Guilt and Jealousy
Loki walked briskly down the halls, his patience wearing thin. He wanted to see Adisa. He wanted to hear her infatuating laugh. Her velvet voice. Just thinking about her made him pick up his pace
~
Thor leaned in closer to Adisa, his tumb and forefinger grasping her chin. "You will be safe here with me..." He murmured gently. Placing a hand on her waist, Thor gazed into her amber colored eyes.
~
Loki's steps echoed. As he turned the corner, he could see her door at the end of the hall. A smile spread across his lips thinking about Adisa. Thinking about how she always felt the need to hug him when she was near him. She appreciated him, comforted him, and Loki had grown attached to her.
~
Thor closed the gap between the two of them, placing his lips gently on Adisa's and carefully pushing backwards onto her bed. His lips never once left her's. He wanted her to know how much he loved her, how much she would be appreciated if she agreed to stay with him.
~
Loki reached for the handle and twisted it, throwing open the door. However, instead of being greeted with a hug, the God's smile disappeared. Thor had her pinned to her bed. He had Adisa- Loki's Adisa. The young maiden's amber eyes shifted to look towards the open door, where Loki stood and guilt filled them.
"Loki-" She started but was hushed by Thor.
"Dear brother..." The Thunder God stood, his golden locks falling down his shoulders similar to Loki's. Loki's eyes found the floor, the walls, his feet- anywhere else than the two before him.
"I did not realize you had company." The Prince sighed softly, "forgive me..." A sad smile crossed his thin lips as he looked toward Adisa. With that, Loki was gone. Gone as he turned on his heel and hurriedly left.
"Loki-!" The name left Adisa's lips before she could stop it and she struggled to get up. Yet, Thor would not let her move.
"Let him go, it would be for the better-"
"No! Get off me!" She yelled, pushing the Thunderer off and following Loki's path.
"Adisa! Wait!!" Thor appeared in her doorway as Adisa glanced back briefly, "I love you-"
But she was already gone.
Guilt flooded her as she realized that she had most likely just broken both the of the Gods' hearts.
As she realized that she may never get either of them back.
