India 2005

Nandini entered her new college with her friend Navya. Navya was an old student of S. P. A. C. E academy and girlfriend of Cabir Dhawan. Navya had told lot many stories about Cabir, Fab 5 and her brother Manik Malhotra.

Nandini was eager to meet Fab 5 after listening about their stories since two years. Navya and Nandini met each other in Paris where Navya was hosting a charity fashion show at the end monent her show's topper ditched her. Navya's event Manager was Nandini's best friend and Nandini was a new angel of Victoria Secret.

Nandini became show's topper on that day she didn't just became show's topper but also got a new friend. After that they had been in touch and become best of friends. Nandini originally belongs from Australia she came to India to meet her grandparents. They wanted Nandini to live with them for some time.

Nandini and Navya were laughing about a joke Navya cracked in Bihari language. Navya belongs to a politician family but to make people laugh she joke around in Bihari language.

Nandini was walking scanning the interior of the academy when suddenly she crashed with a hard chest and stumble upon her feet. The man took hold of her hand and pulled her towards him. When she looked at that person her eyes went wide in astonishment.

"You bastard" she shouted and pushed him

The whole college gathered around the corridor to watch the scenario. Even Fab 4 came. Navya had shocked evident on her face. When others tried to handle Nandini Manik stopped them just like yesterday

"Hii beautiful!!" He cripped and step closer to her

"Look stay away. Mein police mein complain kardugi" she shouted and step backwards

Aryaman was passing by corridor when he found the crowd cheering and going wild shouting 'Manik Manik' he walked ahead and found Manik kissing a girl her hands were twisted behind her she was struggling to get outside of his grip but he was too hard.

Aryaman always respected women's and this time also he did the same. He came in between pulled Manik apart and punched him. Nandini hid behind Aryaman

"Respect women's Manik. You can't kiss any girl in between of the college even when that girl isn't even ready to kiss you back" He shouted

"Aryaman that's my matter stay out of it Good boy"

"You stay out of it Bad boy"

Singapore 2016

Nandini and Aryaman boarded flight to India. After ten years Nandini was going back to India. The main reason she going was to sell all her assets in India and permanently settle down in Singapore. Her grandparents had passed away seven years ago but she didn't had the courage to go back to India. Her wounds were still fresh at that time

"Nandini are you sure you want to sell everything left of you in India" Aryaman asked with curiosity

"Aryaman your complete business is in Singapore and after our marriage I'll settle in Singapore with you then why should I keep unnecessary things in India" Nandini said shrugging her shoulders

"Nandini in India you don't have just your assets most importantly you have your heart given in India" Aryaman said those words. How much hard he tried those words were pricking his heart but that's the truth.

He can't deny.

"Aryaman why are digging all those buried memories of mine. Now that I have decided to give you a chance and marry you then why are you...." she was cutt by Aryaman

"Nandini how much ever you try you can't forget him. That's the truth. Ten years is a long time still you haven't stopped loving him" Aryaman said controlling his own unshed tears

"Aryaman.. I'm over him" she said with loads of difficulty her voice choked.

How can you forget someone you love?

"Nandini everybody isn't lucky to have their first love. Your going to India give him a chance"

"Nooo... he is married and happy with Soha" Nandini said a drop of tear escaped her eye thinking about how happily soha and Manik might be living

"Do you actually think he is happy with Soha. I know he did a mistake but Nandini God forgives hundred mistakes then why don't we human can forgive one mistake. Ten years is a long time you have given him enough punishment"

"Aryaman why all this now when I am here ready to give you a chance to be yours forever"

"Nandini have you accepted me with your heart. Please tell me the truth" he pleaded

Nandini knew she can't win over Aryaman. He knows her way more better than anyone else. Manik Malhotra just the mere name can set her heart on fire even after ten years he has that effect on her. But what's bothering Nandini is didn't Manik not even once tried to find her come back to her?? Not even a single apology??

Nandini looked at Aryaman she had those crystal shining in her eyes. He got his answer. Aryaman rested his head on the seat and closed his eyes.

He couldn't win her heart. How will he win?? She has already given that heart to him ten years ago and he still has it.

"Nandini you have lost your smile the smile that used to appear when Manik was around. You can't deny you still love him with all your heart. Even if I kiss you, you wouldn't reciprocate it the way you used to kiss Manik. In my kisses also you try to find him. When I will touch you, you will long for his touch not mine. Even when I will have your body still your soul will be his. He is your complete owner not me. I don't want your love as your lover you can't give me that but please don't ruin our friendship by marrying me"

"How can you be so selfless?? how much will you wait for me??"

"I will give up the day you will marry Manik"

"That's never going to happen" she sobbed

"Nandini give him at least one chance. I'll find all his personal information about his family, wife and kids. If I find Manik is happy without you he is happily married with Soha I will marry you and we won't even talk about Manik but if I find Manik still waiting for you then you will give him one chance" Aryaman explained what's cooking in his head

Nandini thought for a while but then her mother's words echoed in her ears she felt guilty for breaking Aryaman's heart. She entwined their hands and squeeze it

"You will forever be my friend and be on my side" she asked cutely with tears gathered in her glory eyes

"Forver Nandini"

She smiled but there was still a problem "mama" she asked him

"Don't worry now let's not tell her, first see what happens in India" he said smilingly but deep down he was shattered and broken

But finally he will see Nandini smiling that's what matters for him. He was happy in her happiness.

Manik entered his house just to find it empty. Earlier when he used to come home Piyaa used to shout in the loudest volume she can and throw herself on her father. But today the house was empty.

He knew Piyaa is way too angry with him for not allowing her to go on school picnic but when it comes to fatherhood he can't take risk. He has brought her up alone all long till nine years. And for parents kids never grow. Although Piyaa shouts that 'daddy I've grown up. I'm a big girl. I'm nine years old' but for him his daughter is still a new born baby.

He couldn't take the risk of sending her alone on that picnic with bunch of more kids and specially boys. Moreover he was afraid if his rivals found her out where Piyaa is they might hurt her.

"Piyaaa Piyaaa come down baby" Manik shouted loosing his tie and throwing himself on the couch

No answer

"Piyaa papa ki jaan come out"

No answer

He got worried he ran to her room and found it empty. he hurried down shouted "Ramu kaka, Gopal, Seema aunty, kanta tai" all his servants stood in a line

"Where is Piyaa??" He roared

"Sirr ma'am apna bag pack karke chali gayi"

"What paagal ho usse jaane diya. She is just a nine year old kid. Kisse ke sath gayi?" Manik has lost his temper and senses both afterall all these years piyaa was the reason behind Manik living. He had lost everything when Nandini left him

"Abeer sir" he should have known this. Abeer and Piyaa share a different bond and these brother sister can do anything

Manik pulled out his cellphone and hastily dialed Cabir's number. On two rings Cabir picked up the call

"Hell...." he was cut by Manik

"Abeer kaha hai??" He shouted

"Woh apne friends ke ghar gaya hai" Cabir said with a frown "what happened Manik"

"What happened Cabir" he said sarcastically "Abeer and Piyaa both ran away"

"What woh toh bache hai" Cabir shouted

"I'm sure Abeer piyaa ko picnic ke liye gaya hoga"

"Manik calm down I'll handle"

"Kuch bhi kar I want my daughter" he shouted and threw his phone on the floor
