rin gave a nod of her head in confirmation. "i don't leave this room anymore, except when i steel myself and convince myself to go see you. but i can never approach you because i'm too ashamed of my past behavior."

chaewon gave her reassurances, tilting her sister's head back up when her gaze dropped once more in embarrassment.

"rin, if you want to leave the past in the past, i;m ready to do that too."

"but what about your friend, and namjoon?" rin asked with hesitance. "i didn't just hurt you. i hurt them too."
