This OS is based on the track where Veer is stuck in an unfavourable situation and is based on a fairy tale 'The frog princess'. I have even attempted to write in the same fashion.

Note: Only the basic inspiration is drawn. It won't be an exact parallel of the fairy tale.

Once upon a time, in a kingdom far far away lived a king. His kingdom was really far. How far you may ask. Well, it was really far away since it was on the moon. He was the king of the moon and had a beautiful daughter named Chandini. The princess was raised with great love but it had also spoiled her. She was very bratty and ungrateful. She was also very vain. Her mother tried to correct her but the king's love had spoiled the princess rotten.

The princess had one desire- to marry the most handsome prince of all kingdoms. When she came of age, the king arranged for a large gathering for her where kings and princes from faraway lands came but Chandini rejected them all. She was sitting sadly in her palace when she saw a rather strange thing.

A creature from the Earth was flying really high. So high that he was visible from the moon itself! Chandini exclaimed and told her friends- 'He must be so strong to be able to fly so high!'

She sighed and followed him down to the Earth. The creature that was flying was a majestic cheel. Its feathers were shiny and oozed power. He gracefully landed and turned into  human. Chandini gasped loudly.

The Cheel turned human was none other than Veeranshu Singhania- the crown prince himself! He had a rough beard and looked very handsome. He took confident steps towards his house and disappeared behind those walls.

Chandini turned to her friends- 'Tell my father I have found my match'.

That night Chandini slept ecstatic, thinking for her marriage to Veeranshu. She woke up to a very disappointing news thought. The prince had refused the proposal. Chandini fumed and went to her father.

C: How can someone reject me daddy? He must have not seen me! Let us go again and if he denies, just order him.

K: He is a prince of a kingdom too my girl. Moreover, he is from Earth. That is not my territory of control!

The king tried to reason but soon gave into his daughter's demands. Chandini went to his house with her dad and many rich gifts.

C: Hey handsome! You are lucky that moon princess herself walked towards you.

V:  (Looks at her once and turns) You are lucky you saw me! Now go, I don't have all day to entertain a plain-jane like you.

His words hurt her emotions and she began to cry rather loudly. Any man with eyes could see that the princess was crying only because of bruised ego but the King couldn't see his child's true nature. He cursed Veer.

K: You prince of Cheels! You have pride because of your great looks. I curse you too be trapped as a cheel forever and never turn human again!

As soon as the king uttered this words, he used his powers and Veer turned into a bird. This cheel wasn't as majestic and regardless of how much Veer tried he couldn't turn back.

The news travelled to Chandini's mother who immediately came there.

Q: How dare you do this? Just because someone rejects your daughter, you'll do this? Can you force love? You should be ashamed for misusing your powers like this!

She turned to Veer.

Q: I am sorry for my family's behavior. I cannot undo his curse but I give you a boon. Only true love will be able to save you now. The girl with the kindest heart will break your curse.

Blessing Veeranshu and seeking apology from him and his family, she left with her husband and daughter. She scolded their behavior and forbid them from ever stepping on earth again.

A month has passed since Veer has been trapped into a bird form. Things were difficult for him now. Every single activity seemed tiring. He loved to be in his cheel form but now he itched to turn human again. His family empathized with him but soon also got busy in their own life. News spread about how a girl with kind heart will be able to undo his curse. Upon Balwant's insistence, girls from all around the cheel realm and from ally realms came to try and break the curse. Every girl wished to be the one to break his curse and be his partner but nothing happened.

V: Kya mujhe humesha aise Cheel roop me hi rehna padega? How can I rule a kingdom with this curse? I will never find my partner this way.

Overcome by grief and negative thoughts, Veeranshu Singhania thought of ending his life. He ran away from home.

Two more weeks passed. Veeranshu had stopped hunting and was growing weak. His will to exist was going down. One day, he was sitting on a branch sadly. He wondered if his life would be better if he had accepted Chandini's proposal. Heck! Anything than this curse was better.

That time, a few vultures saw Veer perched on the branch. They were normal vultures, not some supernatural ones but once they saw the weak cheel, they thought to bully him. They poked him with their sharp beak. Even in this state, Veer could have fought them all but he was depressed and chose to stay put. Blood drew out of his wings.

' HEY!!!! SHOO...'

