It is dark and lonely
No one to assure me of name
I cannot hear your voice, or signs
That assures me of the success of this wait.

But, even when I don't have eyes who seek me,
I feel I am getting closer to another destination–
Of love
For which I had waited for years, days, births
To be united with love.

Because, when everything else leaves and fades
I said, I promised to always love
Thus, I again get a message through dream.

I shall always hold on to love, make it a part of me
Whatever the world might think
I shall remain quiet, not in a position to argue
But only to feel the bliss
I am waiting, and I shall,
Be happy to get companionship
When I need it the most.

I have grown to accept myself
As I am, with the polarities and the flaws
Bodily, and emotional
Psychological, and of the innate soul.
I am diving deep into desiring much
I know not how to wait
Except, in love.

Maybe, maybe that's why,
I shall get only love
But even if it is the only thing, that I shall receive
It is the biggest gift in the world— love.
