Hey guys!

So um... I was looking through comments on this book. I came across two comments that actually surprised me a bit.

They were both mentioning a sequel to the book, because they love it so much. The idea actually got stuck in my head a little bit and kinda started burrowing itself into my mind. I asked myself questions like, "Do I really want to place the responsibility of another book on my workspace when I already have Strike A Match, Swords And Secrets, and an Art Requests book?" And, "If I were to make it, what would it be about?"

You see, Tall Tales was my first actual attempt at making something good that I would finish. Before Tall Tales, I was super into the TMNT fandom and created a whole bunch of books that were either ripped off of another story, or incomplete and not good at all. All of them ended up being scrapped for multiple reasons.

I was scared of writing for a while until I dug up some old drawings of mine from when I was ten or eleven. There were bunches of them, and most of the pile was ship art between Ink Sans and my old OC, Adrienne. I began to remember the period of time where I went through a massive fangirl phase. I loved Ink Sans so much it actually hurt and I was not willing to tell my family (or reveal it to the public), so when I would create a drawing or something, I'd hide it away in that box.

Digging up the old drawings reminded me of how much I loved Ink Sans, and all of the fun times I imagined for us. It was a really hard time for me, because it was when my brother died that this phase started. I felt my world crumbling, and Ink could fix that for me. It was my escape to be a fangirl.

And so, as I was reminded of that time in my life, I decided to do the thing I always wanted to do.

I wrote a story.

And that's where Tall Tales came into the world. And now, it's my most popular book, scoring 15K reads (WAY above Miracles' 11K).

But the problem is... It's pretty messy.

There's loose ties, sloppy typing, and not much variety when it comes to words. I'm very pleased with this book, but I went at it without a plan and made it up as I went along. Changing that now would mean reconstructing most of the story, and at that point I might as well just remake the entire thing. I don't wanna do that, so why not make another?

This new book will in fact be an Ink Sans x Reader, just not a sequel to Tall Tales. It'll be a whole new story in and of itself, and it might even have a sequel. I'm not sure what it's going to be about yet, though.

I do want you all to keep this in mind: I already have two stories on my hands. I'm piling this onto the stack because I love and miss writing stuff about Ink. This probably won't have regular updates and will be on hiatus from time-to-time. I'm going to work hard on this book and make it my own.

I really hope you'll enjoy this new story as much as It enjoy writing it.
