Note: Inspiration is drawn from the fairytale- Rapunzel. Alterations are made, it is not the exact same story. The main characters are Jai, Veer and Bani. In this story. Jai is older than Veer and Bani by twenty years. Also, in Satyug, Nageshwari and Akesh were lovers but Hriday tried to kill Nageshwari for her powers. Akesh tried to save her and got killed. Nageshwari killed herself in pain.

Jai was born twenty years before Vani. On his twenty-third birthday, he recalled his past. He took help of dark magic to find out where Bani was. He discovered she is just three at the moment. He killed her parents by lighting her house of fire and then pretended to save her.

J: The world is cruel place. Come, I will protect you.

Saying this, Jai took her in a secluded land and hid her in a tower with no doors. Only he can slither inside it by taking his nag roop and climbing up the walls.

J: (thinks) Now I will wait for twenty years. The day you get you naagin avatar on your twenty third birthday, I will kill you and the powers will be all mine!! Hahahhaha

Twenty years passed by, almost. Bani was twenty two, turning twenty three in a few weeks. She was living in a room on a tower top. She spent days and nights looking out at the bright skies and lush forest that surrounded the tower. Her only friends were the few books Jai bought for her when he felt kind. She had read each one of them a thousand time. She had also painted every corner of her small room.

Every once in a while, a few birds would wander in. She placed water for them at her window. She only thing in the tower that let light come in. She spoke to them. Every week, Jai would bring in groceries. He told her the outside world was a scary place and how bad everyone was. She was happy he hid her safe.

One night, Bani was singing while braiding her hair when she heard a sound. It was unusual so she started to check. An injured bird was somehow flying. It was falling and fell on the towers top. Bani heard the thud.

B: Hey bhagwan! Ye kya hua us bird ko? Kahin vo?

Bani gathered courage. She took her long hair and peeped out of the window. She threw them over the roof.

(Bani's hair. It is very thick and long)

B: Hey birdi! I don't know if you can understand me. I will not harm you. I will help you, please try to hook your claws into my hair.

Her innocent mind didn't know that birds don't talk or comprehend human talk. Lucky for her, this one could. It wasn't an ordinary bird but the mighty Cheel prince. He heard her melodious voice and his heart wanted to see the owner. He hooked his claws in her braid and tucked at it. Bani felt it and pulled her braid down. She took him in.

B: You are injured!! Wait, I know what to do. I read in one story how the protagonist healed her lover..

She took a damp cloth and wiped his blood. She wrapped another clean cloth around it.

B: Sorry, Mr. Bird. There is not much here.

V: It's okay sweetheart.

Veer said turning back human.

B: Aaahhhhh!!!!!

Bani got scared and picked up her comb.

B: Tum kon ho???

V: I am the cheel prince sweetheart.. aur tum mujhe isse comb se marogi? Seriously? I just turned into a human in front of you, you think a comb will hurt me?

Bani threw it at him.

V: Ouch! Okay I take my words back, it hurt.

Bani giggled and Veer was smitten.

V: Thank you for saving me.

He shook her hand. Flashes of their past came in front of them. They felt a connection.

Vani became friends after that night. Veer would often come in and check in on her. On the third day, he took her out to see the world. He was shocked to know that she was trapped here all the time. Bani was scared at first but then opened up. She realized the world wasn't as scary as Jai told her.

B: Veeranshu! Yahan sb kitna accha hai. Hum mere angel uncle ko bhi yahan le ayenge. Unhe toh pata hi nahi hai ki world kitna accha hai..

V: (Thinks) angel nahi devil hai vo. Usne tumse jhut bolkr tumhe insolated rakha hai. I need to find about him.

Bani had told him Jai came with groceries every morning after seven days. Veer hid himself on a tree top and waited for Jai. Jai slithered in as on schedule and went in. The moment Veer saw him, he recalled everything.

V: Nageshwari!!! Sweetheart! Meri Bani!!! Humne ek doosre ke liye wapis janam liya hai. Aur Hriday ne tb bhi hume alag kiya tha aur ab Jai bankr bhi meri Bani ko duniya se door yahan rakha hua hai...Isse mai chorunga nahi..

Veer came back that night.

V: Sweetheart? How old are you?

B: I am twenty two but mai kuch din me twenty three ki ho jaungi...