Veer's eyes, that were closed as a sign of resignation, opened up again. There he saw the most beautiful girl he had ever seen in his life. Her brown hair created a halo on her head and she looked an angel to him- his guardian angel. Bani threw a shoe at the vultures.

This was a very risky move if she didn't know what she was doing. Bani Sharma was a skilled vet and an ornithologist. She was in the jungle for some research when she spotted a weak cheel getting bullied. She knew if this carried on, the bird could die. She had a very kind heart and rushed to save the bird. Bani pulled out a smoke rod from her backpack that she carried often and lit it. Smoke came out of it scaring the poor birds away.

Bani coughed and saw the wounded bird on the muddy jungle floor. She removed her beige shirt and wrapped it around the bird. Underneath she was wearing a black tank top. She lifted the bird with care and bought it to her clinic.

Bani had wrapped the bird and cleaned its wounds. She bought small pieces of raw meat for the bird and tried to feed it. Veer protested but to Bani it just sounded like a sad hoot. She petted the bird and made him eat somehow.

This continued for a few days, Bani continued to take care of the bird. Veer was healthy now but unlike Bani's expectation, he did not fly away. She wondered why a bird like this chose to stay with her but unknown to her, Veer had taken a liking on her. He sat in her clinic all day, studying her as she moved around, tending to weak animals. If she went to the jungle he would fly after her. At night, he would settle on a table near her bed and sleep.

Soon, Bani also grew accustomed to the bird. She would talk to him about everything and anything that came into her mind. It would hoot. At times it even nodded or shook its head. It made Bani question if the bird actually understood all that she said. Regardless she had grown attached to it.

One fine day, Bani was walking in the jungle and as usual Veer flew behind her. Bani liked it. She felt like now even she had someone in this world. Growing up an orphan, she had lacked anyone to call her own. She lived with her aunt till she was eighteen but left as soon as she could because her aunt was very mean. Bani was deep in thoughts when Veer's hoot bought her out of reverie. Veer was staring ahead and hooting loudly. He was nudging her.

What Bani failed to understand was that Veer's sharp eyes had spotted a jackal in the jungle and wanted her to run for her safety. The jackal jumped out the bushes and Veer knew now it was too late for Bani to just run.

Surprisingly for Bani, the bird clawed the animals eyes and hooted for her to leave. She immediately rushed to her car. A bird had just saved her! She was shocked.

The moment Bani was inside the car safely, Veer returned and flew into the car from the window. Bani was relieved and reached home.

B: Cheelu! You have far more intelligence than an average bird. Thank you!!

Bani hugged him close. She would have never thought that she would pet such a dangerous bird.

Few more days passed, one days Veeranshu had gone out to check on his family from afar. When he came back he saw Bani crying out loudly. He got worried and sat near her. He hooted softly.

B: Cheelu (sobs) Meri bhua meri zabardasti shaadi krwana chahti hai. Mere mummy-papa toh bachpan me hi chale gaye they. Inhone mujhe pala pr torture bhi bohot kiya. Aur ab toh mai itne saalon se door reh rahi hoon pr unhe chain nahi hai. She is asking me to pay for her raising me by marrying her landlord's son so that she never has to pay rent anymore. He is a cheap man Cheelu. Mai kya karu (sobs)

Veer heart broke when he saw Bani like this. He flew near her face and blew away the tears. Bani closed her eyes in peace as cool winds blew.

B: I sometimes feel you genuinely care for me cheelu. Like you understand love. Truly, you are the only one who cares for me.

Saying this, she planted a soft kiss on Veer's head, her tears trailed down on his feathers. Suddenly Bani felt like her room was getting too bright. Rays came off the bird as the curse broke. Veer felt himself get levitated in the air. His wings got replaced by hands and his original form got restored.

B: Oh my god!!! What are you???

Bani shouted, shocked. A handsome man landed in front of her out of nowhere. Veer sat on knees in front of her.

V: You are the kindest and the loveliest for them all. Thanks to you, my curse broke.

Veer told her all about his identity and the curse. He got rid of her aunt's pathetic suitor for her and proposed her.

' You sure you want an ordinary girl like me?' she asked.

'You are no ordinary girl', he said. 'You are the Cheel's princess!'

And they lived happily ever after.
