Selena Ambrosio and Lance McClain had both grown up together in a small town in Cuba where they had found friendship with one another through their parents who had met in the local catholic church. Ever since they were kids they've been by each other's side. Always supporting each other including their dreams with Lance wanting to become a pilot and Selena wanting to become a musician and artist.

When they had gotten older Selena received an opportunity to attend a special arts academy in the US while Lance had gotten recruited into the US Galaxy Garrison. From there they set forth on their journey to America to accomplish their goals together as a team. Even though Selena wasn't aloud to visit Lance at the Garrison they still maintained contact through video chats and calls. No matter what boundaries nothing could separate the two. That is until Lance and his friends go missing.

With a deviated heart Selena puts her entire life on hold to figure out what really happened to her best friend. And she would go to the edge of the galaxy to do so.
