Personality - Skua is a interesting character to say the least, being naturally intuitive and good at perceiving and thinking logically- but not good with emotions. He is very materialistic and is rather unsentimental as well as tactless. Despite his laid back life style he is very critical and emotionally detatched. As well as being rather honourable and easily bored he isn't the most order-following dragon, hinting at why the Queen has sent him to the edge of the Kingdom to work on the construction of a diplomatic village

#1 - You were either sent as a representative of your given tribe or just came out of curiosity to the still being constructed village on the edge of the Icewing tundra. It being a somewhat large place, already having shops and inns for dragons to stay and even a sort of garden with a ice globe tree in it's center. Though as you came to the still work in progress part of the village, it now being around dusk- night falling fast when you found a young male Icewing leaning over a table of blueprint scrolls, muttering to himself as he worked and made notes. He was clearly sleep deprived and probably needed a good meal.. But the question is do you approach..?
