Tamaki Amajiki has Tourette's. So he would twitch at random, and he had terrible anxiety because of it. He didn't like to talk to anyone. And because of his Tourette's he was known around the school for being weird. You were in his class but you two didn't talk, but joe you were assigned a group project.
