahat ko dekh sukoon milta tha gehra..

Payal- Akash...
(The guy turns. It's Akash)

Akash- Aaj bhi yaad hein woh din jab teri aakhon se nazar hat na paati thi ,
Tu jagti thi aur neend mujhe na aati thi.

(The guys cheer for Akash)

Haider- Waah bhai, kya khub!

Veer- Kya baat hein Akash. Kamal kar diya!

Akash- Abb tum... (he says pointing at Payal who was both happy and emotional after listening to his words. )

(The girls starts cheering for Payal)

Bani- Come on Payal!

Lavanya- Aesa jawab de ki Akash zindagi bhar na bhool paaye.

Payal- Tujhe khone se main darti thi
Teri har ek baat pe main marti thi
Tujhe do pal dekh iss dil mei rahat aati thi
Do pal ko ojhal kya ho jaaye
Teri yaad mujhe satati thi.

(All the girls cheer for Payal)

Meera- Wow Payal!

Lavanya- Toh ladko! Abb bole kon jeet raha hein?

(Akash walks toward Payal with a big bright smile on his face. He extends his hand and Payal gives her hand. Music plays)

(Payal and Akash move with the music. Their fingers interlocked. Their eyes filled with emotions. Akash pulls Payal closer to him. She blushes and Akash smiles.)

Bohot salon se iss din ka unhein intezar tha aur aaj aakir kar unki bepanah mohhabat ko ek naam aur pehchan milne wala tha.

All the other pairs were watching them with adoration. The song ends and everybody claps.

(Somebody pats on Bani's shoulder.)

Guy- Can I have a dance with this beautiful lady?

Bani- SIDD!!

Siddhant- Bani! (he says hugging her) Kaisi hein??

Bani- Main toh bilkul thik hoon. Tu bata! Tu kaisa hein? Kitna time hogaya mile!

Siddhant - I know right!

Bani and Siddhant were enjoying this small reunion but someone else was fuming with anger and jealousy.

(Author - Kon hein any guesses XD)

Bani - Par tu yahan kya kar raha hein?

Siddhant- Payal di meri cousin hein. So here I am!

Bani- Small world haan! Waise abb main tujhe Sid bulau ya Dr. Siddhant Mathur!

Siddhant (laughs) - Accha Ji. Aur main tujhe kya bulau? Ms. popular ya Ms. Bani Sharma, the CFO of Sangeet. (He says in a dramatic tone)

(Both of them laugh. Dusri ore kisi ki duniya mein aag lagi huyi thi. Haider and Meera notice Veer glaring at Bani and Sid.)

Meera- Omg Sid! (She says, she exclaims from afar.)

Haider- Woh kon hein?(Haider says with a hint of jealousy in his tone.)

Meera- College mein hamare saath tha. More like the Mr. popular.

Haider- Toh usmein kya hein, main bhi mere college mein bohot popular tha. Mere gaano pe toh kitni ladkiya mara karti thi.

Meera- Haan haan zarror. (She laughs)
Haider- Mera chodiye aur Veer ko dekhiye. Jis tarah ye Sid ko dekh raha hein kahi uski jaan hi na lele.

Meera- Waise Sid wohi hein jisse Bani college ke dino mein date kiya karti thi.

Haider - Ohh!!!

Meera -Waise Haider... Aapko jalan ho rahi thi kya? (She laughs)

Haider- Mujhe kyun jalan hogi. Bikul nahi.

Meera- Sure...wait for a second!

Haider- What?

Meera - Bani aur Veer ko milaane ka idea mil gaya mujhe!

Haider - Kaise?

(She tells him the plan and both of them give each other a playful smile. They move closer to the corner where Veer was sulking :/ out of his jealousy.)

Veer-(talking to himself) - Mujhse toh subah se baat nahi ki aur uss Dr. se kitne has has kar baat kar rahi hai. Man toh kiya ki uss Dr. ka ilaaj main hi kardu.

Meera (speaking loud enough for Veer to hear) - HAAN HAIDER! SID BANI KA EX HEIN.

Haider-(copying Meera's high tone)-OHH! SO THEY HAVE HISTORY TOGETHER!!

(Veer becomes alert listening to their voice and Bani's name grabs his attention.)

Meera-(continues loudly)- AND YOU KNOW HE IS A CARDIOLOGIST. MATLAB DIL KE MAMLO MEIN TOH ZAHIR SI BAAT HAI, BEHTAR HI HOGA. (Meera at Haider to continue the act.)

Haider- (following her) ABB CHALIYE, LAGTA HEIN WOH DONO PERFORM KARNE WALE HEIN!

(Haider grabs her hand they leave.)

Veer- Bani ka ex!!?

(Haider and Meera start laughing)

Haider- I still can't believe it! You made me do this Meera!

Meera- Abb dekhiye ga, jhagda kitni jaldi sort out hone wala hein.

Haider- Isse jhagda badh bhi toh sakta hein.

Meera- Right now the best solution for their problem is communication. Ek baar baat kar lenge toh jhagda apne aap solve go jayega.

Haider - Haayyee! Issi Meera se toh mujhe mohhabat huyi hein. (He says pulling her closer to his chest.)