V: (Thinks) shyd vo nag iske naagin banne ka wait kr raha hai. Ye naagin banegi to maar dega. Nahi I cannot let that happen.

Veer took Bani out of the tower. He had a naagin friend named Mahek. He told her to take Bani's roop and pretend. Meanwhile, Bani was anxious to not hurt Jai but veer asked her to trust him. Her heart was inclined towards him and she agreed. He took her to his cheal realm. His maid, Chandini, accommodated Bani into the castle. She even updated her on the worldly information that Jai had kept from her.

On the night of her twenty third birthday, Jai slithered inside the tower. Mahek was asleep as Bani. He woke her up.

J: Happy birthday Bani!

M: Thank you angel uncle.

Jai gave her birthday cake and food. Mahek ate them all.

J: (Thinks) Ye naagin kyu nahi ban rahi hai? Shyd ye din ke time paida hui hogi aur exact ussi time naagin bane..mujhe yahin rukr ispr nazar rakhni chahiye..

Meanwhile, Bani became a naagin and recalled everything.

B: Akesh! Mere Akesh! Kitna tarsi hoon mai tumhare liye..

They hugged each other.

B: Us Hriday ne hume alag kiya tha. Aur is janam me bhi Jai bankr mujhe duniya se door rakha..pr vo abhi kahan hai...aur wahan jo naagin hai, uski jaan ko bhi toh khatra hoga na..

V: Come we'll save her.

Vani entered the tower and saw Jai asleep on the couch while Mahek was sitting on the bed as Bani. Veer hinted her to leave. Veer also picked Bani up and left through the window. They thanked Mahek and she returned home. Vani sat on the tower top. They heard shouting an hour later.

J: BANI!!!! YE NAAGIN KAHAN GAYI? KAHIN ISNE ROOP BADAL LIYA AUR MERA SACH TOH JAAN GAYI? YE KAHAN BHAAG GAYI...

Jai left the tower and began running in the jungle like a mad man. Vani looked at him from the hill top and were laughing at his silly antics.

V: Yrr Sweetheart! Popcorn lana tha!

B: Vo kya hota hai?

Veer sighed and flicked her nose.

V: Tum ye innocent sawal poochti ho na toh tumpr bohot pyaar ata hai. Pr iss nag pr gussa bhi ata hai. Sale fatichar ne tumse tumhari life ke kitne saal cheen liye.

B: (Side hugs him) Jo hua so hua, pr hum ab mil gaye hai na..tum mujhe sab bata dena...pr mujhse bore mt ho jana kyunki mujhe kuch cheeze nahi pata..

V: Bored? Vo bhi tumse? Never sweetheart! Chalo ab is nag baba ki thodi misery km kr dete hai. Is umar me kaise paglo ki tarah bhaag raha hai..

Veer flies down with Bani in his arms. They reach Jai. Bani is standing in her red Naagin avatar while Veer stood in his black attire. (Cheel costume)

J: Ohh! To naagin ko sb yaad aa gaya aur Cheel rajkumar ko dhoond bhi liye. Kafi fast ho!

B: Murkh! Jinki kismat ek ho na, unhe tujh jaisa do-takkey ke nag nahi alag rakh skte!

J: Mujhe kahan alag rakhna tha baby! No! Gandi baat! Mai to tumhe maar kr tumhari shaktiyan lene ke baad isse bhi maar deta na baby..

V: Teri Toh!!!? Bani ko marne ke baare socha bhi kaisa, saale poora cheer fad kr dunga..

J: Abe chup! Bak bak bak bak krta rehta hai..

Jai said some matras and a trishul appeared in his hands. He pounced on them. Vani dodged him and the fight commenced. Bani trapped him in her tail and Veer clawed at his eyes making him blind.

J: Ahhhhh!!!! Mujhe kuch dikh nahi raha..

Bani used this moment to grab the trishul and kill him with his own weapon.

He died and his body was immediately reclaimed by naglok.

Vani rushed into each other's arms.

V: Hum dobara mil hi gaye Nageshwari..

B: Haan mere rajkumar. Aur ab koi Hriday humare beech nahi ayega..

V: Mujhe khushi hai. Maine tumse bohot pyaar kiya hai..I am so haapy hum wapis mil gaye sweetheart. I love you Bani.

B: Maine bhi sirf tumse hi pyaar kiya hai. I love you Veeranshu.
