"rin wants to tell you something." chaewon informed namjoon with a smile. then she gently pushed her sister forward in encouragement.

"namjoon," rin started by only saying his name and then paused because she was nervous. it was nearly a full minute before she continued. "i'm really sorry for everything i did to you and my sister."

by now he knew the whole story. about how chaewon liked him from the start, and rin slyly took him away by suggesting that she catfish him with her pictures.

she was never really interested in him as a person, but rather him as a kpop idol.

it was why she clung to him for so long and refused to let him go. when her sister came back and she saw the chemistry between them, she was furious because she never had that with him.

"my sister isn't your type..." rin finished with a small smile. "but even so, she is perfect for you."

but also, i just realized how obvious my friend makes it that she likes R. like yesterday the squad kept getting all our breaks at the same time (her, me, our friend mary, kelly, F, and R). 

and she mentioned that we should all go on a trip to six flags together. we thought it was a good idea.

but then she mentioned how we should pick buddies to ride with on the roller coasters. and she kept looking at R and mentioning how she didn't have a problem if we did it co-ed.

i just wanted to face palm myself tbh.