Meera- Kaisi Meera se?

Haider- Jo ek pal dekho toh ekdum jhalli si ladki lagti hein aur dusre hi pal poore room mein sabse mature insaan.

Meera- (smiles) I love you, Haider.

Haider- Mujhse zyaada nahi.

Meera - Toh chale abb dance karne?

Haider- Usse pehle mera reward?

Meera - Kaisa reward?

Haider- Meri help lene ka.
Meera-(giving a smile) Accha, toh bataaiye. Kya gift chahiye aapko?

Haider - Mujhe ye chahiye (he says
pointing towards his lips)

Meera- Ye matlab?? Mujhe kuch samjh nahi aaya. (She says playfully)

Haider- Accha ji. Toh main aapko samjhau...(moving closer to her) Detail mein.

Meera- Accha accha main samjh gayi! Main deti hu aapka gift.

(Meera moves closer to him. She kisses his cheek and runs away.)

Haider -Meeraaa!!

Meera- Abb chaliye!

(As soon as they reach, Aman and Lavanya pull them to the dance floor and the song plays.)

(They both groove to the song. Meera places her hands around his neck while he holds her waist. They both smile at each other, taking is as much as they can of the moment...)

(Bani and Sid walk over to Bani's room. Veer follows them)

Bani - Next event ke liye do dresses hein... par samjh nahi aa raha kisse chunnu...

(A/N- All of them are staying at a farmhouse for 3 days.)

Sid - Abhi bhi mujhse best friend duties karwayegi?

Bani- Bikul! (she laughs)

Sid-I like the orange one.

Bani- Par mujhe toh yellow zyada pasand aaya tha...Abb tu bol raha hein toh...

Veer (acting as if he is on phone outside Bani's room) - Bilkul ghatiya lagega orange color Daksh!

(Bani and Sid hear Veer's voice.)

Veer- (continues talking to his imaginary friend XD) -Matlab event ka theme Orange mat rakh. thik hein??

( Author- cover-up I see)

Bani- Abb tune bol hi diya toh pehen leti hu...

Veer-(still acting as if he's on the phone) DAKSH! Trust me! Yellow wala is very beautiful! Matlab yellow theme will be great. Apni taste kisi dusre ke suggestion se badalne ki zarurat nahi hein. Waise bhi bohot bakwas color hai orange!

Bani- Accha Sid ye baad mein dekhte hein, abhi bahar chalte hein... kahi koi dance performance miss na hojaye.

(Bani and Sid come out of the room. Veer continues to act like he is on the phone. Sid leaves.)

Bani- Tum ye kya kar rahe the?

Veer- Baat kar raha tha. Aur kya? Yeh bhi paap hai kya ab?

Bani-Nahi nahi. Bas agli baar baat karte waqt phone seedha pakad lena.

(She take his phone, turns it the right way, and leaves)

Veer- Ohh shit!

As they walk out, they see Aman and Lavanya dancing.

Akash -Sir ne apni baby ko mana liya lagta hein.

Haider (laughs) - Tu bhi na Akash! Kitni taang khichta hein iski.

Payal- Meera di, agar aap bura na mane toh ek baat bolu?

Meera-Haan Payal. Bolo.

Payal- Meri koi behen nahi hein...toh kya aap meri behen ke taraf se saari rasamen kar sakti hain?

Meera- Bikul payal! (She hugs her)

(Aman and Lavanya were energetically dancing, enjoying the music and each other's company. While the rest of them were cheering for them. They later pull everybody onto the dance floor. Haider and Meera dance together laughing and giggling with each other.

Akash and Payal also dance enthusiastically. Bani moves to the dance floor and Siddhant follows her.

That's when the lights go off and a spotlight lands on somebody.)

(Veer takes Bani's hand and move towards the dancefloor. Bani initially seems a bit hesitant but soon gives in and starts dancing with Veer. Both of them were enjoying, laughing and giggling while making swift movements ,that were matching with the rhythm of the song. Bani and Veer smile and keep looking at each other.

Veer places his hand on her waist. She holds his shoulder. They were breathing rapidly due to their enthusiastic dance. The mood felt happy and joyous. They snap back as Lavanya starts speaking. )

Lavanya - So guys abb batao kon jeeta? Ladkiyan ya ladke?

(Akash and payal smile at each other)

Akash- Iss competition ko na ladkon ne jeeta, na ladkiyon ne...

Aman - Matlab?

Payal- Matlab ye, ki jeet toh yahan pyaar ki huyi hein.

(Everybody smiles)

Bani- So what's next?

Sid - I have a plan!

Veer- Na hi bolo toh accha hoga... Kisi ko sunna bhi nahi hai. (He says under his breath)

Sid- Why don't we have a bonfire?

Veer- Bonfire... Man toh kar raha hei ki isko hi aag laga du...

(Author- Veer! Violent thoughts nahi XD)

Meera- Yeah Sid! That's a great idea! Issi bahaane baaten bhi hojayegi.

Bani- Haan! That's a great idea, Sid! I am in!

Lavanya- Let's go guys!!
