Prologue

Flynn: This is the story of how I and a young girl died.

(Y/n): Don't worry, this is actually a very fun story. And the truth is, it isn't even ours, well it's partly mine.

Flynn: This is the story of two girls named, Rapunzel and (Y/n).

(Y/n): See told you it was partly mine.

Flynn: Okay, enough of that. The story begins with the sun. Now, once upon a time, a single drop of sunlight fell from the heavens. And from this small drop of sun, grew a magic, golden, flower. It had the ability to heal the sick, and injured. Oh, you see that old woman, over there? You might want to remember her. She's kind of important.

A drop of the sun fell from the shy. It lands on the earth and a beautiful, golden flower grew out from the ground. An elderly woman, Mother Gothel spotted the flower as she view curiously.

(Y/n): Well, many centuries have pass and a kingdom began to grow. The kingdom was ruled by a beloved King and Queen. They are my parents. And mom, well she was about to have a baby, and she got sick, really, sick. She was running out of time. And that's when people usually start to look for a miracle. Or in this case, a magic golden flower.

Centuries has passed by and the Kingdom of Corona began to appear. There in the scene was a portrait of the King Frederic and Queen Arianna. The portrait was replaced with the queen in her bed feeling weak as the king holds her hand in comfort. The whole kingdom began to search for any signs of a miracle to help heal the queen so she and her baby would be safe.

Flynn: Ahhh, I told you she'd be important. You see instead of sharing the suns gift, this woman, Mother Gothel, hoarded it's healing power and used it to keep herself young for hundreds of years. And all she had to do, was sing a special song.

Gothel uncovered the flower and made sure no one was around to see the flower. She begins to sing to the flower.

Flower gleam and glow, let your power shine Make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine, what once was mine.

She began to change back to her youth as she finished her song.

Flynn: All right, you get the jist. She sings she turns young, creepy, right?

Gothel heard some voices coming closer to her. She quickly hid the flower and runs off, but her lantern accidentally knocks the fake bush as it reveals the flower.

"We Found It!" A guard calls out. The two more guards carefully dug out the flower. Within the shadows, Gothel was watching the whole thing.

(Y/n): The magic of the golden flower, healed my mom. A healthy baby girl, a princess was born. With beautiful golden hair. I'll give you a hint. That's Rapunzel, my big sister. She was so cute when she was a baby! Sorry, now back to the story. To celebrate her birth, Mom and Dad launched a flying lantern into the sky. For that one moment, everything was perfect. And then that moment ended.

The Queen was being cured thanks to the magic flower. Later, she gave birth to Rapunzel. She was a happy baby as her mother held her in her arms. The King placed a beautiful tiara on her head. On the day of Rapunzel's birth, her parents launched a flying lantern to celebrate the new princess. Everything was at peace, but soon changed when Gothel snuck in and sang to the baby as her hair glowed.

Flower, gleam and glow, let your powers shine, make the clock re----HUH??!!

She tries to cut off a piece, but it turns brown and loses it's power. She looks back at her hand as it loses it's youth.

Flynn: Gothel broke into the castle and stole the child, just like that... gone. The Kingdom searched and searched, but they could not find the Princess. But deep within the forest, in a hidden tower, Gothel raised the child as her own.

The King and Queen woke up. They spotted Gothel holding their daughter and vanishing away. A few years went by, in a tower Gothel kept the young Rapunzel away from the world.

...save what was lost, bring back what once was mine, what once was mine.

The young Rapunzel sang her song as Gothel brushes her hair. When Rapunzel's hair glows, Gothel was able to turn young again.

Flynn: Gothel had found her new magic flower. But this time she was determined to keep it hidden.

"Why can't I go outside?" Young Rapunzel asked. "The outside world is a dangerous place. Filled with horrible, selfish people. You must stay here, where you're safe. Do you understand, flower?" Gothel replies. "Yes, Mommy." Young Rapunzel obeys.

Flynn: But the walls of that tower, could not hide everything. Each year on her birthday, the King and Queen released thousands of lanterns into the sky. In hope that one day, their lost Princess, would return.

At night, it was Rapunzel's birth day and she would look through the window of her towers to admire the lanterns that were flying in the sky.

(Y/n): At the time when Rapunzel was a child, the Kingdom of Corona was celebrating another birth of a princess. You see that baby, that's me. Don't get the wrong idea they love me very much, but that doesn't they still don't miss their first born.

The King and Queen were thrilled to have another baby. Baby (Y/n) was squealing with joy as her mother held her. Her father gave her a tiara of her own. Both parents held (Y/n) closer, fearing that they were lose her too.

Flynn: To celebrate her birth, the King and Queen grew these beautiful flowers that would only bloom for the second princess.

The King and Queen took (Y/n) as they showed her the beautiful flowers that her before her. The flowers were in bloom and a few of the petals were swirling in the wind. A flower petal fell on (Y/n) nose as she gives a small sneeze. The Queen smiles as her husband chuckles.

(Y/n): Years went by as I was raised in the castle. As much as I love my home, but I felt lonely. My father never lets me out unless I have a guard with me at all times. I didn't exactly felt free. My mother told me stories of my big sister when she was baby, I understood why Dad didn't let me out much. He feared that I would be lost too.

(Y/n) was in the garden as she was drawing a picture of the scenery. Not far from her was guard making sure nothing happens to her. As she finished her stretch, (Y/n) decided to spend time with her mother. She was sitting next to her mother as she was telling (Y/n) about her big sister.

(Y/n): Hearing about my older sister, I wanted more than anything is to meet her. That was my dream; to have my sister back.

A few days have passed since the young princess's birthday now, 14 year old (Y/n) puts some peasant clothing and a cloak so she won't be recognized. She decided to make her dream. She waited long enough for the kingdom to find her first, but she decided to find her sister herself.

"I can't wait any longer, Brielle. I need to find my sister." (Y/n) told her squirrel friend.

Brielle was a squirrel with brown fur, a big fluffy tail and wears a purple bow on the side of her neck.

Brielle watched (Y/n) pack everything she needed for her journey such as food, water, some money, and her wooden staff. Brielle scurried towards (Y/n) and hops on her shoulder. She nuzzled her furry head to (Y/n)'s cheek. (Y/n) smiled as she stroke the small squirrel's head. "I knew you'd understand."

Carefully not to be seen, (Y/n) snuck out of her room as the moonlight from the hall windows cleared her path. She made sure not to make any noise so she wouldn't get caught. Whenever she heard some guards on patrol, she quickly hid and waited for them to leave. What felt like years, (Y/n) finally made it outside. She walked towards the garden and saw a large tree near the tall bushes that separated the castle from the outside world.

Brielle climbs up the tree. When she saw the cost was clear she signal for (Y/n) to climb up. Once (Y/n) made it to the top, she carefully climbs down on the other side of the bushes. Brielle leaps into the air and lands gracefully on (Y/n)'s shoulder.

"Now, lets go find my sister." (Y/n) puts her hood over her head as she walks away from the castle she grew up in.

A few months have passed since (Y/n) ran away from home. The kingdom was on high alert and began to search for the youngest princess. (Y/n) was able to hide herself anyone that report her and bring her back to the castle. The people of Corona would hope that both the princesses would return and bring back joy to the kingdom.
